Hey there, glad you stopped to check this out. This RP I'm making is to celebrate getting 5000 likes before the end of the year and is based off of the first RP I ever made, so I hope this goes well.

Name: Adam
Species: Gallade
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: Just looks like your everyday Gallade with a long Brown hooded cloak covering most of his body.
Personality: Normally a laid back and friendly individual once you get used to his sarcasm and back talk. Adam enjoys a good Raid as much as the next guy and shows signs of anger toward Bandits. He enjoys getting rich, but wouldn't hesitate to give a coin or two toward anyone poor as well as doing what he can to help a fellow Treasure Hunter even if they weren't from his team.
Occupation: Treasure Hunters, Team Silver
Team: Team Silver (Treasure Hunters)
Moves: Night Slash, Brick Break, Psychic, Teleport
Backstory: Not much is known about who his family used to be, given how he was taken in by a once notorious Blaziken Mercenary who raised Adam as his own, teaching him how to survive in the world and against those who would wish to harm him. One day, Adam's mentor left suspiciously and never came back, the only thing he left behind was a little note which only said. 'Now you're ready.'
Purpose: Get rich, Help the poor and find his mentor.
I won't add the chars marked as 'Join later' until they actually join the teams
In a world inhabited only by strange creatures named Pokemon, this world is one that hides many types of valuable materials ranging from gems to gold some say is as vast as the ocean itself.
Pokemon society has thrived thanks to the knowledge of these vast riches and some Pokemon spend most of their time trying to collect as many riches as they can, these individuals are simply known as Treasure Hunters... However, there are Bandits who are a lot more sloppy than Treasure Hunters; they ambush Treasure Hunters and try to steal their well earned riches for themselves, even stealing from villages.
Over the centuries, several buildings have been constructed to hide a late Treasure Hunter's treasure that they gained over the course of their lives, from temples to towers or simply hidden in caves unseen by the naked eye. Anyone who manages to find these riches are only allowed to take as much as they can carry and may not return to collect more as it is the Treasure Hunter's code.
The most well known villages are named after types of crystals, like Ruby, Sapphire etc.

The most well known villages are named after types of crystals, like Ruby, Sapphire etc.
Treasure Hunters are respected people who sign up to travel the world and find riches. Half of their riches are to be brought back to the Guild to support the economy while the Treasure Hunters get the other half to decide what to do. A good Treasure Hunter always makes sure they mainly spend their earnings on anything beneficial for their next journey, only take what riches they can carry, don't go to the same location of riches twice and never steal from other Treasure Hunters. Their teams usually consist of 3-5 Pokemon.
Bandits are either people born into the life of crime or were once Treasure Hunters who couldn't live up to the code and simply want all the riches for themselves. They have no honor and will stop to low levels in order to get rich. They are cast out from society and are always rewarded for being turned in.
While Treasure Hunters are authorized to do this as well, there are those who specialize in tracking down and fighting Bandits to turn them in for the right price. These Mercenaries are mainly used to working alone, although they're no stranger to co-operating and sometimes aid Treasure Hunters... again, for the right price.
One of the most notable villages in the country thanks to it being surrounded by beautiful roses and rivers, home to the Guild's main headquarters and many markets. The main square has a large fountain where Pokemon tend to make a wish at by throwing a coin in and has a popular Inn known as the 'Loopy Lopunny'
One of the top ten most beautiful locations in the world that has crystals decorated around it's many large trees. While the crystals are beautiful and valuable, harvesting them has been made strictly forbidden after it was discovered that collecting these crystals was actually hurting the forest. Rumors speak of an ancient temple in the very center of the woods connected to the heart of the woods where dropping it's harvested crystals into the hole would heal the forest.
This Mountain is a popular haven for Bandits and other types of criminals. Thanks to decades of these criminals harvesting every valuable materials, they've exhausted them all and now some dare to leave their haven in search for even more riches.
This temple was constructed to honor Team Diamond, a team who were loved by all and worked hard to help the people. When they gave their lives to save countless others, a temple was constructed on a very high hill to honor them and their riches were housed deep within. There are several Bandits who have tried to claim their riches only to earn a lifetime behind bars.
Rumors speak of 'lesser dimensions' connected to this one which house some of the greatest wealth from the greatest Treasure Hunters that likely rival Team Diamond's, there are special 'Phantom Crystals' which act like keys to Phantom Vaults, but it's extremely rare to find one and many speculate that the Phantom Vaults are just a myth.

Name: Eve
Species: Eevee
Age: Probably around 15-16, if we're doing human ages
Appearance: Eve - for the most part - appears as a normal female Eevee, with a slight violet tint to her eyes (think Partner Eevee). Often, she wears a black bandanna for her mercenary tasks, if not a full black cloak when she doesn't want to be recognized. Once she converts to a treasure hunter, the black cloak will be burned (by her) and the black bandanna will be replaced with a light purple one.
Personality: Sarcastic but passionate, Eve's not afraid to get her hands (paws?) dirty. Though she knows when seriousness is required, she usually has a rather chill demeanor. She cracks the occasional pun and has a dark sense of humor, and has her excitable moments. She thirsts for the thrill of battle, which is why she took up the job of mercenary - but lately, she's been questioning whether it's really meant to be her true calling...
Occupation: Mercenary and help-for-hire. She operates in a grey area of the law, doing more secretive tasks for whoever hires her; regardless of their intent. This is, of course, one of the reasons that she's questioning her path: it's not exactly golden morality.
Team: None yet. Most likely will join whichever one Tiara joins.
Backstory: To be revealed in the RP. At the moment, she refuses to tell anyone.
Purpose?: Heart-pumping action. She loves the adrenaline rush of danger.
Other: She dislikes when people refer to money as "moneyz".

Species: Riolu
Age: Probably around 19
Appearance: She's just an average Riolu, but the blue portions of her skin are a slightly lighter shade.
Personality: The blue oni to Eve's red oni, Tiara is much more calm and collected than her boisterous friend. When it's necessary, she can be completely stoic and emotionless, and her sense of humor is minimal. She's a driven individual, however, and when she wants something, her determination is unrivaled.
Occupation: Treasure Hunter, Team Silver (is that OK?)
Team: Team Silver. (She's not the leader type, in her opinion.)

Name:
Amalthea, although she's now only referred to as Amaris.
Species:
Alolan Ninetales
Gender:
Female
Age:
She's roughly 20.
Appearance:
Amaris is your typical Alolan Ninetales. A beautiful coat of blue to white ombre fur, and the large yet slitted dark blue eyes. Her fur is rather large, but it's all the better for icy explorations. She has slightly larger ears and paws (providing better hearing and a bit slower movement speed), with one less tail where a scar is placed. For accessories, she wears a pure black scarf with a cryptic phrase or two embroidered in white. For a final accessory, she has an oddly threadbare leather bag.
Personality:
Amaris is a serious, no-nonsense Pokemon to almost everyone around her. She's often working, so Amaris is not accustomed to most social interaction. She'll admit she's solid, but she has character once she doesn't see you as just another Pokemon anymore. Amaris has heart- although it's usually hidden by the usual hardy personality placed on Treasure Hunters. Generous and sympathetic, once you're on her good side you'll find her tough exterior amusing.
Occupation:
Amaris is a Treasure Hunter who started Team Heavy Snow, and can be found always working.
Team:
Team Heavy Snow.
Moves:
Aurora Beam - Amaris with charge a beam of ice, usually in a pattern similar to that of the famed Aurora Borealis, and fires it at an opponent. It may lower the opponent's attacking strength when she uses it.
Sheer Cold (Absolute Zero) - This is Amaris's strongest attack, as it's usually enough to knock out an opponent under most circumstances. Amaris will use all of her energy and release a below 0 degree chunk of wind. If the opponent is stronger than Amaris, there is a chance it will not be a knockout.
Ice Shard (Ice Throwing Stone) - Amaris with use the shards of ice that will occasionally form around her body to launch them at the opponent. This attack is very swift, and often moves before the opponent has a chance to use another move.
Disarming Voice (Charm Voice) - Amaris will let out a painful cry, to feign an emotion that will catch the opponent off guard. This attack has an extremely low chance of missing, and can be used to shatter ice and even glass (if severe enough).
Amaris, Amalthea in her youth, was a Alolan Vulpix abandoned by her true parents and left to starve. Amaris doesn't remember much of it, but she lived on the streets for several years by stealing from strangers before a caring Ampharos took her in. Amaris lived a nice life after that, although she still sometimes swiped the occasional thing or two from unsuspecting Pokemon. But she soon realized she didn't want to steal anymore- the Ampharos had always told her that making the wrong choices would lead her down the wrong path. And while she supposed it was cheesy, Amaris devoted her life to working hard so that she could one day repay the Ampharos.
She began Team Heavy Snow right before she evolved, her tireless working leading her to an Ice Stone in which she made her evolution. Amaris began not to trust most at this time, and as she had been a careless and happy kid, she was now ice-cold and untrusting. She eventually let some Pokemon into her team, and those she trusts, but she doesn't like to reveal much about herself even now.
Tragedy struck when the Ampharos died, and Amaris was unable to give back what the Ampharos had given to her. Amaris was heartbroken, and forced herself to work until she collapsed every single day. She only really got back into her senses when she was able to remind herself that all the Ampharos wanted for her was a good life, and she couldn't keep working herself to these extremes. She now lives happily, although she still is rather cold and sometimes rude.
Purpose?:
To make a life for her own- she's on her own and there's not so much she can do about it. But she wants what every explorer wants- to get rich and live a life of luxury.
Other:
She has an intense fear of water. For some reason. Not water types, but water.
When she was younger, she had a speech impediment that made her pronounce 'money' like 'moneyz'.

Name: Lily
Species: Leafeon
Age: 12-13 in human years.
Appearance: Smaller than average, with slightly dulled colours, seems to be wilting slightly.
Personality: Cheery, adventurous, and immature for her age. Kind, but sometimes a little selfish. She has trouble picking up on what people mean or want, and is both easy to please and easy to make quite upset, never seeming to often be anything other than the two emotions, though it does come out sometimes. (If she were human, she would be considered to have a learning disability). All of these things have been improving as she's gotten older.
Other: Is quite sickly, and gets injured and hurt much more easily than other pokemon. She sees Charlotte as her mother, but would never say so.
Occupation: Treasure Hunter
Team: (not sure :/)
Backstory: Showed up as an infant,
already evolved, asleep outside Charlotte's door and has lived with her ever since. Treasure Hunters have always been her heroes and she's incredibly excited to start.
Purpose?: Partially to help people, but also for the adventure, as it helps her feel more confident in herself.

Name: Charlotte (Charlie)
Species: Flareon
Age: 29-ish in human years
Appearance: She looks quite tired, and a little older than she is.
Personality: She is the voice of reason for Lily. Whilst she is kind, and is happy to help people, she will almost always put Lily first, although isn't afraid to scold her if she's in the wrong. She's very tired of looking after lily, but cares a lot about her, to the point where she's willing to take part in shady business, to make ends meet... (Also in terms of romance she is bi)
Occupation: Treasure Hunter (Secret Bandit)
Team: (Unsure)
Backstory: She had grown up in relative luxury and (now an adult) lived on her own, making enough money to live a comfortable life, although she planned to try her hand at becoming a treasure hunter, her dream job. Then Lily showed up, as a baby, disrupting everything. Although she initially chose not to raise Lily herself, instead giving her to authorities, she ended up feeling guilty and would visit her often at her foster homes during her younger years, instead of leaving to adventure, before she eventually moved in, when she was about 7 or 8. Since Lily also has a love for treasure hunting, they headed off to take it up, but they don't really make enough money, because of how fragile Lily is (they can't spend long adventuring). This lead to her doing favours for Bandits for money, and eventually, secretly, becoming one.
Other: Sees Lily as her child, but won't say it to her, as she thinks Lily feels otherwise.
Purpose?: Looking after Lily, adventuring, for the thrill of it, and adventuring/banditing to make enough money to look after Lily.

Name: Trick
Species: Weavile
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: A normal Weavile.
Personality: While not particularly gifted himself in terms of raw power, he is good at reading emotions and is not afraid to tamper with the them when facing an enemy. He wears his own heart on his sleeve, however. Bravery and patience are not his strongsuits, but he makes up for it by being a quick and creative thinker. He's a relentless tease and lacks tact, but really is afraid of being alone and losing those close to him.
Occupation: Treasure Hunter (Team Heavy Snow)
Team: Heavy Snow
Moves: Metal Claw, Icy Wind, Ice Shard, Assurance
Backstory: After being born to a single mother, the pair of them made a humble living by gathering and selling berries, they were mistrusted by those around them due to the rest of their kind's reputation for stealing and preying on the weak. When his mother passed, Trick moved to Ruby Village and, after a brief stint waiting tables at the Inn, he was inspired by the variety of stories told by the Treasure Hunter clientele, and ultimately decided on it as a career path for himself.
Purpose?: He enjoys the thrill of exploration and finding shiny, new things. He also gets a deep satisfaction from sticking it to those who believed that he'd always be up to no good.

Name: Dustin
Species: Buizel
Gender: Male
Age: 19
Appearance: Not quite a normal Buizel, Dustin is above average height, and a tendency to stand and walk digitigrade, on the balls of his feet, exaggerates the effect. The digits on both his fore and hindpaws are black, and the very tips of the otherwise normal Buizel colored twin tails are black as well. Taken together, these traits suggest a particular parentage, and the case is only strengthened when his egg move is taken into account. He wears a beige fedora, and a belt with a decently sized pouch hanging from the hip.
Personality: Dustin has a tendency to be brash, and is confident almost to a fault. He's bold, daring even, with an adventurous spirit, but tends to be stubborn and sarcastic. At his worst, he doesn't play well with others, but he's decently loyal, not likely to betray anyone who's put their faith in him. He warms slowly to people.
Occupation: Ex-Bandit Treasure Hunter
Team: Undetermined
Moves: Odor Sleuth (Egg Move), Agility, Aqua Tail, Pursuit
Backstory:
Dustin has been seeped in banditry since birth. His father, a Mightyena named Torsten, is a particularly well known bandit leader - as much as bandits can be lead. Dustin inherited his father's keen nose, the Mightyena being particularly well known for his ability to sniff out marks attempting to flee or hide. Greatly feared by even some of the most skilled mercenaries, Torsten actually has something of a soft spot for his family, Dustin in particular being the apple of his father's eye. The Buizel was being groomed to take over his father's clan someday, and as such is a particularly well trained fighter despite his youngish age.
Of course, as every parent knows, the teenage years can be difficult. When Dustin entered his rebellious phase he decided he didn't want to grow up to be a bandit, he wanted to win notoriety a different way. Deciding that sometimes it was best to take a hands off approach and allow his son to experiment while he was young, Torsten allowed him to take his leave of the clan. Dustin managed almost a year before he ended up falling back in with his father. The Mightyena assumed that was the end of it, but Dustin was still determined to be the family rebel, so he tried again, and this time managed to almost double his time away from the family before returning.
Now, the Buizel is on his third shot at being a legitimate treasure hunter, and really hoping that this time it'll stick.
Purpose?: "This time, I'll stay on the straight and narrow."
Moneyz.

Name: Clark (but only a few know this name, it is mostly known as "the slippy changer")
Species: ditto
Age: umm... 15?
Gender: genderless (referring as he)
Appearance: normal ditto, though there's a wound on his back (everything he is transforming to will have that wound as well).
Personality: Clark is very bitter, lonely, and quite mean to others, as he doesn't really care about others anymore.
He is very sneaky and quick to anger, he doesn't trust others at all and sometimes he is aggressive towards them too. Clark is still a bit merciful though, as he will try to help someone who just got betrayed, but not too much.
Occupation: bandit, former treasure hunter.
Backstory:
Clark was once gentle and a bit timid, he was a part of "team free", and he always did his best to support his team.
Until one day, when Clark discovered a big treasure, his team betrayed him and attacked him before running away with the treasure, leaving the ditto wounded.
Clark Concluded that every treasure hunter is a betrayer like his teammates at some points, and wanted revenge on what they have done to him.
He started to steal treasures and hurt the hunters in his escape, while disguising into one of them. At some point he stopped trusting pokemons at all, believing they are like treasure hunters.
Purpose?: mainly trying to get revenge on the treasure hunters, although Clark doesn't really care about the treasures, so he is just hiding it somewhere else.
Other:
-his motto is "don't trust anyone".
-he doesn't really care about those moneyz...
-he isn't that good at acting, so he is usually silent when transforming to someone else.

She is quite the flirtatious Pokemon, having escaped from jails and prisons many times with her charm and mist, until they started to put the genderless or female security guards to make sure she doesn't escape. No, then she escapes another way: by corroding her cell's bars. She will work her charm anyway she can, flirting with almost anything in range. She can be sweet when she wants to, but only if it will help her gain something. Otherwise, she's rude and indecent, yet proper and graceful.

Name: Maz, Cod, Nod, Pod, Zod, and Jod. Collectively known as "Flanks"
Species: Falinks
Gender: Genderless, but they all go by "him" to lessen confusion.
Age: 35
Appearance: A set of six soldiers, like every other Falinks, but their shields are slightly more dinged up from constant conflicts.
Personality: Each of the soldiers acts differently than the last.
Maz, the Brass, is a rough-and-tumble head of the bunch. A demanding commander, but a powerful leader.
Cod is Maz's almost-second-in-command. Similar to Maz, but not as rough.
Nod is quiet, usually more aware of his surroundings.
Pod is an aggressive fighter, but is too rambunctious and needs Maz's leadership.
Zod is slightly childish and cowardly, but is able to put up the same fight as the others.
Jod is casual, indifferent, and unattached, but carries out every order with vigor nonetheless.
Occupation: Treasure Hunter
Team: No current team but themselves
Moves:
No Retreat - Flanks performs a war dance and cry, which prevents them from fleeing combat, but strengthens them slightly in every stat.
First Impression - Flanks breaks into an ambush charge, crashing into the opponent without any forewarning to massive effect- but they can only employ this technique as their first move of the battle.
Megahorn - Maz's spearhead stretches out as Flanks charges forward with all of its might, slamming forward with tremendous power.
Iron Head - Flanks charges and splits into a V formation, every member slamming into the opponent separately with their armored heads.
Backstory: Flanks formed from the same mysterious process all other Falinks form from. They banded together with Maz taking the position as Brass, and immediately began training themselves in coordination, power, strategy, and other things in that matter. When they eventually found themselves sufficient enough, Maz decided the best course of action in order to become greater was to go out and fight other Pokemon, so they headed out and decided to become mercenaries, where they could hunt down and defeat outlaws and get paid for it. They grew stronger and more organized with every defeat they suffered, and more confident with every victory.
Eventually, Flanks began to wonder about the various treasure hunters and the guild itself, starting to entertain the thought of exploration rather than just combat. They wondered how many parts of the world they overlooked in their search for bad guys. So, eventually, they joined the treasure hunting craze and became part of the guild, but remained independent as they believed they were already a formulated team of six Pokemon. However, they still worked together with other teams on occasion, and still enjoy tackling down bandits who dare try to steal the riches they gather from their expeditions.
Purpose: Flanks desires to improve themselves through combat, explore the world around them as they had neglected to do previously, serve diligently and return treasure to the guild, and steamroll any criminals in their path.

Name: Vander
Species: Honchkrow
Gender: Male
Age: 42
Appearance: A Honchcrow who's a little larger than usual, at 3'4", and has a much cleaner look to him.
Personality: Vander is snarky, malicious, and demanding, going out of his way to fight down anyone in order to steal their riches. He has no respect for the right, and believes that the world will never last on peace and order. Thus, the strongest survive, and the richest become richer because they beat the weaker and poorer. Vander cares little for his Murkrow underlings, only demanding that they serve him, or he punishes them severely and without mercy.
Occupation: Bandit
Team: Honchkrew
Moves:
Dark Pulse - Vander charges up dark energy and unleashes it in a wave around him at his enemies. May make them flinch.
Night Slash - Vander strikes at the first opening at his opponents with his claws, with a high likelihood of critical hits.
Nasty Plot - Vander fills his head with bad thoughts and greatly empowers his Special Attack.
Fly - he fli
Backstory: Vander did not start off on the right foot. Initially stolen away at birth to be made a slave later, Vander's world was only struggle and fighting. He didn't understand that Pokemon could survive if they weren't strong. Thus, he began trying to get stronger than his captors, and he eventually did with the help of an army of Murkrow. Afterwards, however, he took their place and began to do the exact same things his former captors did- everything from enslavement to robbery. He soon learned about the Guild and Treasure Hunters, and, despising them for stealing what riches he could have, as well as being such "goody-two-shoes" and only taking so much, Vander developed a vendetta against any and all treasure hunters. He began having his cronies search out and follow treasure hunters to sites where this treasure was hidden so he could raid them of all of their wealth and ambush the next hunters that came searching for it. Thus, he's become decently well-known as the "Raid Boss", for having taken down multiple teams with his underhanded, cheap, and vengeful tactics.
Purpose: Vander wants everything he can get his wings on. He wants wealth, he wants to defeat treasure hunters and send a message to the guild to stay off his land, and he wants to rule over as much of the world around him as he can, with no desire of mercy.

Name: Cross, The Bandit King
Species: Bisharp
Gender: Male
Age: 33
Appearance: Slightly taller than your average Bisharp with a lot of scratches on ever metallic part of his body. He wears a Black fur cloak and wears a strange golden pendant around his neck.
Personality: A perceptive and cruel ruler who commands many of the bandits of the Crooked Mountain with an iron fist. He is mainly seen as calm and serious-leaving no room for jokes and is careful when it comes to the bandits he commands. Despite his "kingship", he is very ambitious and seeks to increase his ever growing wealth so he can use it to create an army strong and vast enough to take over the country. If anyone were to try and betray and/or overthrow him, he wouldn't hesitate to execute them then and there. He also looks down on treasure hunters.
Occupation: Bandit King
Moves: Throat Chop, Iron Head, Rock Tomb, Thunder Wave
Backstory: (There may be a little more to it, but that'll be discovered within the RP). He was once a Treasure Hunter who couldn't live up to the code thanks to his ambition and greed. When he was exiled, he made his way to the bandit's haven that was the Crooked Mountain and he was immediately given a 'warm welcome' by the other bandits only for them to be killed or crippled. He clawed his way to the highest rank of leadership by killing many of the kingpins there and stealing ever last piece of their wealth until people called him The Bandit King. Some bandits say that despite being a treasure hunter, he was born to be a bandit, a saying he only took so happily.
Purpose: To become the richest man in the world he plans to take over.
