A Scizor huh, well this could be interesting Xavier thought to himself. He looked at the Scizor, and even though Scizors were usually slow, this one looked particularly quick. He formulated a plan to counter this.

"Gallade use Curse consistently!" Xavier shouted as a faint glow around Gallade showed that the move was in effect. Xavier smiled, they wouldn't be able to counter what he had in mind.

 

[Narsi]

"Aerial Ace, Don't show mercy, we don't know this Gallade's power, and we should end this quickly. " Grimm bolts forward, before jumping up and striking directly, showing no mercy.
(Also, Gallade or it's pre evolutions can't learn curse? Like, at all. )

(This is godmoding just so you know as you can't make a move hit a pokemon, the other person has to say so even if it's a move that can hit every time as Gallade could have used a move like protect)

Obviously the Champion didn't do his studying and went with a type advantage move. This is one of the reasons why Gallade used curse as it significantly raised Gallades defense when used multiple times. That and the fact that it was a weaker flying type move allowed Gallade to take the full impact of the move with minimal damage. Now for part two of Curse, lowered speed and higher attack.

"Gallade, retaliate with Trick Room and follow up with a fire punch!"

A box suddenly appeared around the two Pokémon, and immediately the effects of curse were shown as Gallade became almost like a blur of lightning leaving a storm cloud. Using his new attack power and speed, he threw a blazing fist towards the Scizor with all his might, Xavier guessing that because of trick room that Scizor would also be slowed.

(Sorry, forgot. But still, Gallade can't learn Curse. Trick room and Fire punch are legal, though )
Seeing the space warp around, he quickly yelled out to scizor "Take the hit!" Scizor put his claws up and takes the hit, the focus sash he's holding letting him barley hold on "now use reversal! " With the gallade still in close range, scizor got in close, and hit at Gallade, The attack boosted by his extremely low Hp

Xavier gasped, he forgot that Scizors knew reversal. Too late to avoid it, Xavier recovered and came up with a new plan.

"Gallade use endure, follow up with a point blank fire punch!"
Gallade took the hit but because of endure he didn't faint. With Scizor wide open after coming into such close range, Gallade put up everything he had into the flame that consumed his blade-like arm, swinging it like a knight swings a sword.

Thinking to himself, Daniel searched for a way out of this, and he remembered, trick room doesn't affect priority moves, and he yelled out "Bullet punch!" In a deperate attempt at getting the final hit, scizor moved at supersonic speeds, trying to land a finishing blow to Gallade, knowing bullet punch is boosted by his technician ability

Xavier was just waiting for a quick priority move to be used. "Gallade break out of Fire Punch and use Quick Guard! Then counter with close combat!" As Quick Guard could go faster than even priority moves, it gave Gallade the ability to protect himself from harm. With Scizor up-close and personal, Gallade began a rapid assortment of melee attacks, determined to protect his honor as well as his trainers.

"Get out of there! " Scizor pushed off gallade's guard and got out of close range, just fast enough to escape the torrent of hits "Both Pokemon Down to their lowest Health. the next move to hit wins. " He said, staring down the opposing side, and the beaten up Pokemon on the field. "Grimm. Use roost. " He says, the Pokemon closing it's eyes as it's wound seem to heal, but not fully "Now use Aerial ace."

Gallade during close combat had left himself wide open. Before being hit one last time however, he and his trainer shared a thought telepathically. His eyes glowed blue as Gallade stood still and took the hit while using Destiny Bond to force a tie. Gallade smiled, this would still annoy the champion he thought as the final impact came to pass.

 

[Narsi]

As the Gallade fell, he felt his face sore because of the joy the battle gave him, then as he took a step towards the opponent, Scizors eyes glowed a pale blue then he fell, fainted as well. "Destiny Bond, huh?" He let out a laugh "That's a tricky move you got there. " he walked forward onto the field, reaching down and using a jagged yellow stone like object on the downed scizor, waiting a bit before it revived, then he went over and held one out to Xavier "It's a Max revive. Use it on Gallade " he said with a smile "Great Battle, I haven't had one that got me that pumped up in ages. I misjudged you. I'm very sorry about that. " he said as he gave the prince a bow, something he normally doesn't do but has had to do before in meetings with royalty.

"No need to bow, we both fought on the same battlefield, that makes us equals. Some sort of medival code of honor or such. Next time though, when we meet on opposing sides once more, I hope that it could be under more proper terms. Maybe if fate smiles upon the weary, we will battle in that league of yours one day." Xavier took the stone and healed his Gallade. He returned his companion and called his Honchcrow. "Goodbye for now Equal, by the way that's what I'm calling you now, you better get used to it!" he said as he and his Honchcrow flew back to the dormitories, forgetting about lunchroom all together.

Watching as he flew off, he said to himself "Equal, huh? I guess that's cool. Equals with a prince. " he said as he returned Grimm and walked off more along the path that lead away from the lunchroom with berries growing along the edges of the path, no destination in mind, but just to wander more

 

[Almas Rei]

After watching the two's battle end and them leaving, Lest had a smile on his face and turned to his pokemon. "Looks like we'll have to train more. We'll need to be stronger to keep up here." He said to his three pokemon. Kori, Flare, and shroomish looked towards their trainer and nodded. They looked like they wanted to get stronger as well. "Shall we go towards the battle field to see if anyone's willing to help us train?" He asked the three, who nodded in return. "Ok, I'll return you to your pokeballs and then we'll head over." Lest said as he started to return them. Flare and shroomish went back without any problems, but Kori looked at him like she was saying she didn't want to. She then floated over behind Lest and put her arms around his neck. "Froslass." Was all that she said. "You don't want to go back, huh. I guess it can't be helped. Let's get going then." He said as he started to walk towards the battle fields, hoping to find someone that could be a good training partner.

A young girl no older then 14 looked at everything as she went to one of the receptionist doing her best to ignore all the looks she's getting for her appearance, of course she wasn't a daughter of a celebrity, president or Noble, but she was considered a princess even though she is an orphan and found on a uncharted island with only Pokemon .

" Excuse me, can you please help me to my dorm room? I got lost......" the girl asked the receptionist as she got another look from the receptionist. But then again what would your reaction be to a girl with Gracideas in her hair, only having a White clothe as a dress and bear foot.

The receptionist looked at the girl and asked "what's your name?" The girl looked at the Raichu next to her and he gave her a nod then jumped in the girls arm then she answered.

"My name is Tsuta........my family tells me that Doku is my last name" look at the girl one more time then took her to her dorm room and as Tsuta closed the door she looked at the other students one more time.

The Raichu jumped to the bed and looked at the room " it will get better, I promise." The Raichu said to Tsuta "And beside you can always go to that professor and tell him that you want us to go back home to the island " to anyone else it would only sound like sounds you would hear from a Raichu but Tsuta could easily understand.

" Saji I'm scared everything is so different here and I don't know anything about other humans I mean haven't you noticed all the looks I've been getting? I'm only going to mess up. Tsuta responded to one of her closes friends then looked at the dress on the bed then picked it up. "What's this?" Before she got her answer she heard someone knock on the door. "Who is it?" Was the one thing she could say.
