Dunno, I'll speak with the other two creators about it, but if it is:
It won't be like in the Anime, instead the Human and Pokémon will literally fuse together to become one, the human gaining the traits of the Pokémon, but having to take part into the battle themselves and feeling everything.

This is not to be abused, only used in most dire circumstances, adding the additional requirement that you have to be wanting to do good with the power, or atlest the Pokémon has to accept too
