We have Kelan, Creel, Paral, and the Elven kingdom.
That's more of Heco's stuff, but I think that Creel and Paral are similar to Kelan, which is where most of the characters are from.

What class would you call Stella? Doesn't she study her magic to use it?
Kinda, she directly uses her element for spells.
I do not know avout Paral and the others, but the elven kingdom is very free and open with the kingdom. There have been in fighting in the past with the two major part of the kingdom as it used to be devided into two. It has only recently in the last 100 years or so come together in peace.
Creel and Parral are basically the same, nothing against her kind, since giants, orcs, fairies and others leave amongst them peacefully.
I do worry about her katana though. A blade that can cut through anything means she is the best swordman in the world since no blade could match her. (Kinda leaves Azumi's skills useless and the new bad guy I'm presenting)

the "cut through anything" is what the legend says, it can't actually do that, it is however, a super sharp sword that never dulls and can cut through a lot of stuff along with some other magical properties that can be triggered under the right circumstances referring to the part about cutting the veil between realms, I didn't mean it can cut though literally everything. Stories about legends usually tends to be embellished

Her Magical skills do seem a bit... overpowered, though...

well since i don't know what to base it off of really, i would say in terms of raw skill without utilizing any magic or special powers/abilities, Momo would win over the current cast.
WIth powers, magic, abilities, etc, she'd prob lose to Azumi, due to typing and power. And also probably to Wite as well, just by the nature of the way Wite fights, other cast members would depend on how they would fight since I've yet to really see them go toe to toe with a highly skilled enemy that's essentially a humanoid like themselves.

My main quibble is that aside from astoundingly powerful fire magic, she has lightning that is more powerful than most people who focus specifically on electric.

first off, sorry it took me so long to respond
I kind of took fire-bending from Avatar:LB as the inspiration of her fire magics, i would like her to still be able to use lightning magic as a form, but it drains her hard, I've made edits in the bio post to reflect this. Avatar:LB's explanation of lightning bending was something i really loved and made a lot of sense to me.
as for her fire and overall ability package, i just assumed that the members of the mage council would be people who were the pinnacle of their element and mastery, please correct me if i am wrong. I've removed her ability to essentially make a fire elemental golem type thing as after reading through again it seems to be kind of an odd ability. Please give more feedback when you can.

Yes, that's a bit better. I can see her being part of her country's Grand Court, as well as being on the council. I just saw way too many powers and not enough drawbacks. I'm perfectly fine with her being a master of all things fire, but the electric just seemed like way too much until you nerfed some things. And to be totally honest, she could still do the golem, but it might take a lot of concentration to control it. Perhaps she uses a Golem Summoning Spell of some sort, and then lights it on fire with her magic for maximum effect.
Ooh, that could be fun to see! And by the way, it would be really cool if we could start leaking in parts of our Maira and Rene's backstories. I finally developed Maira's, but I can't say much yet.

Yes, we three will be your evaluators... no character is accepted without Hecotoro-Sensei's permission, and I will give advice as to wizardly aspects, and suggest a few possible changes if I see the need.
Is Razan eligible for this council?
Is he a Wizard? To many of his spells come from study and practice, as much or more than magical talent?
I think he is more of a mage where he relies on his natural talent more then studying books.
