Does she study books or scrolls, or anything like that?
Okay, so I think she’s in a similar class to Razan. Does she do any magic that isn’t directly related to electricity?
Okay, then she isn’t a true wizard, although she can still attend the meetings if she wants to.
Would you say that she got her powers through the intervention of another being, and she got powers, but the being intended her to use the powers to serve the being?

Razan and Rene are more of an elemental Mage group
So is Stella.
I suppose Rene could be loosely classed as Warlock... maybe...

What is the difference between warlock and mage?
Warlocks gain their magic through a pact of sorts, in some ways like Sam I suppose. They get awesome powers, but they have to fulfill their end of a deal. Usually this means fighting for a greater cause, often that of the being on the other end of the pact.
Jason would be a mix between wizard and warlock. The reason I say this is because in the first season and the pact he had with the stones that Vlad used to try and control him. He does a lot of studying spells that are related to his element.

I don't have an immediate plan for them, but perhaps you can have Momo go to her country's ruler, to check with them about the Council. Like Torrena did in Kelan.

He had violet eyes, but if you make him mad, his eyes will turn cat-like eyes with scarlet pupils. His hair also is mysterious... As it is black at noght and white in the day. (Explanation to hair mystery.. Weaknesses)
It isn't well known now.. How he looks in his true, demon form.. It is sure one thing. He is taller than in his human form and has white hair.

Personality: Noir was heartless and he wasn't a person that should be trusted. He visited the human world as he was just bored.. He thought if not to use humans in his plans or something.
Xavier was suprised as he visited human world... There was so much evil in their world. Still many was happy and lived peacefully... He couldn't understand this. He also couldn't understand this feeling he had when... He helped those people..
He doesn't want from the other members of the council.. To know the truth.. He didn't know why.. He didn't want to leave the council.
Skills and Abilities:
Master of darkness magic- Xavier power as a Darkness magic user is truly unquestioned. As Demon from Empire of Sin, he is an expert in Dark and Demonic magic, in mind manipulation and hexes.
Enchanced physical abilities- (from human point of view): Even if in his human form, Xavier physical abilities are very limited. He still isn't an ordinary person. Xavier may not be seen as the strongest person in human world, but don't get too careless, becouse...
Good in hand-to-hand (close) combat- Xavier fights better from long than close distances, but he isn't defenseless. He isn't a martial artist, but he can give you quite a punch in the face and send you flying for a few meters. Most of his combat Abilities are for self-defence. Blok the attack and counter.

Half-Demon form (Assault mode)- Xavier didn't want to abandon his human form (Explanation in Backstory and Personality). But he knew that he may once meet an opponent... Too strong to hold back. Xavier... Ekhm*.. Noir in this form recovers some of his demonic sealed power (Because of human form). Not only his magical power, but also phisical abilities raises... There is a drawback... Sudden transformation gives unimaginable power of pain that he needs to overcome to defeat his opponent. There is also a huge risk that others will figure out that he is a demon... Something he can't allow to happend. But if...
Weaknesses: Well... First thing first, Human form gives lots of disadvantages as he is way more powerful in his demonic form. Noir said once that "I can't understand... Most of humans are so fragile and weak.. Yet they live the happy life... Demons are strong... But I never saw a happy demon...My form resembles, who I could be in their world.. Weakling"
As a Demon he is stronger and the truth is... Even if he is still strong and fast. His body is fragile and he probably wouldn't take as human many hits. His magic also seems to be weaker during the day, although he is still stronger than many other magic users. More worrying thing for him is that his hair becomes white during the day. Daylight slowly change him back to a demon so he need to hide in dark places or take umbrella with him. Also instant transformation back to demon form... Either in some part or whole... Will cause incredible, unimaginable amount of pain...

Background: Noir life was... Boring, he felt some kind of melancholy... He didn't know what to do. He thought about traveling to another world. He prepared himself and left.
In this world, as Xavier, he killed previous darkness member of the council and he took his place. He wanted to use this for his 'future plan' (or this is what he keep saying to himself) and he worked with other members of council. He couldn't understand the reason behind... Humans 'happines'.. He started to 'study' them... And he noticed that something is changing with him... And he couldn't tell if he like it or not, but he wanted to stay with everyone in the council.. And hide his real nature.
(Tell me anything that is wrong and etc... This bio took me soo much time...

Sorry, I wasn't online. Overall, it looks pretty good! I was confused, at times. Does he actually study magic like a Wizard, or does he do most of his stuff with his innate magic?

To use his innate magic he need to be in either demon form or his (Half demon) one, so basiclly the magic he use is the one that he learned.
Human form is something like a seal to his innate Abilities and magic.
(Also, he deceived people that he is a part of the Council)

The council doesn't actually exist yet, It's still being formed....

Yeah I would say it is not true either. I know that the heir for the empire of sin is not that bad. They may be a bit devious, but they are not necessarily evil. Also the heir fell in love with a mortal woman, so being heartless would not be necessarily true.
TIME TO POST PEOPLE
It was already taking a week to get that one mission done, tbf. Something needed to happen and quick so the plot could get moving along. Otherwise, we could've been stuck there for about 2-3 weeks. Plus nobody's really seen Rene fight or Tsonea fight while NOT insane.
True, fine, we'll go with it. (Still Nora has done nothing but care for her dragons.)
