I'm actually really glad the story advanced a bit, we spent an entire week getting started xD Although we did bomb yesterday with posts. No regrets.

Okay court's in session. I will be the judge for the case, was it Wite's fault? The demon Wite is being charged with being guilty of disturbing the peace. Could this have been avoided?

I disagree, even fluffy vicious hellhounds deserve cuddles and pats... even if you might lose a finger or two... or a hand, but thats just small details.

but yea no rush @Clite of Dragonbow, i'll prob spend most of today finishing a post on the Battle Spire, might post a response with Eudora since Wes kind of just popped up on her ship, and maybe get a followup with Momo and the guard to see where that goes, and if i got time start working on P3 of Wite's back story

EDIT: and apparently @Hecotoro's court case with WIte :D

@EmoKitty21 Yea that's fine, Wite was expecting the baby to get killed by Akane's attack anyways,, she was testing how well Akane can hold herself back from an attack already in motion. If it got killed then free soul for Wite that someone "liberated" from a body, or if she managed to stop her attack, Akane would be open for a counter attack.

@GQuasch Illusions, they're extremely realistic illusions combo-ed with mental manipulation to give the illusions life, and that thing in the sky she conjured for the illusion was not a demon. But yes Bell is probably more guilty than Wite or the Demon Slayers. The Demon Slayers at most will probably get charged with assault, disturbance of peace, and threatening with intention. Bell might have actually caused severe mental trauma / PTSD to some of the people affected by her illusions and mental manipulations. Her three eyes allow her to see more than can imagine.

To be fair in WIte's life time she's killed way more, but on the current realm, @JayBird Joe, she did kill hundreds but most of them were cultists so were they really innocent? And if your referring to the island and the civilians that died there? she was forced to do that by Marquis, and yes, she's got a clean slate on Fosnisi... for now:D

Wite might have a clean record on Fosnisi, but that doesn't change the fact she is a mass murder who enjoys killing and has gotten away with it. The simple fact of her presence within civilization is already placing the people in extreme danger. Akane's intentions were to prevent such awful event, Wite killing, from happening. She didn't attack without warning to avoid causing panic amongst the people. Unfortunately, Wite's servant caused a horrible illusion which also inflicted mental damage to the innocent bystanders. To try and avoid this conflict Akane attempted to attack Wite, who used a BABY to defend herself. Therefore, I believe Akane's actions were proper and Wite's reactions were exaggerated. Thank you.

Yes, but was there any evidence that Wite was going to cause mass murder? No. Akane threatened Wite simply because she is a demon. No other reason. And she had nothing to do with what Bell did. Bell did that on her own and will be tried for that separately. And your point of 'trying to avoid conflict' is conflict all in itself. She knowingly attacked Wite in a library after being told to leave. Afterwards, she claimed she did nothing wrong. Akane committed Assult and attempted Battery.

Wite might be a mass murderer (no proof of this <.>) and a danger to society (also no proof of this <.>), but she is under agreements and is a proven ally of a foreign emissary, that had landed on Fosnisi with peaceful and diplomatic intentions. Demonic deals forged from Greater Demons are serious business, and infractions to them would be heavily consequential to the offending party. As part of the deal made with Queen Azumi was Wite would assist in locating and obtaining the 5 jewels. As Queen Azumi had already stated that they will try to complete their objective on Fosnisi through peaceful means, and so far has not been proven to be a hindrance to their primary goal. Any offensive action taken by Wite either violent, or anything not deemed peaceful within Azumi's definition, would result in a violation of their deal and Wite would be punished accordingly, but that has yet to happen therefore Wite's actions are not aggressive or violent.

The whole using a baby as a shield thing is irrelevant, since it was "willingly" offered to Wite, therefore should not be subject to any action taken against it.... Except the mother for being a poor parent and offering her baby to a complete stranger, she should have protective child care services called on her

To this point, Bell casted the illusions AFTER Akane's threat was issued as a defensive response and as a means of protecting her Master, therefore Bell's actions were the result of Akane's threats and totally within justifiable reason to protect her owner.
