This role play will take place one thousand years after Pokemon Warcraft 2. If you have not participated or read the last two Pokemon Warcraft (PW) role plays, don't worry it won't effect your experience in this one.
Setting
It is a world that holds strongly to its traditions while at the same time has managed to become modern. We have a mixture of old ancient buildings with skyscrapers, vehicles, hologram technology, kinda like Tony Stark, which is powered by the user's magic or magic crystals. The clothing is pretty open, you can wear modern clothes or mix it up with traditional armor or even make your own. The world is divided in several nations, Kelan, Creel, Parral, Elven Kingdom, Fosnisi and Taiyo. The first four share one big continent and the others are across the sea. This story will take place in Kelan, the most powerful nation. The nation is divided into two political parties, The House of Towers and The House of Toru. Winchester, Kelan's capital is where the story will mostly take place. You are free to make your own little city or village for your character as long as they have no impact on the RP besides being your character's hometown. Here is a list of the vehicles:
People also have a bracelet, design up to you, where a small hologram comes out which does everything a smartphone can do now a days. But, if you slide the small hologram and throw it at a wall, it becomes a television. Basically similar technology to ours now days so no teleportation, sorry!
Now Kelan is ran by a king, who is part of the Towers family. There is a group called the Grand Court, who are the strongest warriors in the nation and take on the biggest threats. But the most important thing is the nation has a guild system. Meaning if you have any troubles, you go to a local guild for help. The world is also filled with many different types of creatures:
and of course, Pokemon! We cannot have a demihuman with Pokemon powers, it is just for looks. Unless they got wings or something like that, they could use them but to a minimum. For example if you are half Hawlucha, you can probably fly short distances, but not as skilled as a real Hawlucha. First password is Rattata is the best! There are hybrids in the world, but not allowed for character making, which means you cannot make a hybrid of the races mentioned above.
Character making:
Characters will be strictly judged to avoid having any OP character running around. Now there are three things to consider when making your character, the race they belong to, what class and element they are. Now here is the list of the different classes, your character can only be one!
Done choosing the type of class your character will have? good! Now the next thing is their elements. Elements are like Pokemon types, except not as many, therefore depending on the type you have, depends who you have advantage over or who you have disadvantage against. Now we have six main elements and twelve sub elements.
Now you probably noticed some are categorized as Rare. This is because they are very powerful and dangerous, so in order to get one you must get special permission from me and it means they will have to be at a very weak state since they take at least 40 years to master. Now for the type chart:

Light >< Dark
This also includes their sub class. "But Hecotoro, electric beats water in Pokemon logic!" I know, but this isn't for the Pokemon and it was the best place to fit electric. Btw the description of elements are not mandatory, your character can love the rain and be a fire user, why not? Just like classes, your character can only have one element. If you choose a main element that doesn't mean you have access to the sub elements and vice versa. This element system is to avoid anyone having perfect coverage over everything.
Now for the funnest part of them all: Rules.

The House of Toru is ready to take the throne and to their luck, the King is terribly sick, to the point he is in his last days. Bikes/Trikes – Similar to cars they have very light armor to no armor, fast and maneuverable also powered by rechargeable mana crystals
Ships – many improvements have been made on the traditional boat making it faster, more durable, and able to hold more cargo or people, ships are now powered by a combination of natural wind and magic madding sure that the vessel is always in motion on the correct path no matter the state of the wind, ocean, or current
Military Vehicles
Magic Drones (Hornets) – Small lightweight unmanned flying aircrafts lightly to no armor, used mostly for surveillance, sometimes armed with light magical weapons for short to mid-range supporting fire
Cruisers (Light, Medium, Heavy) – Primary aircrafts that resemble modified boats made fit for air travel, powered by powerful magical mana crystals that fuels its own artificial mana flows that powers everything from shields the ship, to is weapons system. Light, Medium, and Heavy denotes the level of armor and weapons found on these ships and their resilience and size, the lighter the armor the more mobility and speed it has, but with less firepower, heavier armor sacrifices those things for durability and firepower. One common thing about all air vehicles is their ability for omnidirectional flight, as they are powered by magic, they are not restricted to traditional rules and laws of propulsion and thermodynamics.
Heavy Armored Transport (HAT) – The “tank” of the military vehicles. It primary function is to transport troops and other civilians and VIPs though dangerous areas or when extra protection is needed. Magically powered the HAT is very heavily armored against magical and normal attacks armed with light weapons as a secondary option, its primary offensive functions are based off of individuals inside, their magical abilities are enhanced by the vehicles magical amplification systems and can be fired out in powerful attacks. Some modifications to the HAT have been seen sacrificing its transport capacity to fit a heavy weapon turning it into a full-fledged offensive vehicle. The HAT is relatively slow and despite its heavy armor, a quick and skilled individual can easily dismantle it if given the chance and proper weaponry mainly blunt weapons, or exceptionally enhanced weapons, also with the rise of magical firearms, powerful high caliber armor piercing rounds of magical firearms are capable of piercing its armor.

- Light Cruisers – Manned by crews of 5 - 10, fast and great for scouting, traveling, and rapid transport. Lightly armed used for surgical strikes, and disruption tactics, easy to take down but hard to hit
- Medium Cruisers – The most versatile of all the aircraft cruisers, moderately armored and able to take quite a bit of punishment. Crewed by 7 – 15 people they are able to be armed with a wide variety of weaponry from an array of light to select heavies without sacrificing much mobility. Slower than the Light cruisers, they make up for in fire power and durability, the most common in military fleets often acting as the primary strike and task force for military fleets great for holding defensive and offensive positions, rarely venturing alone, Medium cruisers are usually deployed in squads of 3 – 5
- Heavy Cruisers – Rare and large, heavily armored and armed they often act as a flying command center and flagships of fleets, heavily defended and stays back to fire heavy artillery and supporting fire. Heavy cruisers are crewed by no less than 50 people and up to well over 100 depending on the size of the cruiser, some may even house Medium and Light Cruisers within its own hanger. Given their raw size, armor, and fire power these flying fortresses are nearly impossible to take down by an individual or even small fleets.

Character making:

Monk - Basically a fighter but with less resistance and more agility, they have no weapons because they are the weapon!
Paladin - Pick up your sword and shield! (Not referring to the games) they can take hits and hit hard, good movement but usually do poor against magic.
Gunner - Want to go John Wick style? or maybe you're a dirty camper, not judging! The second password is Garchomp rules! Gunners can specialize in one type of gun which uses their mana as bullets, but unfortunately useless without their guns. Weapons any kind of gun but please only choose one, because in the end, you are not as good as John Wick.
Rogue - Very agile and smart. They sneak around and are great for stealth missions, but made of glass. Weapons daggers or small swords.
Sorcerer - You are a natural at magic, you have control over your element and wield it like a Avatar the last air bender rip off, but we won't notice! No weapons, already got your element, don't get greedy!
Warlock - You make a deal with a strong being. They allow you to use their power and get something in return, mostly your soul. Please do not brake any rules and have a pact with Arceus or something like that, keep it reasonable. Weapons a staff or none, do you really need it?
Wizard - You can literally manipulate reality, with lots of years of study, spell casting and magical items. But, you are really fragile and need someone to protect you while you prepare a spell. Weapon is usually a staff, wand or maybe even those big magical rings.
Tamer - These guys do not usually have good skills so they depend on their Pokemon partners to do the work for them. Being able to train and use up to three Pokemon at a time during a battle, they can be really dangerous, unless you sneak up behind them. Weapons, well their Pokemon! WARNING! Dragon tamers exist as their own sub class, they do not use technology and live in their private village away from society.
Ranger - You take your bow, hide in a tree and let your arrows guide you to victory! Rangers are expert hunters, usually work well with their partner Pokemon and great scouts! But if they are caught by the enemy, ggs. Usually bows are their preferred weapon, silence is their friend.

Water - It's everywhere, but very hard to control. Love rainy weather or damp places.
- Ice - Usually used by ex girlfriends, kidding! Prefers the cold and frozen food.
- Blood (Rare) - Looked down upon by many, controlling blood is just so wrong, unless you're a doctor!
- Electric - Very dangerous element that can kill the user if they are not careful, but great offense! Don't let them touch your phone!
- Steam (Rare) - Water is everywhere right? make it explode or take a steamy bath :3 Just don't boil yourself!
- Sound - If you want to be the next biggest rock star, this element is for you. Amplify sounds from whispers to boom burst! Careful though you might hurt yourself.
- Gravity (Rare) - Literally control gravity, make them bow down to you or send them to outer space. Very hard to adapt.
- Sand - Garaa from Naruto, you get the idea. Make a giant sand fist or pretty sand castle, your limit is your imagination.
- Metal (Rare) - You could be the world's greatest architect, but such a heavy element causes back pain!
- Solar - Make sure your allies are wearing sun glasses! You may not heat things up as much as a steam element, but you can definitely get a good tan.
- Angelic (Rare) - Justice, good, divine... these words usually describe you since you are free of sin and full of love! But why do they always date bad boys or toxic girls?
- Moon - Moon and water elements make great combo together, I wonder why? The night is young and you have pale skin, who needs day time?
- Demonic (Rare) Probably the most requested one because everyone wants to be the bad boy. But be careful, even the devil can fall for an angel.

- Your character has to be approved by me and any changes I request is to make sure we do not have an overpowered character that can make the others feel less important, it isn't personal.
- Can you suggest to add things for your character? Yes, but I cannot guarantee approval. Again, nothing personal.
- Maximum of 2 Pokemon per character, unless you are a tamer then you can use up to 3.
- Unless you are a tamer, try not to have two fully evolved Pokemon, remember your character has to develop somehow during the story and starting with Volcarona and Machamp won't help with that. Last password, Quilava is the cutest Pokemon ever.
- Romance is allowed, just keep it PG-13.
- Good and long post please! If you can only think of 3 sentences to reply, find a way to add more because that isn't enough and there is always enough material!
- Please be active, if not in the RP at least in the discussion so we know you are alive and care about the RP.
- Anyone who doesn't post in either the RP or discussion for 1 week, without notice, will be kicked. We will send flowers to your character's family.
- 1 character per person. This can change, depends on the activity of the RP.

He doesn't stutter over his words or anything like that, but lacks a filter and can be very blunt, even if he means well. He gets along better with pokemon than with people. Once he makes a friend, however, he shows his more kind side, although he's still pretty lax.

Appearance: Although overall pretty unremarkable overall, he has a few important features. He’s a fairly average height and a little on the thin side. Clearly fit and in training, his muscles are visibly strong. He has short brown hair and brown-blue eyes, and his skin is rather tanned.
Casual Clothes: A large, light shirt that hangs loosely around him, tied at his waist by a darker cloth, along with khaki pants. He is usually barefoot.
Battle Outfit: Very little difference, just wrappings along his forearms in a special blue cloth.
Weapon of choice: His own fists! However, he also has a whip.
Personality: Everything about Aspen seems calm and fluid, from his movements to the way he interacts with the world. He has great respect for nature and is generally fairly aware of his surroundings. While generally a very kind and forgiving person, at times he can be unwavering in his determination. He is pretty balanced mentally, but at times things slip and he gets anxious. (Will develop more in the future.)
Pokémon:
Mienfoo, Nicknamed Topaz.
Backstory: As a child, Aspen was always afraid. Afraid of everything, Pokemon, people, toasters... it wasn't really noticeable until he was five or six, but once his parents noticed they tried to find out what was wrong. They couldn't figure anything out, though. It wasn't until almost his eighth birthday, after years of anxiety and fear, that his parents sent him to a monastery. It was a last ditch effort on their part to make their son better.

He had fairly frequent contact with his family, and he had several other friends in the monastery, children sent there like him in the hopes they could be helped. Most notable among these was his constant companion, Laila. She had fallen down and injured her back, causing a paralytic condition that kept her from walking. She had been healed by the monks until she could begin rehabilitation, and then she had joined the same classes Aspen was taking. From there they became fast friends.
Another friend Aspen made during his time there was a Mienfoo. The monastery was home to several species of Pokemon, and Mienshao was one of them. Aspen was given the opportunity to raise one of the eggs, and it hatched into the Mienfoo who was to become his constant companion. He decided to come up with a nickname for the little Pokemon, and together they decided on Topaz.
In his late teens, Aspen's element was made apparent, and he discovered it was Wind. After another year at the monastery, he and Topaz left for a time and did some traveling. They practiced their skills, and developed a few new ones. They made a frugal living as they went, doing small jobs. However, most of the times these jobs were sent to official guilds, and it got a bit tough to find work. So, he decided to join a guild. He returned to Winchester and as soon as he found one that seemed good to him and was willing to accept him as a new recruit, he joined.

Appearance: Although overall pretty unremarkable overall, he has a few important features. He’s a fairly average height and a little on the thin side. Clearly fit and in training, his muscles are visibly strong. He has short brown hair and brown-blue eyes, and his skin is rather tanned.
Casual Clothes: A large, light shirt that hangs loosely around him, tied at his waist by a darker cloth, along with khaki pants. He is usually barefoot.
Battle Outfit: Very little difference, just wrappings along his forearms in a special blue cloth.
Weapon of choice: His own fists! However, he also has a whip.
Personality: Everything about Aspen seems calm and fluid, from his movements to the way he interacts with the world. He has great respect for nature and is generally fairly aware of his surroundings. While generally a very kind and forgiving person, at times he can be unwavering in his determination. He is pretty balanced mentally, but at times things slip and he gets anxious. (Will develop more in the future.)

Her sniper rifle can be broken down into parts which she keeps in a large case she carries on her back that also houses modifications for the weapon, she has a holster for her sidearm on the outer thigh of her right leg

There is no one safe from her, to her every life has a price tag, and as long as the price is paid the life will be taken in exchange. When not on duty and is relaxing, her usual disposition is cynical and choleric, having very little to no interest in things that go on around her, but do not mistake this for ignorance. In addition, she is also very apathetic to others in general.

Battle suit: His battle suit is a jet Black shinobi shozoku under a sleeveless Crimson robe and a long Red scarf thick enough to cover his mouth. He wears a similar pair of Crimson boots and crimson gloves that his sleeves tuck in to and a Red belt with straps that face downward.
Weapon: Tanto and throwing knives.
Personality: Taikon is calm and laid back with a look that appears he takes situations too lightly. Battle suit: Sebastian completely overhauls his appearance with an unusual lightweight, but durable full armor set (excluding a helmet) made up of graphene.
