His bio isn't complete. This is just theme deciding I'd post it before finishing. I'm about to get some work done and complete this later

Name: Friedrich "Fritz" Larch
Age: 16
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight but fairly oblivious to the sorts.
Personality: Friedrich acts very confident as a way of covering up the fact that he is a coward at heart. Despite his many fears he's a very social person as he is a man that believes "safety in numbers" as a way of coping with his "scardy-cat nature". His paranoia has a way of rubbing off on people given the circumstances. Whenever Friedrich isn't fear get to him he's a very passionate boy that enjoys the scientific pursuit of knowledge which which leads him to be very picky ,and somewhat eccentric in his methods.
Height: 5'5 ft.
Defining Feature: catlike eyes, right eye yellowish ,and left eye greenish.
Physical Appearance: average build, slightly tan, hair two different lengths on both sides of head. Right side stops below his ear(dark red), left side stops at chin(bright red), bright red eye brows.
Clothing: red/black/orange firey shirt, torn sleeves. Dark red sweat pants with blue and black flames that go up to his knees at bottom.
Coordinator outfit: loose fitting crimson red pants with electric blue reflective stripes(similar to a firefighter) black boots with metal plating. Dark grey earth-like shirt. Thick black belt with a gold belt buckle and a burning crown on the buckle, maroon fingerless gloves, red sleeveless vest that matches with his pants ,and blue goggles with red lenses.
Occupation: researcher/coordinator
Starter: Magby named Vulkan(german for volcano)
Pokemon: Magby(shiny) and Cubone named geister (derived from the german word Geisterfeuer meaning ghost fire). Will later increase depending on what region we go to next.
Other: he enjoys saying fire related puns as well as his signature phrase "Bringing the heat" and saying "flame war".
Grew up in Sinnoh ,but spent his later years on Cinnabar Island within Kanto.
Friedrich took a lot a loving for science from his favorite gym leader Blaine.
Friedrich likes to call himself "Professor Inferno" when he coordinates as a boost to his confidence.

Personality: Sera is a very eager researcher that focuses on the realm of shiny Pokemon. She is pretty energetic, though this energy is died down some by her constantly thinking mind. She is also very self-conscious and has very fragile emotions.
Height: 5'4 feet
Defining Feature: Still not sure what this means...
Physical Appearance: Sera has medium length dark brown hair that is in a ponytail at just about all times and dark green eyes that seem to reflect her emotions to surface level. She is Caucasian and has a slender build.
Clothing: The young researcher wears a light blue shirt covered by a white short lab coat. On top of her shirt rests a necklace with a four-pointed yellow star pendent. She wears light blue jeans and has black sneakers. Over her shoulder rests a strap that holds up her large, wren-brown messenger bag.
Occupation: Researcher (assistant of Grace Oak

Alright, here’s my bio.
Name: Alyssa Stevens
Age: 14
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Personality: Alyssa is known to most to be quite stubborn at times. She is quite persistent in arguments even when it’s pointless to move on. In dangerous situations, she doesn’t coward out and doesn’t get out of the situation. She, however, seems quite friendly to others and talks a little bit too much at times.
Height: 5’7
Defining Feature: Alyssa is never seen gloomy, but usually has an angry look or a rather cheerful look most of the time.
Physical Appearance: Alyssa has a slim build with blonde hair which she usually styles into a beachy wave cut down to her shoulders. She also has lightly tanned skin.
Clothing: Alyssa plays around with outfits, but her main outfit consists of a white t-shirt connected to a short black shirt and black and white tennis shoes.
Occupation: Trainer

I think that will be fine. I do not mind. Grace does have a couple of pokemon that she can give out. The three that she was talking that were still there in the lab, were ones that were not taken by them.

@ThePlayfulFox, in any fashion that you deem fit. Sera I am going to make her basically a secondary researcher in Grace's lab. Think of her as independent in her own way to the lab, but has a sponsorship with Grace, and a grant to do work on her own.

Name: Dante Moore

Personality: Dante at a glance can be described as an obnoxious bully, but his attitude is the result of an insecure and pitiful childhood. He is determined above all else to become a world renowned trainer not because of strength or beating others, but to simply have people admire him. Subconsciously, that's all he ever wants: to be liked and loved. But he'll never admit it so easily. He convinced himself that he's not worthy of friendship due to not seeing himself as special in anyway as a weak trainer, so instead he acts like a jerk and claims to be superior to everyone else. He genuinely wishes he could be friends with the people he meets but would rather put on a façade instead. He has a tendency to act over confident in situations but will stress out and beat himself up over small defeats. He fairly likes pokemon, especially his own as any trainer should, but can lose his temper and push them too hard sometimes.
Height: 6'01
Defining Feature: Easily his dark brown eyebrows which are furrowed in a way that give a sharp defining frown most of the time.
Physical Appearance: He's fairly wide but bulky with some muscles to show, but he's by no means anywhere close to looking like a body builder. His skin is a very light caramel brown and his curly mess of hair is a dark black and abundant enough for him to tie it up if need be. His face is on the rounder side with brown eyes and eyebrows that are almost never at rest.
Clothing: A solid purple t shirt with a pair of loose, black athletic shorts under dark blue, ripped jeans. He wears a brown belt with a pokeball symbol as the buckle and also sports a gray windbreaker that he ties around his waist if it's too hot.
Occupation: Trainer
Starter: Houndour F
Pokemon: Just Houndour for now ( I plan on catching the second one)
Other: Moved several times around the Kanto and Johto regions before settling in Pallet at 15. He spends most of his time alone picking up on hobbies such as cooking and first aid.
