The UPL will provide everyone with rotom gadgets that they will be tracking and monitering. Once the Bronze league ends the league will reclaim these devices and you'll need to buy your own. For the duration of the Bronze league a temporary bank account will be set up that holds your starting funds. Bronze rank accounts cannot make transactions with higher rank accounts. For pokemon related transactions you'll be looking into dealing with only other bronze rankers.

Restrictions will be lifted once you hit silver.
