tbh neo plasma grunts just looked cooler. n was dope, and the grunts sucked. Also, Neo's plan was to resurrect original team plasma, and it should've been the other way around. that uniform and orange hair looked like crap. So it's more like an upgrade than crappy reboot scrubs.
