With that Adamant Nature and EVs in attack, this Lucario favors Physical Attacks, so Dragon Pulse isn't good. I think the Lucario set is good the way it is.

I have a sandstorm team as well and after a good amoutn of testing on Shoddy I hope I can help yours out.

One thing that hurt me alot was spikers, you may want to look into getting something with Rapid spin perhaps in place of shuckle since BRonzong already makes a great defender for your team.

Rest of your team seems perfectly fine to me, only extra load is teh Shuckle imo.

I have a suggestion. You are not doing very well with your Shuckle. It doesn't know any good damage moves. I would teach it TM 71 Stone Edge.

A shuckle shouldn't know any good damage moves.... it won't do squat with them.
the damage Wrap does between turns, I can almost guarantee, will do more damage than any directly attacking move you may teach it.

For the Bronzong, the EVs are 252 HP/128 S.Def/128 Atk
As a note, you would want the Bronzong to have an IV of 0 in Speed to get the best effect for Gyro Ball.
