Meganium is OK, but Sunny Day seems a little out of place on a moveset that seems to mostly revolve around stalling as opposed to team support, least of all because Meganium can't stay in after using it since he'll get murdered by an enemy Fire-type. Consider Reflect/Light Screen instead, since it'll help you stall more and still provide support for your team if you switch out, as well as support your Water-types as well as the Fire-types (Water-type moves are weakened by sunlight.)

Life Orb on Typhlosion is suicide if you plan on using the Endure/Reversal combo, since Typhlosion will kill himself upon using Reversal with 1 HP. I'd recommend either Liechi Berry to boost your Attack stat upon Enduring a hit, or Salac Berry to boost your Speed once your HP drops to 1, just so you can get off as many powered up attacks as possible before Typhlosion falls.

Your Feraligatr moveset is fine, consider Muscle Band/Life Orb for his hold item.

Grasswhistle is a poor move due to its dreadful accuracy. Also, Timid Nature and no EV's on your Attack stat means your physical attacks will be rather weak:

Sceptile @ Salac Berry/Choice Band
Adamant
252 ATK/252 SPEED/6 HP

- Leaf Blade
- ThunderPunch
- Dragon Claw/Night Slash/Brick Break/Swords Dance
- Dragon Claw/Night Slash/Brick Break/Swords Dance

Although Sceptile has a higher Sp.Attack stat, his physical movepool is far superior. Leaf Blade for STAB, ThunderPunch for Flying-types (Gyarados and Skarmory mostly), Dragon Claw for enemy Dragons, Night Slash for Ghosts/Psychics, Brick Break for Normal/Steel-types, Swords Dance to boost your Attack stat. Salac Berry if you pick Swords Dance, Choice Band if you opt for 4 Attack moves.

Blaziken is good, other attacks to consider are Flare Blitz, Brave Bird, ThunderPunch and Stone Edge. See what works best.

Swampert is fine too. Curse is a valid option for Swampert, especially with Avalanche.

Note that Thunderpunch is only obtained through the Emerald Move Tutors (Unless you hack it), so Rock Slide would work-ish.

X-Scissor will also work over Night Slash, if not just to hit other Grass, Psychics and Celebi really hard.

On top, Sceptile has an alright Special Movepool. Let's take the Hit and Run route for this.

Sceptile@Choice Specs
Timid/Modest
Basic 252/252/6
-Grass Knot/Energy Ball
-Leaf Storm
-Dragon Pulse
-Focus Blast/HP Fire

Grass Knot/Energy Ball provides a stable Attack.
Dragon Pulse hits Dragons.
Focus Blast and HP Fire hit Steels, the latter working better with Dragon Pulse.
