Off Topic: U-Turn is a Bug-Type move that switches out the Poke'mon after it attacks.

On-Topic:

Swampert: Looks good, but what is Stealth Rock in there for? Just asking...that gives me a devilish idea with Skarmory....
Salamence: SpecsMence, pure and simple. Not much I could change without totally dismantling the moveset.
Tyranitar: DDer, I prefer Crunch over Stone Edge, but meh. Good moveset. I'd also switch out Leftovers for Shell Bell, you'll be doing enough damage to make Shell Bell better.
Blissey: Classic Cleric Moveset. Not much to say here...
Raikou: Calm Mind is good, T-bolt is great, Shadow Ball is strange, and Substitute is kinda weird, but it should work nicely.
Gliscor: I understand everything on this guy, but U-Turn is a bit iffy for me.
