Hey! I'm back from the dead, posting a new Pokehuman Encounters completely new Roleplay!
The basic idea is simple, a group of Pokemon trainers are transported to the real world! You are accompanied by your pokemon in this weird world were the 'pokemon' are not affected by Pokeballs... Your goal is to find out how to get back home and to try and fly under the radar to not get kidnapped, arrested, or worse.
The exact location and time period we would start off in is not yet determined, but it will be by the time we start the Roleplay.
Rules:
1: Pokecharms rules
1.3: I can add rules if something important comes to my attention.
2: Please keep swearing to a minimum.
3: Romance is allowed, but nothing more than a kiss.
7: I can list rules in whatever order I want!
4: No PC killing off characters without permission first.
5: Be nice to each other.
6: Your characters are not invincible. Minimum plot armor.
8: Work the word 'Discord' into your bio to make sure you read the rules.
9: Each trainer may have up to three pokemon.
10: There is currently a two-character per-player limit.

The Pokemon will be strong enough to deal with a lot of average animals but would have a hard time against the more concerning animals, like bears and the like.
Name: Raymond Gender: Male Age: 13 Personality: Raymond is the sweetest kid you'll probably ever meet. He is very friendly and could talk about pokemon forever and forever! Raymond also is brave and Independent. Raymond is also a bit of a troublemaker and, as you can guess, got him in trouble very often. Appearance: Raymond's hair is a messy mop of light teal hair that leans more towards light blue instead of light teal. His eyes are wide pure greys eyes that shine bright with pure excitement. His skin usually is sunburned or tanned. His arms and legs are covered in scars. Outfit: Raymond wears a light teal sweater vest over a white polo shirt, dark teal jean shorts, and a pair of light teal sneakers. He wears black tights and black elbow-length fingerless gloves that cover the scars on his legs and arms. Backstory: Raymond was born to two loving parents until it became one parent who, instead of being loving, became overly protective of him. When Raymond was only a toddler, his mother worked at a Pokémon conservation that specialized in bringing lapras back to the wild. But one day, when she was working with the lapras, there was an accident that caused Raymond to no longer have a mother. It affected Raymond's family deeply but more specifically, his father. His father started keeping Raymond away from any contact with pokemon. But when people are forcibly kept away from something, they tend to want that thing even more. And so soon Raymond started sneaking off to go and try and catch pokemon. Always ending with him coming home bruised and scratched, causing himself to hide his arms so no one would know of his mini adventures. Eventually, he met a winggul that decided to take bitty on the small boy and helped him learn how to work with pokemon. The pokemon never left him, even without needing to be caught with a pokeball. Eventually, Raymond could catch the winggull hiding it from his father every day. Home Region: Hoenn.

Name: Coretta Gender: Female Age: 14 Personality: Coretta has a transparent system of standards and beliefs, but is prone to insensitivity. Is slightly competent, responsible, and committed. She is very extroverted but aggressive at the same time, and she can get super angry over the smallest thing. Although she has Pokemon, she doesn't prefer to battle, but she still has some good skills battling. Appearance: Standing 5' 1" tall, Coretta has a possessed feel about her, and she has a noticeable burn on her left hand. Her curly, dark brown hair is very short. She has tired, angular, brown eyes, smooth cheeks, a round face, and a cleft chin. She has short arms, a slender neck, average-sized feet, narrow hips, and short legs. Usually wears a faux fur coat over a spotted blouse, a denim skirt, and some waterproofed boots. Backstory: Born in Eterna City, Coretta grew up getting used to Sinnoh-Native Pokemon residing in Route 205 and Eterna Forest, such as Pachirisu and Buizel. When she became 11 years of age, her parents decided to let her explore the Route and find a suitable partner, as the nearest Pokémon Lab was in Twinleaf Town. While she was exploring Eterna Forest for a partner, she found a Buneary that was hungry, so Coretta gave it some berries and left to continue her quest. But, the Buneary followed her around for a few minutes before she noticed. She then caught the Buneary and named it April. It's stated in the first post that the time period is undecided currently, but will be decided before the RP starts. (Though, personally I suggested before modern times)
If your mind is still on this, it is as of now undecided, but it is likely that we will either be doing this in modern, 2022 times, or some Medieval age
I like medieval times :3 I mean hey we have the chance of being burnt at the stake but also WE GET KINGS, QUEENS, PRINCESSES AND PRINCES AND COME ON WE COULD BECOME KNIGHTS GUYS!! I know my character would 100% be up for that!

Personality: Lexi is a cheery teen who is interested in gardening, despite her home being Castelia City. She is also pretty friendly, inviting others to help her make Castelia a little more colorful, especially green. Her favorite place in the city is, of course, Castelia Garden. She hates it when people cause discord among the Pokemon who live in the garden, though that isn't to say she wants a perfect-looking garden. In fact, she also enjoys going to Pinwheel Forest when she can due to its wildness. Lexi, being interested in plants and gardening, is knowledgeable in various plants. She also has a hidden competitive side, and an interest in battling, desiring to one day become a grass-type gym leader. However, she is quite inexperienced and kept making new requirements before she could set off, unconfident that she could handle it until her Pokemon basically told her to get going.
Appearance: Lexi has light brown hair that she keeps tied up into a ponytail. She has warm ivory skin with a slight tan to it. Her eyes are green and she is short with a slightly muscular build. Lexi tends to wear tee shirts with a floral pattern on them with blue jeans and some gardening boots that seem to resemble hiking boots. She also tends to have a green hoodie tied around her waist for chilly rooms. During the winter (because Unova is the only region with seasons), she wears a green sweater with some flowers embroidered on it. Her bag is a brown messenger bag with floral designs embroidered on it. She also has a flower hair clip and earrings.
Backstory: Lexi grew up in Castelia City with both of her parents constantly working all the time. Maria the Audino and Brutus the Stoutland were her main caregiver when she was young and when she wasn't at school. As a young child, Lexi always wanted to go to the park, but her parents were constantly busy. Fortunately, when she was a bit older, Brutus and Maria took her out to the park. She always loved looking at the flowers and wanted to have some at home. She started researching botany in her free time. When she discovered the Castelia Garden, she decided that she would help out there in any way she could, keeping it as clean as it could be and making sure the Pokemon and plants remained healthy. She still had a rocky relationship with her parents, but at the same time was unsure about going on a Pokemon journey at all, until she met Dawn. After meeting Dawn, she decided that she could eventually become a grass-type gym leader. After all, she knew plants incredibly well, and her favorite type was grass. Being a grass-type gym leader meant that she could also focus on botany and gardening while making money from the league. She started researching how to get a gym license, and it suggested going on a journey, so she finally decided to go on one, to become a gym leader.

Lexi recognized the Eevee as one of the garden's inhabitants and tried to take her back to the garden, believing that the Pokemon should stay in the garden. However, Dawn kept following her, and even became more friendly towards her until Lexi adopted her. Lexi started taking her on trips in Pinwheel Forest, and eventually Dawn evolved into a Leafeon due to the constant visits to the Mossy Rock.

Bud was thankful for what Lexi did and chose to follow her home. Lexi quickly realized that the baby caterpiller was following her and chose to adopt him. Later on, he evolved when he grew strong enough.

Lexi's mom saw this and gave Lexi Maria, mostly to help out the Audino.

She can be a bit eccentric, not getting enough sleep due to writing late into the night while having a day job. She enjoys looking at the discord among her fans, especially when she becomes the "evil author." Luna has a huge soft spot for cute things. She doesn't have very good people skills.
Appearance: Luna has messy medium-length black hair that is kept down. She has brown eyes with some glasses over them, seemingly always with a tired expression. Her skin is a beige color and she is the average height for a young adult woman, and slender. When she goes out, she is either dressed somewhat in business casual, with either a nice white tee undershirt with faux lace trim and a green thin sweater over it paired with some dark blue jeans or she wears a green short-sleeved blouse with white pants, for both she wears black flats, as she hates all heels; or is wearing a Pokemart uniform. However, when she is writing, she tends to just wear her pajamas, as they're comfortable.
Backstory: Luna never went on a Pokemon journey, nor was she ever interested. She found the concept too good to be a valid route. While she understood for some, it was a chance for self-discovery, it still felt wrong and like it wasn't the right path for her. While Luna can be a heartless author, she isn't truly evil, never considering doing the things she has her villains do in her books. Luna adored the unicorn pokemon as soon as she saw it, her visits now involving trying to befriend the Galarian Ponyta. It took quite a bit of effort, but she was able to convince Quill to join her. She decided to name Quill after, well, one of the first pens after how they met.

Now that Thanksgiving is over, we are going to think about starting this thing! I'm going to be waiting for people who are here to finish their bio. In the meantime, I'm going to be erecting a poll to decide where our characters end up. My current idea is 2022 modern-day, or medieval times, probably European. If anyone has any other interesting ideas, feel free to share! I'll add the ideas to the poll.

Personality: Eli is a naturally kind soul, with a high ability to forgive others. While he tries not to be overbearing, he would not mind being friends with almost anyone he meets. He is also highly stubborn once he has set his mind to something. Unfortunately, in high-stress situations, he can be harshly critical of those around them, especially his friends.
Appearance: Eli has medium-length, jet-black hair and brown eyes. He stands at 5' 9". His default expression is amusement as if everything is slightly funny to him. He wears blue jeans, and a dark green jacket, even when it's blazing hot outside.
Backstory: Eli Kovich came from a family of Pokemon breeders. As is tradition, he left to see the country, to both gain an appreciation of the world and to bond with his partner Pokemon. At the end of his voyage, he took extra time to other regions. He has fought a few gyms, but due to the fact this was not his focus, and he lost quite often, he only has a small collection of mismatched badges and other awards.
