Gender: Female
Species: Dog
Breed: Husky
Personality: Astral is very protective of her owner, Jade. She is nice to others if they are nice to her, she gets along with cats.
Colours: Black and White

Now, to the rp!

"Hey girl!" Jade entered the door, Astral barked happily. "Who is my good girl?!" The woman said, petting the Husky. "I am! I am!" Astral said, which sounded like a bark. "Here you go! I got this for you!" Jade dropped the bone in front of Astral. She wagged her tail and started chewing on it. "How about you go outside while I make your dinner?" Jade asked, smiling. The Husky barked and ran outside, playing with the bone.

May I Join?

Name: Ace
Gender: Male
Species: Dog
Breed: German Shepherd
Personality: Ace is loyal to his owner Emerald, he loves to Guard his home and territory, only allowing his friends in.
Colours: Ace is a brown Black fired Dog.

Ace smiled. He lived next door to Astral, and her owner Jade. He looked over the fence, separating the two dogs. He spat a chew toy he held out of his mouth, then spoke. "Hey Astral! Good Morning!" Ace smiled, waiting for the Husky's response.

"Hey Ace!" The Husky barked. "Look at my new toy Jade got me!" She yelled, running and grabbing the bone her owner gave her. She threw it into the air, and it landed next to a tree. "Hey Ace, Jade's taking me for a walk soon! Wanna come? You can ask Emerald, using the dog way..." She smiled. Astral meant the puppy eyes, gets Jade everytime.

Ace smiled. "Cool, I haven't got a new chew toy for weeks l, but I got a new dog bed, so I guess we're even." Ace smiled. "A walk? Sure, I'll ask Emerald If he can't take me a walk with you two though the dog way. I'll ask right now!" Ace smiled. He jumped down, off the fence and dashed inside, using a doggy door.

"Ok! See you outside your house!" Astral barked, she ran inside and jumped up and down, grabbing the leash and sitting in front of Jade, using the puppy eyes."Want a walk? Oh, I see by your expression that Emerald and his dog, Ace, are coming, lets go!" Jade put the leash on Astral's blue spiked collar and walked outside and into Emerald's yard, Astral barked. "Ace! We're here!"

Oh, let's go!

Name: Stevey
Gender: girl, but usually mistaken for a guy
Species: doggy-doggy (There be monsters here, doggy!) (...Sorry, I'm over tired, so I'm full of energy right now... The doggy thing is a Markiplier reference, by the way.)
Breed: border collie
Personality: Way too hyperactive just about all the time, Stevey would do anything to protect her owner, Lux, who is just as athletic as she is. When they're not playing football together, they're out and about doing whatever that feel like.
Colours: black, white, and brown (so basically this picture)

Down the street leaped a rather small dog for her breed, tongue sticking out happily as she basically walked her human. As much as she loved the girl, named Lux Russey, Stevey really did wish she walked faster than she did while they were out. Her thoughts flew away from her mind, though, when a husky came into view. Eyes widened, the border collie managed to get her leash out of Lux's grip and bounded over to it, her tail wagging excitedly. Once she arrived, she crouched down, playfully, looking up to the larger dog. "Hi there!" she greeted, sniffing the air momentarily before falling onto her back, still looking up to the husky. "I'm Stevey! What's your name?"

"Oh, no! Not again!" complained Lux, as she ran over to catch her dog. "I'm sorry about that," she apologized to the human who held the husky's leash, running a hand down her cheek. "My dog's always escaping my grip." She chuckled awkwardly.

Ace walked outside with Emerald. Ace wasn't on a leash though. He smiled. "Hi Astral! You ready!" He asked, walking over.

Emerald smiled. "I've trained Ace to not run away, and to walk around without a leash." Emerald smiled. He watched as a smaller dog ran over to Astral, the dog was followed by a human. Emerald smiled. "Wait, I know your name! It was Lux! Wasn't It?" He asked.

Jade smiled at Emerald. "Nice! Astral can be really aggressive, and I'm trying to train her..." She smiled. Astral smelled the small dog. "You are really small for a Border Collie.." The Husky growled, unsure whether to trust this dog. "Lets start walking Emerald, hey Lux, want to come?" Jade smiled.

"Yea, sure. I'm hoping to relax at the dog park, let Ace run around while I chill down on a bench, for probably an hour." Emerald smiled, rubbing the back of his head awkwardly. Ace smiled, finding the smaller pup quite cute. He was about eye level with Astral, he found her cute, but he had a soft spot for things smaller than him.

Astral smiled. "Come on Jade! Let's go!" She barked happily. "Okay, looks like Astral wants to go to the park!" Jade said, starting to walk, Astral next to her.

Emerald walked after her. "Uh, sorry Lux! We'll see you later!" Emerald smiled, following Jade. Ace smiled, walking besides Astral. "Hey, go easy on your owner, would ya?" He teased.

Astral blushed. "Fiiine..." the owners and their dogs arrived at the park. "Go on Astral!" Jade took off her leash. Astral dashed around and jumped onto her back.

Emerald smiled, making it to the park. He sat down on a nearby bench, he then took a breath in, letting loose. He closed his eyes, relaxing.

Ace smiled, walking around. He didn't intend on playing, but would po practice guarding, using the tree as what he would guard. If any Pup would draw near he would growl. He smiled.

Astral chased her tail, then got in a conversation with a handsome white Husky. "Hey! What's your name?" Astral asked the snow white male. "Im Dakota," the white Husky winked at her.

Ace turned to the two Husky's. The male one was making a move, making Ace quite jeoulous. He didn't mind though, considering he had a friend that was a female German Shepherd, so he didn't mind for the most part. He continued patrolling his tree.

That was when the white Husky, Dakota, was getting dominant. He kissed her, and backed her up to a wall. "Gah! D-Dakota! Personal space! What are you doing?!?!" Astral yelped loudly. "I'm getting my girl.." he smiled. "A-Ace!" Astral yelped as he got closer.

Ace turned to Dakota and Astral. "Hi, A s t r a l." He frowned, watching as Dakota kissed Astral. He blushed at the scene, then turned away, till his name was called by Astral. He frowned, not wanting to interrupt thier moment. He turned away, protecting his tree, as before.

Dakota got too close and Astral scratched him. "Ouch..." The white Husky put his paw on his side, when he looked back at his paw, there was blood. "Grrrr... im gonna get you for that..." Dakota bared his fangs and leapt at Astral, pinning her down, Astral kicked him off and the two started biting and scratching each other. "ASTRAL STOP!!!!!" Jade yelled, she couldn't get inti the fight and stop it. All the dogs and owners nearby looked at the growling and snarling the two Huskies were making, everyone thought it was a playfight until one saw blood on them and told the others.

Emerald jolted up. "Oh Jeez!" He frowned. He rushed over to the scene. He saw that Davita had blood on his his body. "What the heck, Jeez. I knew Dogs come from the Wolf ancestry, butbI didn't know they could be so violent." He frowned.

Ace walked in, and gasped at Dakota. Dakota, stop. Dude, believe me, she will kill! Run, or walk, crawl! Anything! Before she kills you!" Ace was lying, he knew Astral couldn't and wouldn't kill anything, he was trying to get the husky intimidated, having him stop the fight.

Dakota ignored Ace, and kept fighting. Dust flew up from the ground. And then there was a huge yelp and the dust disappeared, revealing Astral standing up, blood on her, and Dakota was laying on the ground in a pool of blood. Something was different about Astral, her eyes were red. "Astral!" Jade yelled, she ran to the Husky. Astral's eyes went back to blue, and she gasped. As Jade pat her, she stared at the husky. "A-Ace, d-did I do that?" Astral said, watching Dakota slowly get up. Everyone was looking at the bloody Husky. Jade realized he didn't have an owner. "This Husky is a stray!" Jade gasped. Before she could catch him, he dashed off, followed by a blood trail. "I need to take you home..." Jade said, waving bye to Ace and Emerald then walking home with Astral.

"Astral... that wasn't you.. maybe you attack others but not so Much that they could of died..." Jade said. "Stay here, I need to do something, bye..." she said. She hugged Astral then walked out the door. Astral walked through the dog flap and into her backyard, laying down, trying to figure out what happened.

Ace gasped, the dust cloud subsided revealing Dakota in a Blood Pool, along with Astral covered in blood. "A-Astral?" He questioned. He took a step back, then hiding behind Emerald, scared of Astral. Emerald frowned. "Why do things have to be so complicated on Saturdays." He frowned, then watched as Astral and Jade walked off. "Maybe we should go home bud." Emerald sighed. Acw frowned, the two walked home.

Once they were home Ace stayed inside. He was too terrified to go outside, he was even more terrified when Emerald said he was going to check on Jade. Ace frowned. "No, No! Don't leave me here!" He frowned. It was too late, Emerald had left.

Emerald saw Jade walk out, then dashed over. Once he was close enough he placed his hand on her shoulder. "What happened with Astral?" He asked.

"Im not sure.. she was attacked by a stray, then her eyes turned red and suddenly, she beat the crap out of the stray... im more worried that her only friend, your dog, is scared of her..." Jade sighed. "Umm... Emerald? You're glowing..." Jade said, she was glowing too. "Huh... Aaaaaaaah!" She disappeared, so did Emerald.

(This is the start of the disappearance by the way.)

Astral looked up, it was getting dark. "Jade isn't back, she probably abandoned me..." Astral started crying. She looked over the fence. "Where are all of the humans?" She said, running to the side of her territory. "ACE! AAACE!" Astral yelled. "Who am I kidding... he will never come out because of me..."

Emerald frowned. "I think the beating part everyone knows about." Emerald sighed. He then realized a red glow was on him. It wasn't blush it was something else, the same on Jade. "What the - AHH!" He yelled, disappearing.

Ace frowned. He felt like something was going on, considering it was dark and his trainer didn't come back. He frowned as Astral shouted his name. He put his paws over his ears, hoping not to hear her.

She growled. "I hate my life... I hate me.." She began crying... her cry turned into a howl. Astral jumped over the fence and barked through the window. "If you aren't gonna listen to me, you will die of starvation! Listen to me, the humans have disappeared, INCLUDING our owners! Please help me save them, or all of the pets here will die!" The Husky yelled. She layed down and buried her head into her paws, sobbing. "I Understand... if you hate me... but I love Jade... please... help me.."

Ace heard sobbing then a howl. He felt extremely guilty, ignoring Astral. He was going to walk outside till Astral yelled though thw window, giving Ace a heart Attack. He growled. "I think I'd know that by know Astral!" He groaned. He walked outside, finding Astral sobbing once more. "Look, I'll help you, but I'm putting down some rules." Ace grunted.

Not quite sure how to react quickly enough to the others, believe it or not, Stevey and Lux merely watched the two walk off to the park, before continuing down the sidewalk. They were unable to hear the fight, so they only realized that something was wrong when, on a side street, Lux began to glow. Eyes wide, both stared at each other, again unable to do anything. As things got darker, Lux said a short string of words to her border collie pet: "Goodbye, Stevey. You be a good girl for me, now."

And then, she disappeared.

Stevey felt her leash fall limply onto the ground. Staring at the spot where Lux had been standing mere seconds earlier, tears began to form in the corners of her eyes. "Lux?" she asked, whipping her head around to try to find the girl. This is just a prank, right? A terrible, terrible prank. "Lux, where are ya!?" Stevey called through the neighborhood, only succeeding in annoying some of the people in the surrounding houses. When Lux didn't show herself, Stevey sat down, tears freely flowing from her eyes, and she howled. The howl was longer than most, and the people only grew more annoyed at the collie's small form and obnoxious noise. One of them actually walked outside with a rock in his hand, threatening to throw it at her. So, she did the only thing she could.

She ran.

Stevey ran until she could run no more, which means there was a lot of running involved. Back in that neighborhood where she met the husky and German Shepard, she stopped, laying down on the sidewalk and panting. Hopefully that human hadn't followed her there. Still sobbing uncontrollably, Stevey somehow noticed a couple of familiar forms before her. She shakily stood up and ran over to them, finally collapsing at Astral's feet. "L-L-Lux! Sh-She's g-gone-ne-ne! HELP!" Without another word, the border collie pup buried her face in the grass she lay on, her sobbing only growing louder.

(OOC: Of course while in sleeping, everyone's RPing. Time zones, man.)

Name: Telesto
Gender: Male
Species: Doggy!
Breed: Saarloos Wolfdog
Personality: Telesto is a pretty chill dog, he rarely worries and he doesn't like too much company, unless it's REALLY necessary.
Colours: http://www.dogbreedslist.info/uploads/allimg/dog-pictures/Saarloos-wolfdog-2.jpg There we go, I absolutely CANNOT type all those colours in!

The wolfdog looked up at his owner, Saturn, watching her sadly as she disappeared with a final goodbye. Telesto leaped over the fence and almost landed on a Husky. "Woah, sorry there bud" He said, looking down at him. There were two other dogs and both were female, one being a pup and the other looked like a semi-adult, but he was taller than all of them, being half-wolf.

I find your lack of cats… disturbing.

Name: Java
Gender: Male
Species: Cat
Breed: Mixbreed (Parts Abyssinian, Turkish Angora, and (mostly) American Shorthair. This would technically classify him as a domestic mediumhair)
Personality: A rather quirky cat that probably indulges in fantasy too much for his own good. He can be sarcastic and condescending in the way only cats can be, but is still rather loyal. Luckily, he gets along with dogs… well enough, having lived at a shelter for (most of) the first year of his life in which such were abundant.
Colours: A cream and orange tabby. [x]

—————

"See you later, Java!"

The cat gave a happy purr as the door as the door closed shut with a click, announcing the leave of his owner. Now that his owner, a college student, had left, the cat now had the small apartment to himself.

Pawsteps traced the short hallway to a room, stopping outside the door. Shut. For most cats, that would be an obstacle. For Java, it was as simple as one two three.

Sort of.

The cat took less than graceful leaps towards the door handle, finally able to secure into it with both of his paws and enter after about five tries. But hey, who's counting. There were more important things he needed to count.

Step two was by far harder than step one, requiring him to jump onto the bed and access his caretaker's PC. After all, there was a reason he did this when she wasn't around.

Taking a pounce into the bed and into the nearby chair next to the desk was easy, but propping himself up was not. Backtracking, he grabbed a pillow and dragged it onto the chair so he could at least sort of lay himself down.

Flipping open the keyboard from the main tablet section hooked to the docking station, the cat readily placed a furry finger on the mousepad (which unfortunately wasn't a real mouse) and prepared to… the computer was unlocked.

That had saved Java a lot of trouble, usually his owner's Surface was secured with a password, and boy did Java have a hard time remembering it. This saved him time and an embarrassing Email that stated someone had tried to hack into the computer over five times. Not that it was much of a problem, however. Who would suspect a cat?

The mixbreed finally plopped himself down on the comfortable pillow stack, placing him on relative eye level with the screen. It seemed his owner had been doing something beforehand, but that was her problem. Essay on a Google Doc? Useless. A lesson on Java coding in progress? Very funny. Both were closed in lieu of what the cat had in mind: gaming.

Tapping a little red icon on the desktop and readying his paws, Java sat ready, awaiting to begin. He took a deep breath and opened his save file, primed and ready for what was to come.

"No… no, no, nO, NONONONONONO!" the cat shouted as the game over screen showed up yet again, slamming his face into the keyboard in exasperation. Reluctantly, he added another lopsided tally to the ongoing 'just how many times will I have to fight this guy' sheet. He hadn't counted in a while, so he may as well.

"One, two, three, thirty seven!"

The resulting number had been suprising to the cat, even considering the fact that he'd been alone for about three hours. Wait, shouldn't Laura've been back by now? It wasn't a day she normally left for about seven hours, and she typically was back by now. Maybe she was lost?

The battle had started up again, but Java deemed this more productive than being completely selfish. He could curse his lack of thumbs and die twenty more times later, but for now curiosity had won. He had to investigate, but… how?

Heck. One more try couldn't hurt.

"It's a beautiful day outside…" he mumbled to himself, before taking a glance out of the open window. The open window! That was it! Why it had been opened, he didn't know, and why a dog's owner had disappeared, he also didn't know.

Wait.

That didn't seem normal. It wasn't like Appearifiers were actually real. Maybe that's what'd happened to his own human? Only one way to find out.

Crawling out the small crack that barely fit his head, the mixbreed jumped across various porches and ledges with relative ease, landing himself on a thick fence that separated someone's yard from the rest of the neighborhood. Probably for no reason.

Motioning to the discarded leash with a flick of a fluffy tail, the cat asked the all important question: "What the heck is going on here?"

She growled. "Fine, what are the rules.." one of Astral's eyes turned red, then turned back to blue. Waiting for his answer, she started itching herself.

Ace sighed. "No Touching. I just got my fur smoothened, and I don't want blood all over it. Two, please don't fight. The last thing I want to see is more gore and violence." Ace sighed.

"I-I-I..." Stevey choked out, looking up to the larger dogs that did not seem to notice her existance. "I WANNA FIND LUX!" she screamed, burying her face once again into the ground, unsure of what had happened to the others. "Sh-She just disappeared! Wh-H-How did that happen, a-anyway, h-h-huh!?"

She felt a terrible feeling. A feeling that she did not want to name. Never had this been a problem before, but now that her owner was missing in action, it grew great and painful in the pit of her stomach. Feeling terribly sick, the border collie held her stomach in her paws, rolling onto her side and panting heavily.

The feeling was loneliness.

Telesto looked down at the pup "Hey there, I'll help" He said gently, crouching down so he was eye-level with her. "Oh, I'm Telesto by the way" He said to the border collie pup, ears flattening.

"I WANNA FIND LUX!"

The border collie's howl of distress was more than enough to startle the cat. Java sprung directly upwards about a foot in the air, slipping on the landing and falling off of the fence. Tiny claws scrabbled to gain purchase on the wood to no avail, the mixbreed landing in a furry heap next to the wolfdog regardless.

"I guess we're all here for the same reason then," the cat said, standing up and shaking bits of dirt out of his fur all the while. "Does anyone have a plan, or is that all up to me, the cat."

Sitting down, his longhaired tail curling around his body, Java awaited a response. Dogs weren't all that bad, but bigger isn't always better, as his owner had said. He didn't come outside for nothing, after all.

Even though it wasn't typical of cats, he missed his owner too. Even if she clipped his nails and gave him baths, she still took care of him, not to mention he'd been using her computer to play cheesy online games and titles from Steam for a while now.

"So, are we going, or…"

Telesto moved as he heard scratching and a loud thump beside him. Right in his spot was a feline who was talking about a plan. "Eh, I just say we team up and find the culprit for this" He said, flopping down beside the cat, ears pricking up and moving around like satellites.

Looking up to Telesto, tears strewn across her face and her fur ruffled, Stevey smiled happily. "W-Will you really-y-y? O-Oh, thank you-ou so much!" She tried to calm herself down, pawing at her face in an attempt to wipe away the tears. Her voice grew clearer with every passing second, "I-I'm Stevey. It's n-nice to meet you, Telesto!" The smile planted on her face became wider, and she couldn't help but laugh nervously. Looking over to the cat, her eyes widened. How did he not get scared of a group of dogs? She wasn't about to ask, since there were more important things to discuss. "Yeah, I say we s-stick together. That's a good idea. R-Right?" Stevey looked up to the other dogs, a curious expression on her face.
