You know what I realized. Both Ry and Ariayan have met a legendary that inspired them to be a trainer. Ry met Latios when he was 6, during an explosion at a ware house. His father was a policeman, and when he went to a call there, Ry followed. Things went wrong, and only Ry survived because of Latios. (This has even been approved by Stellarwind, to have a legendary in my OC's past)

Yeah, only if it's mentioned in an RP. You can have all the Legendaries you want in a creative work.
I have a mewtwo in an story and he didn't need to be approved.
