That could be because you're not following him/her/them (or it's the other way around i can't remember). There is a way to turn off that sort of thing

@LunarSilvally sorry for this harsh tone but your character cannot have the healing flower, thats on floor 47. Also, I am going to speak most peoples words here but your character is slowly becoming a little op, so maybe tone it down a bit.
I mean if we haven’t found the boss in like a month we should really not be at the max Lv 7
