• A reminder: If you want to ask an RP thread creator if you can join their RP, do so in private - via conversation or profile messages - or via the thread's discussion thread, if one exists. Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

This is clearly stated in our RP forum rules. If you've not read them yet, do so BEFORE posting anything in the RP forums. They may be found here (for Pokémon Role Play) or here (for General Role Play). Remember that the Global Rules of Pokécharms also apply in addition to these rule sets.

Ask to Join Team Wyvern

Ama stayed quiet. If I hadn't gone through stuff, I wouldn't be standing here in this good-for-nothing team's base talking to a jerk like you! She heard the other admin's question. "No, I think he's a spy or something like that. He didn't really talk a lot about his work stuff."

"I'm sorry but did ya say team Aqua" Zyther said turning to sasha "there an evil team who's trying to catch Kyogre if I'm not mistaken they came to ask me to join a few months back"

"Wow so what is your whole family involved in an evil team of some sort or did you and your sister just want to join different teams" he asked

"Well my dads a traveler who goes across the world. My sister and I have different moms and I've only seen her once. She's practically me but with reverse color hair and smaller...never mind. On the topic of parents who's yours zy?"

When Sasha asked that question Zyther became gloomy "I was orphaned a few years after I was born no one would take me in so I was ditched at the top of a mountain, I was eventually found by some evil men they made me work for them in exporting Pokemon I don't remember who my parents were" Zyther stopped suddenly and snapped him self out of his gloomy mood "it's in the past now though but my life has been going down hill ever since"

Ama followed the admins, curious about what was so important that she would miss the 'all important' trials. Cumula buried her head in her feathers nervously.

David overheard Zyther's question, and his other statements "Firstly, the first test is stealing, so i hope you are prepared to do terrible and immoral things" he stated casually "and secondly, does nobody here understand that Admins have seperate uniforms to grunts!?"

He thought about what was said, "Sure, we do need some real talent, especially with the recruits we got this year, they definitely are not top level trainers"

David shook his head, and sighed "kids these days, have no respect, but anyways, your first test is theft, if you don't like that
too bad, its what we do here basically on a daily basis" he explained, "If you can't survive that, you don't deserve to be in the team. Team Wyvern doesn't want weaklings, but i'm assuming the boss will explain that soon"

Figuring the charmander predicament was most likely settled, Tesla dashed to catch up with the group, claws skidding on the less-than-sparkling tiles. After a solid fifteen seconds of bounding across the corridor, the luxray caught up with the small cluster of grunts and an admin. At this point, he didn't give a crap about having to wait to be noticed by a random half-brained newbie. He sort of had a say, he could do what he wanted.

Of course, the Luxray took the first opportunity to correct the arrogant grunt with a series of flashes, having had protocol on nearly everything Wyvern drilled into his furry skull. 'U-N-I-F-O-R-M-S A-R-E A S-T-A-T-U-S S-Y-M-B-O-L, Y-O-U D-I-M-W-I-T.' Tesla communicated using his tail, though wether Zyther would take the second to translate or not couldn't be determined by the Luxray. He wanted to say more, however, that would be time consuming and, (judging by the grunt's attitude) completely pointless.

It was, however, blatantly obvious to anyone with decent knowledge of reading expressions (and the aforementioned knowledge of what he had just flashed) on what he wished to communicate.

I see the reason why you don't understand, you arrogant half-brain.

"Heh so you think I'll be challenged by stealing something come on really through what ever ya got at me I'll take it" Zyther said turning to meet David's gaze
(OOC. I got to go now I'll continue tommorow see ya :)

Ama sighed. "I'm not weak, I just...have a conscience, okay? Don't get all jealous, not everybody has one." Ama looked at the Luxray. Does it have a Trainer? She wondered.

The luxray stared right back at the grunt analytically. It seemed everyone here had a snappy comeback to everything, and she was no exception. She was younger than most everyone here, and didn't seem too much of a seasoned trainer. She seemed to be hiding something, that was for sure, but the Luxray didn't seem to be able to put his paw on what exactly it was. That didn't stop Tesla from wondering why she had stopped speaking to glance at him, however, and he figured he may as well ask.

'I.S T.H.E.R.E A P.R.O.BL.E.M.?'

The luxray had let loose a series of flashes to relay the sentence in Morse Code, hoping the grunt would understand (though it was highly unlikely, considering he still got looks from much more seasoned underlings who clearly didn't pay attention to their lessons in alternate methods of communication… probably because there weren't any official ones.) He continued to face towards the thirteen-year-old with a piercing yellow gaze, waiting for a response. After all, wasn't like he could read minds.

Ama lifted an eyebrow. "What...? Are you trying to tell me something?" She asked the Luxray. "Do you even have a Trainer?" Ama knew that it wasn't likely for a Pokemon to be wandering around a base without a Trainer, but this Luxray didn't appear to have one.

"No" David said "That Luxray has been at this base for quite a while, although I don't remember exactly how long. He speaks in Morse Code, and helps us in battles sometimes"
He turned to the Luxray "No problem, except for the talent level of some of our new recruits, there are a few potential grunts, maybe one or two promising ones but this bunch is quite disappointing"

Remembering that he was standing next to 'This Batch', he decided to change the subject "Anyways, i'm assuming the Boss has not given you your first trail yet, normally some of the admins help set it up, although this year i was not one of the Admins chosen to help, maybe i will help later on in the trial, but here is some advice." he said "normally the first trial involves robbery of some sort, normally its small so don't worry, too much. When the time comes, it won’t be as bad as you think."

"Also” he turned to Ama “Most of us, emphasis on most, have consciences, we just like to contain them, otherwise we would quickly become really depressed due to our job, personally I avoid killing at all costs but it does seem that some grunts sincerely have no consciences. As far as advice for helping it goes, just keep going, no matter how bad it seems, and you will get used to it. Honestly there’s not much I can say aside from that”

He turned to address everyone there “Anyways this test is to separate those who are ok with doing the things they do, from the people who are not, not necessarily the strong from the weak, I know it may suck, but remember that if you do quit, someone way worse will take your place, at least that's what I tell myself sometimes”

He shook his head “But enough of some old admin rambling about himself and morals, we should probably figure out what your test will be, and if I have to help, after all you newbies do need to be kept in check”

Ama sighed. She agreed with what he had said. There were worse people in the world than her that would kill to get a spot on an organized crime team. Literally. "Yeah, let's find that out," She said. Inferno blazed its tail up some more, which caused Ty to jump backwards to avoid getting burned. Ama laughed. Obviously, Inferno was excited. "I think Inferno hopes we have a battle trial!"

"Normally thats the third one, you don't need to worry about that until much later. That one proves your prowess in battle and your skill, even if you lose the battle trial, as long as you put up a good fight you normally get in." He explained "But not all of them are exciting, the second one entails standing in one spot guarding something unimportant for a while to prove you can stay guard at a place for a long time, not even moving, to see if you can do this in a real situation until of course an intruder comes"
