The beggining of Life: A baby pokemon rp.

so here is an idea i just got from @Neo the Shiny Eevee like 2 seconds ago, this is based upon a pokemon day care, but the pokemon aren't fully grown, you hatch and live through your new life as a baby pokemon, and it does not mean only baby pokemon like pichu, and riolu, it can be small basic pokemon like squirtle or rowlet.
NO legendary pokemon though. and yes i am including manaphy and phione in that because they are legendary pokemon as well.
You could also be a human (HOOMUN) caretaker who watches the pokemon... or you can have excitement of a new born baby pokemon

I'm actually interested in this one after just noticing it, and I'll be using my own OC template here. I may be introducing two other characters later. I would also like to privately talk with @BlueDragonFlame, as I have some questions that need to be addressed.

Age: About 2 Months old
Skills: He can quickly run around and he is great at hiding from others.
Ability: Sand Veil (Increases the Pokémon's evasion in a sandstorm.)
Appearance: He is your normal, everyday Helioptile.
Personality: He is rather timid around others, while he prefers to hang out only with his caretakers, since he has somewhat higher trust in them. He also has an obsession with putting his hand in his mouth.
Other: He rarely eats, as he can gather energy from the sun, but he will still drink some water at times to cool off.

Personality: He is very fast, strong, and likes battling other pokemon.
Other: His parents (There both Richu's) are battling in a war against other forest pokemon.

The Pichu are both shiny Pichu

Personality: In battle, He would move like he is a Pirate, other then that he's calm unless he gets his hands on a sugar treat, then he gets way too hyper to sleep.

Backstory: His parents are a Lycanroc and Lopunny. There home was destroyed by a herd of Charizard, They now had to settle hiding in the city because of that.

Moves: Attract, Fake out, Dizzy Punch, Hi jump Kick
