If you look at the previous posts in this thread then you will find many different teams that we have created for our characters, although all of them frequently change.

Fast Offensive Attacker, Used for Traversing Water, Lots of type Coverage.

Synth (Luxray)
Assertive Utility, Used for Traversing Land, Can See Through Solid Objects.

Echo (Lilligant)
Loyal Healer, Comic Relief, Smells Nice.

Nova (Garchomp)
Serious Quick Offensive Bulky Tank, Can Surf Through Land, Eats A Lot.

Zippo (Chandelure)
Mischievous Offensive Utility, Source Of Strong Light.

Galaxy (Reuniclus)
Protective Defensive Tank.
