The Halonaw (Ha-Low-Naw) Region is a region where pokemon live with humans in the area south of Unova. You make your Journey Through the Halonaw region. Make Sure Your character has a proper intro and don't forget Team Havoc is always watching. AHH IS THIS THING STILL ON!!

Zak Walk onto the dock and took one deep breath "Ahh home sweet home."
It was is first time being in the region of Halonaw in a long time. "Well Time to head home."

(Walks TO Moms House)

Zak opened the door "Oh deary it's soo nice to see you again!"said his mom "Well its only been 1 Year" replied Zak" "Your Dad's Waiting For You At The Lab why don't you say hi" So Zak walked up to the lab "Oh! Zak how wonderful is it that your dad is here right now" Said the assistant. His dad usally does field missions so it was a suprise that he was at the lab. "Hello Son! How are you?" Said his Dad (Fred)
"Good can I have a pokemon now! Ive went to that camp for a year like you said!" Asked Zak "Fine" Fred pulled out a case with the pokemon
Charmander, Chikarita and, Mudkip "Ohh which one!" Zak said franticly "Take Your Time"FRed said but was cut off "Mudkip" Zak said
So Fred gave Zak Mudkip, 10 Pokeballs and Zak was ready to set out on his adventure!

Daniel opened his ribbon case, to take one last look at his first Halonaw ribbon, before headed for the pokemon centre.

The ribbon was beautiful. Silver, with lilac crystals at the top, and white tails. It was hard won, but it was well worth this reward. That other trainer's glaceon had been tough, but he had overpowered it with his machoke in the end. The crowd's cheers were deafening as Machoke stood by him, and the presenter gave him his ribbon.

"Onto the next town for dinner, and a celebratory dessert!" Daniel declared, to the delight of his pokemon, "Lopunny, would you mind?"

"Lopunny!" She agreed, taking the handlebars of her master's wheelchair, and pushing him onto the road.

Zak rushed outside. "Help!"Yelled the assistant. Zak ran up what should I do? He thought. then Zak threw the poke ball And his Mudkip appeared "Ummm... Mudkip use Water Gun. It was a derect hit. He quikly Threw a poke ball. One shake. Two shake. Three shake and boom. The cottonee was caught "YES" screamed Zak. "Thanks and why don't you go heal your Pokémon at the poke center."The assistant Out of breath and He Was soon on his way to the Pokecenter.

Kane was crushed. His first chance at a Halonaw ribbon and he blew it. His Glaceon went undefeated through the gyms of Sinnoh, only to be defeated in his first ribbon match of Halonaw. His opponents team was tough but something stood out about his insanely strong Machoke. It wasnt even fully evolved and yet it still managed to defeat not only his undefeated Glaceon, but his prized Nidoqueen as well. Though it was a close fight it was eating Kane alive. 'What was his name...' he wanted to scream. He needed to have a rematch to redeem himself. It was driving him mad. We went on a walk to clear his thoughts and ran into a boy running to a PokeCenter

"Ahh! Sorry!" Said Zak after bumping into a person and proceeded to help the kid up. "I should've been watching, the names Zak. These are my partners Mudkip And Cottonee. I'm a new trainer."
Then A Wild Fearow procceded to swoop down and pick up Cottonee "No!" Yelled Zak

From the pokemon centre, Daniel calmly watched the scene as he and his pokemon dug into some cream stew. By the looks of things, the guy with the glaceon, whom he had defeated mere hours ago, was there with another person. A boy younger than both of them, by the looks of things.

One of the boys' pokemon, a cottonee, judging from where Daniel was sat, cried out for its master as it was snatched by a fearow, whose sharp claws dug deep into the little pokemon's fluffy fur.

Daniel inhaled sharply, and got out his Honchkrow. Next, Lopunny helped him out of his wheelchair, and onto the bird pokemon's back. They had to do something, or else that cottonee would become that fearow's dessert.

"Honchkrow, shoot that fearow down with dark pulse!" he instrucred, as the big bird carried him up into the sky.

Zak Watched as a Black Pulse was shot through the sky directly hitting the fearow that was taking Cottonee. The Fearow Procceded to drop Cottonee. Cottonee was falling through the air. Zak Dived off the pier to catch his Cottonee. Zak Caught Cottonee and the fell in the water with mudkip coming in after Them. The eventually Got back on the Pier and thanked the boy. "Names Zak" He said out of breath.

"And I'm Daniel," the boy replied, readjusting himself on his pokemon's back, "Don't you keep your pokemon in their pokeballs? It's dangerous for a pokemon as small as your cottonee to be out when there are flying types as big as that fearow around."

He glanced back at the window of the pokemon centre, and saw that Lopunny was guarding his bag, as well as his wheelchair. "My Plusle's only little, so I never let her out unless I need her. I'd hate for her to get snatched away by a pokemon like that fearow."

"Your Right, I Got my Pokémon today. I should've been more careful" Zak said embarrassed. He Took out his poke balls and put mudkip and Cottonee back in there. He Looked down he was still soaking wet from jumping in "I'll be more careful" Zak said and turned away and headed to the poke center. On his way he walked past huge buildings, Small buildings and, Other buildings He deccited to go through a ally way to get to the center quicker. "Meditite" Came a noise. Zak Stooped in his tracks. He heard it again. Meditie. Zak sent out his mudkip. The Meditie came into view. "I'm not gonna be weak" he said to himself "Mudkip Use Tackle." It hit.
"Again" it missed giving meditite the opportunity to use psyshock it hit mudkip. "We can play that way, Mudkip Use Watergun." It hit Zak quickly threw a poke ball. 1 2 3 he caught it

Shaking his head, Daniel decided to go back inside to finish his dinner, and give his pokemon those pokepuffs that he'd bought for them before the cream inside them melted.

He decided that it was best not to engage with the boy whom he had defeated in the contest, for now. He didn't know if he was one of the coordinators who looked past Daniel's disability, and saw a talented coordinator who had beaten him fair and square, or if he was one of the bitter ones, who assumed that the judges had only given the match to Daniel because he needed a wheelchair.

But, it wasn't the right time to find out. For now, he and his pokemon could celebrate their win with pokepuffs, and a toast to Machoke and Mightyena with some yache berry-ade.

Kane unshaken by the whole scene walked over to the other guy in the resturant for helping them. Although he knew he could manage a mere fearow with anyone of his pokemon he decided to thank the guy anyway. "Hey I wanted t-" he stopped mid sentence. This was him, a sign from Arceus. "Its... You" he said taking a step back. "I thought I'd never see you again. I need to battle you... that loss its eating me alive, I cant move forward until I win"

Daniel finished his mouthful, imhaled sharply, and wheeled around to face the other person. "Oh, it's you," he said coolly, "From the contest.

Machoke puffed out his chest. Mightyena looked up from her pokepuff, growling at the person whom she and her master had defeated.

Daniel silenced them both, and turned back to the coordinator, "We're both coordinators, so I'm sure that we'll meet again at the next contest," he continued, "I'd be happy to have a contest battle with you after dinner. My Plusle needs some extra training, so we could use the experience."

Kane smiled deviously and brushed his pink hair out of his face. "After dinner then?" Kanes heart was racing he needed to beat this man, No not beat destroy. He couldnt get over that loss, not if he cpuldnt redeem himself. He knew it was close but that didnt matter to him. His first debut shouldve ended in glorious victory with a new ribbon to hang on his wall. But that ribbon was now this mans. The only thing he could do now was take back his dignity.

"Yeah. Just give me and my pokemon some time to finish eating," he confirmed.

As soon as dinner was over for Daniel and his pokemon, he wheeled outside, to meet his opponent.

"There are no judges here to judge how good or bad our moves look, so, how do you propose that we go about this?" The boy asked.

"I dont need a judge to look good" Kane said Cockly in an attempt give off some false confidence

"Maybe just last man standing?" Kane knew his team was Physically stronger, but he didnt know if he could get bast the mental skill of this boy, from what can could tell he wasnt afraid of him at all, and that got under his skin

"That works for me," Daniel answered, his brown eyes scanning his pokeballs. Machoke and Mightyena were very physically powerful, but they were tired after a long day at the contest hall, so they were a no-go.

Glaceon and Nidoqueen were the only two pokemon of Kane's that Daniel knew of. Glaceon was agile, and Nidoqueeb was strong. But Nidoqueen was not particularly speedy and Glaceon was not particularly good at staying up after being hit.

"Honchkrow, Plusle, you're up," Daniel decided. These two would be perfect. All of his bases covered.

"I'll let you have the first move."

(We just have to write it, and see how it plays out. Since we can't force hits on each other's characters, we'll have to decide for ourselves what hits we take and don't take)

Daniel waited patiently, for Kane to make his move. Whatever it was, he'd be ready to counter it. Plusle could power up Honchkrow with helping hand, and then he could take Nidoqueen out from above. How to deal with that glaceon, though?

Kane licked his lips. This was it, his chance at glory. He knew how to make quick work of the honchcrow it was thw plusle he was worried about, if Nidoqueen was any faster hed have victory his his palms. "Alright Togekiss show them how its done" Kane throws out his Togekiss nervously keeping his eyes on the Plusle

Daniel smirked as the cogs turned inside his head.

"Plusle, use attract!" He ordered. If he got at least one of Kane's pokemon falling hopelessly in love with Plusle, then he wouldn't have to worry about the other.

"Honchkrow, use payback!"

Popping purple sparks and shimmering pink hearts flew towards Togekiss and Nidoqueen. The attacks would have been beautiful together, if they were being judged for that.

There was explosions in the background so Zak turned and went the way of the explosions "what the Arceus is going on." He said wondering He eventually found where the ruckus was going on. He realized that it was the two boys he met earlier. Zak Took out mudkip and held him in his arms as he watched studying the movements of their Pokémon "Lets study this, so we can be stronger." Zak Said

Nidoqueen took the hit with ease because of her high defence and charged at plusle using earth power

"Togekiss, Draining kiss"
Togekiss took the skys and a pink arua shot at honchcrow

(Female. Also, Honchkrow is on the ground."

"Plusle, jump and use swift!"

The tiny pokemon bounced up high into the air, narrowly avoiding the earth power, before she shot out a wave of golden stars down at the ground. Honchkrow's wings were clipped by the pink aura, but not by very much.

"Honchkrow, use psychic, now!" Daniel ordered.

 

[Elder Squid Inkay]

(Attract fails then)
"Hyper Beam, Nidoqueen!"
The white beam erupts from the mouth of Nidoqueen extremely fast towards plusle as the stars of swift break into her defence but not by much.

"And Togekiss use Thunder bolt!"

(Psychic connects I forgot to mention and throws Togekiss' flight pattern off)

"Plusle, get on Honchkrow's back!"

With a hyper beam coming towards her at lightning speed, Plusle had little choice in the matter. She dodged the hyper beam...But both she and Honchkrow took the shock of the thunderbolt.

"Can you two still battle?" Daniel asked his pokemon, as they checked on each other.

"Plus!"

"Krow!"

Daniel nodded. "Alright, then. Plusle, use helping hand!"

The little pokemon cheered, transferring her power to Honchkrow...

"Honchkrow, use payback again!"

Honchkrow sent forth another payback. Thanks to Plusle's boost, the sparks were much bigger than before.

Zak was amazed at all these cool Pokémon moves "I know we're gonna be that strong" He said to mudkip "I know it."
"Mudkip!" Mudkip said nudging zach in the stomach to sit stiil.
"Fine." He said
"Maybe we could become that strong." "Like umm... Daniel And hmmm. Oh yeah Kane."
Mudkip finally laid down on Zak's Lap and went to bed. "I'll keep watching you go back in your poke ball." Mudkip returned and Zak decided to stay and watch the rest of the battle

Kane smiled "You are nothing but predictable" he waited for the perfect moment where they were just close enough
"Nidoqueen, mach punch"
The Nidoqueen smirked like her master
"NIDO!"
Her fist glowed white and she punched will all of her might

Honchkrow took a huge smack to his gut, but fortunately, he stood back up afain, still with Plusle on his back.

"Honchkrow, let's end this! Dark pulse, maximum power! Plusle, use thunderbolt!"

Zak quickly snuck away. Making sure no one saw him. He didn't realize that he forgot his bag on the bench he was sitting at. He went to the poke center finally. Healing his Pokémon and feeding them. Zak Took a shower after he switch into his PJs, he looked in the mirror and realized he had a scar on his cheek when he jumped in after Cottonee.
Even through it was his 1st day as a Pokémon trainer.

Then as Zak went to lay down he realized he forgot his bag. He quickly ran to the place where they were battling grabbed his backpack which contained his pokedex and extra poke balls. Checked if they were in there. Which they were. Zak was fascinated at how the Pokémon moved and how they communicated with there trainer. He soon left and cut through a alley way catching more Pokémon along the way. A Hoothoot, ROTOM and, a wild but rare Eevee. After the day he had 6 Pokémon.

"Nidoqueen take the thunder bolt, togekiss vice versa!"
Nidoqueen took thw thunderbolt taking no damage because shes immune (primary ground type)
And Togekiss took the Dark Pulse with little affect because of a 2x resistance (secondary fairy type)
"Use Roost Togekiss, and Nidoqueen Hyper beam!"
Togekiss healed up and a hyper beam erupted from the nidoqueens mouth

(OOC: Hyperbeam forces its user to miss a turn to recharge after use)

Daniel shook his head. "You do realise that you've now left both of your pokemon wide open," he began, "With Togekiss not doing anything, and Nidoqueen incapacitated after that hyper beam, you've given us the perfect opportunity to strike!"

Both of Daniel's pokemon still stood up, having avoided the hyper beam. Plusle bounced around, while Honchkrow beat his wings, preparing to fly.

"Plusle, use thunderbolt, and go straight for Togekiss! Honchkrow, keep Nidoqueen out of the way with psychic!"

"Nidoqueen take both hits I cant afford for Togkiss to take anymore hits!"
Nidoqueen cringed and jumped in front of the racing lightning bolt, and went unharmed but the psychic took away a huge chunck of health remaining health. But was slightly healed by its Black Sludge. Togekiss again was at full health. And she rocketed after honchcrow giving Nidoqueen a few seconds to finish charging. "Togekiss, Draining Kiss, and dont miss!" Nidoqueen then got up from its knee and fired at the two small pokemon

Desperate to win for a second time, and knowing that his pokemon were too, Daniel carefully assessed the situation...That Nidoqueen had to go down first, if he wanted a chance of finishing off Togekiss, and even then, he'd have to do that quickly to prevent it from using roost.

He looked down at his phone, realising that it was almost time for him to take his pain medication. Now, he had to finish this for his sake as well.

"Plusle, use thunderbolt, and aim straight for that draining kiss!" He ordered. Even if this meant that neither moves did any damage, at least he could shield Honchkrow from the blow, "And Honchkrow, use psychic on Nidoqueen!"

All the moves collided sending the both pokemon flying back in white explosion caused by the moves. Kane was amazed, his pokemon had never fought lile that before he waited for the smoke to clear and what he saw was he pokemon covered in soot, fainted along with Daniels pokemon. It was a draw, kane thought. Not a win or loss but a draw, yet for kane this was strangely satisfying. He felt redeemed even tho it wasnt a victory, this man he had never met before today was giving the urge to better. He looked up at Daniel

Daniel wheeled over to the battlefield, to return his fainted pokemon. He'd check on them later at the pokemon centre.

"Not bad," the boy simply said, stashing them away in his bag, "It's been a while since I've had a battle like that. A lot of people don't take me seriously when I'm fighting them."

*kane smiles and points to his pink hair*
"I get you on the not taking seriously part,"
*Returns pokemon into their pokeballs*
"The names kane by the way"

"At least you don't get called inspirational everywhere you go," the boy scoffed, gesturing to his wheelchair, "I'm Daniel Diaz, a coordinator from the Unova region."

He got his Lopunny out of her pokeball, and she took her place behind the boy, paws around the handlebars, "I need to head back to the pokemon centre soon. My Lopunny doesn't like it when I'm up this late..."

"Lopunny!" The pokemon scolded.

"Mind if I walk with you? I need to heal my pokemon as well"
He looked down at one of his pokeballs
"I also need to take one of my pokemon out to walk, hes unhappy if he doesnt get his daily exercise, and i admire him for that"
