Sure but you can't use the Focus Sash or the Zap Plate because gym leaders don't use those items, just use Leftovers and Sitrus Berries because there is no other way to heal

@montymike Is it Ok if your position as and Elite 4 member is the 3rd, and your Pokemon's levels should range from 85-90

Gym Leaders are proposed when a city or a town find a trainer worthy to be able to challenge other trainers
and Elite 4 members are trainers that are praised worthy by the whole region.
Fant could easily have the respect of both his city and that of the whole Takolla region.

Can Lil' Y Be the first Elite 4? I can add more pokemon to his team and say they leveled up.
Ok, Lil'Y can be an Elite 4 member and that's it, if anyone else wants to be an Elite 4 member they have to be a completely different person.
