Apperance: Long Shaggy Black hair, and large coke bottle glasses, pale skin, and clothes a size too big, he is also always gripping a stufful plush his father bought him before moving away
Personality: Extremely shy and clumsy, which makes him humble. He hasn't had the easiest past and that only makes his present awkward. He is really sensetive compared to most people of his age and is often thought to be a 10-12 year old

i said it could be any pokemon, so Marill counts, just we will have to catch it as azurill because of early on stuff -_- but you can still do dedenne (also i wouldn't count Marill as a pikachu clone because it's pre evolution and evolution don't resemble, or have the same typing as pikachu)
