Good question. Psychic beats Lucario's fighting, but Lucario's steel resists Psychic making it do neutral damage. Unless Linkachu or Jet say any different, I'll go with Hypno.

Technically, Lucario would've have won due to its Steel-type resistance. Lucario is only weak to three types (Ground, Fire, and Fighting) so it would've won.
If we do look back, The genie thing would still be winning, due to Lucario's Fighting type not hitting ghosts.
