Alex bowed once more.

"Thank you so much for understanding Miss! And of course! I'm sure the Professor would love to meet you guys! And if you want to keep Togepi asking him would be great, I'm sure he'd be in a good enough mood to accept that!" Alex happily spoke.

At first, he wasn't sure if it was the best idea. He considered that the Professor would be pretty irritated, but he remembered hat he didn't mention it. After doing a mini "phew" to himself, he than seemed to agree with his own words. Alex was sure that the Professor would also want to thank Zach for being responsible with the Pokemon.

"We can head out now, the sooner the better, Professor is expecting the pokemon back as soon as possible. Give me a second." Alex said, rummaging through the box of PokeBalls.

He picked out one PokeBall. "Ok Fearow! Come on out!" Alex tossed up the PokeBall, and the big flying type bird appeared from the PokeBall.

"Togekiss can ride Alex and I, and Fearow and hold you guys." Alex chimed to Zach, and the two girls that he never had the chance to meet.

-a few minutes later, at the lab-
Zach looked at the Pokemon lab before him. It looked like quite the building, and he couldn't wait to go in. He turned his head to look at Alex.
"Thank you for taking me with you here!" He said with a smile. Then he sent out his togepi and picked it up.

Macy rushed in after the other two, shortly after the chaos had been resolved. She saw Alex apologizing to Zach's mom for the mess. "Behind again, stupid," she muttered to herself. She always seemed to just miss the action or opportunity to help.

She was surprised when Alex offered to let her come too, seeing she hadn't really done anything except make things worse with her obnoxious Meowth. She carefully climbed onto Fearow's back, but then saw Meowth planted firmly on the ground. "Meowth, return!" She said, holding out its Pokeball.

Seed light flashed, but Meowth turned up its nose in protest. "Meowth!" It insisted. Though it couldn't speak, the message was clear: "I'm not budging!" Macy groaned and looked pleadingly at Meowth. "I literally can't take you anywhere," she grumbled. She was embarrassed in front of these people who seemed to know so much about Pokemon; she could hardly control a bratty Meowth.

She gave up and left Meowth there. It wasn't as rebellious as it seemed and would seek her out when she returned.

Alex smiled back.

"Oh no problem! Thanks for not sending off the PokeBalls and making sure the pokemon are alright when you received the package!"

Alex's small gym backpack started to jiggle a bit, and before Alex knew it the white flash appeared, and a Helioptile stood in front of the 4 acquaintances.

"He! Helioptile!" It chirped happily.

"Oh! I almost forgot! This here is my little partner, Helioptile!" The adorable small yellow and black electric type pokemon bounced a bit and hopped directly onto Alex's head, and made its way comfortable on his shoulder.

"Anyways, let's go!"

Alex lead his newfound friends into the lab. The glass doors slide open, but two armed men step in the way.

"Hey Mort, Hello Doug. These are just some friends of mine, they're good, we are just here to return something back to Gramps" Alex explained. Helioptile chirped his name in agreement.

As the two tall shaded men nodded to eachother, and stepped back to their spots. They didn't seem to acknowledge anything but Alex's words. They were good guards, and definitely could hold down some things if intruders were to try to create havoc in the lab.

Alex proceeded forward into the lab. "Sorry about that, Mort and Doug are the lab's guards. Last year some thug group came and completely destroyed the lab. Mort and Doug have been protecting the lab and all of the scientist in it. Also, the Professor isn't really my grandad, some of us just call him that. He's a bit beyond our years...and by a bit, I mean 50" He laughed at his own remark, although it wasn't that funny.

Zach jokingly rolled his eyed at Alex's joke, and walked into the massive lab. He looked around at all of the machines and computers and scientists.
"So," he said, "where's the proffesor?" He asked, turning his head towards Alex, then turned to look at the 2 gaurds. Something seemed slightly off about them....

Macy looked with wide eyes around the lab. She had never seen so much high-tech stuff in one place. She started toying with her shoulder length brown hair, a nervous habit. The menacing guards at the doors didn't ease the feeling that she shouldn't be there.

Macy followed closely behind Alex, who seemed perfectly at home in the lab. She was careful not to bump into anyone, or trip on anything, or break anything like she always seemed to do.

Zach watched the unmoving gaurds stand at their post.
Armed gaurds? Isn't that a little dramatic? He thought. Then it went away when he was distracted by a shiny thing on a desk.
He walked over towards it and picked it up. it said POKEDEX on the top. He fiddled with it for a second when all of the sudden words popped up.
DATA FOUND FOR POKEMON TOGEPI
It made a loud ding noise. Zach imedeatly put it back and casualy walked away.

Alex continued walking, and Helioptile hopped off of his shoulder and walked next to him, trying to find the Professor.

"Uhm...Hm...." Alex wasn't sure. He looked all around.

He searched the Microscopes, the Healing Area, Pokemon Collection, Medical Equipmeant. Nothing. No sign of the Professor. Where could he be?

"Helioptile...can you get a scent?" Alex asked down to his electric type partner.

The pokemon sniffed around, up and down, each equipment piece, but Helioptile never bounced or chirped, showing that he got nothing. Helioptile came back with a disappointed look on his face. He hopped back onto Alex's shoulder and shook his head.

"Ah man...I guess he's out..." Alex lifted a finger to his lip and placed it between his teeth. He tended to do that whenever he was confused.

Immediately, Alex noticed a brown haired women with pink glasses. A long lab coat on, green button up top underneath with a black skirt.

"Martha!" He called, walking over to her.

"Hi there Alex! How are you? Did you win that Contest?" The women kindly greeted Alex.

"I did! Thanks for asking, it was close though, this one girl's Deerling used sleep spore combined with bulletin seed and-" Alex stopped himself. He was becoming distracted.

"Anyways, have you seen Professor around?" He asked, hopefully she had some knowledge of his whereabouts.

"Actually, just about 5 minutes ago he went into the routes! He was checking to see if he could find a Ralts." She replies.

Alex nodded and thanked her. He returned to the 3 trainees he brought along.

"So Professor is out in the routes right around the corner, is it too much trouble to visit him there? We can bring him back here and he can re-register the pokemon. Would you like to come with me?" Alex asked them. He hoped they would accept.

"Sure!" said Macy. She was beginning to like hanging around with Alex and thought she could probably learn a thing or two from him. She wondered about the contest the woman he calledMartha was talking about. She thought Ace would be excellent in a contest. He got along so well with his Pokemon.

Macy sighed thinking about her relations with her own Pokemon. Meowth wouldn't listen to a word she said and refused to enter his Pokeball. The other one on the other hand... Macy glanced down to the other Pokeball on her belt. It had been a gift from her father before he died, but it absolutely hated her. It only came out of it Pokeball occasionally to eat.

Macy decided that she would watch Ace and his Pokemon carefully to see what it was that made them get along so well. Zach and his Togepi, too. She turned to Zach, wondering what his response to Ace's question would be.

Alex smiled, he was glad that Macy was happy to come. Something about being able to see wild pokemon with friends made it all the more amazing. Even though he had just met the two, he felt a great array of friendliness emitting from them, and he enjoyed it.

He hoped that the Professor wouldn't be too upset with him and his clumsy habits. On top of that, having Togepi being such a rare pokemon he was afraid that the Professor wouldn't allow Zach to keep Togepi, but he figured that once he saw the quick bond that has formed between the two, he would re-consider.

Alex also looked over to Zach, wondering what he would answer.

Zach was to busy looking at the machines to notice Alex and Macy staring at him. He continued to stare at all of the machines.

He looked past a computer to see a door leading to what seemed like the backyard of the lab. He started to walk twords there when he realized he was being stared at.
Then he remembered the question.

"Oh, uh, yeah! Sure I'll come!" He said with a nervous smile.

Alex laughed. Whenever he brought people or friends into the lab they were curious to all of the machinery and technology.

"Here, we'll take the back way out, I want to show you the pokemon!"

Alex lead them to the back, walking past some equipment. They passed a few doors. They were locked, and Alex hung his head. He was so curious about those rooms, but he wasn't allowed to seek whatever laid behind the doors. He may be a trainer assistant, but he didn't expect to have acces to every inch of the lab, though.

They approach the back door, and Alex opened it.

The beautiful sun shined through, and the backyard came into view. A large fresh green land with tall metallic gates surrounding the area. The green area was split in two, a long wire seperating a large empty area, from an area full with different types of bouncing, happy, and playing pokemon that filled that side.

Zach was amazed at all of the Pokemon. It was a magnificent site. It reminded him of his moms old Pokemon daycare in Hoenn.

Trainers from all over hoenn would come down to leave Pokemon, and Zach would always have an amazing time watching over them when his mom was doing other things.
He also remembered when he accidentally left the gate open, and a bunch of Pokemon got loose... He smiled at the thought of the fact that it happened again a few minutes ago.
He bent over to pet a Smitty who was walking by, when he saw something out if the corner of his eye. He looked over and saw the two guards leaving their post and walking inside the lab.
Out of intrest, he walked back Inside.
....
He opened the door slightly and took a peek inside, and saw those two "guards" grabbing machines and computers and putting them in boxes and walking out with them.
The other assistants and scientists at the lab were being held down by machokes.

Zach turned around and notined for Alex and Macy to come see.

Alex raised an eyebrow.

What was Zach doing?
Alex slowly walked up behind Zach and peered inside.

He saw the site of Doug and Mort using their star pokemon, Machoke, holding down Martha and his other adult friends who assisted the Professor.

What were Doug and Mort doing!?
Alex thought, screaming in his mind.

He began to panic. The two guards that he trusted so much were actually...looting the lab.
A year...a whole year those two have earned the whole science communities trust and protected the lab and everyone inside of it.

Were they waiting? Waiting for the perfect time? The new expensive customized equipment had just shipped in, were they just waiting to steal that along with everything else!?

Alex noticed the fear in Martha, his most trusted friend in the lab's face. He also saw Mort go after the most treasured thing in the lab, the Analyzer.

It could do almost anything for Pokemon. Just place a Pokeball containing a pokemon inside - and the Analyzer could identify the pokemon, it's origin, learnable moves, and it can analyze even the littlest details of the pokemon.

Professor Gramps absolutely loved the machine, an Alex had put it on himself to protect it and the lab.

He stepped back into the lab.

"Doug! Mort! What's going on!?" Alex shouted, Helioptile growled from Alex's shoulder.

Zach ran in the room and sent out Togepi.
For some reason, it felt so natural to him. Sending out Pokemon.
"Togepi!" He yelled. "Use.... Uh...."
What moves does a togepi know?! He thought.

One of the gaurds looked at Zach and scoffed. "Machoke, use dynamic punch!" He yelled.
The machoke ran in to togepi at full speed.

Crap! Zach thought. Then he remembered the pokedex he fiddled with earlier.
"Togepi! Watch out!" He yelled.
The machoke lifted its fist and brought it down at full speed, but togepi jumped out of the way just in time.
The punch caused a huge dent in the floor, and shooke the ground with such force that a computer fell and broke into a million pieces.
Zach did not waste a second.
He ran directly to the table and grabbed the pokedex with Togepis data on it, and turned it on.
He pressed a button and Togepis move set popped up.
Yes! Zach thought, as he set it back down.
"Togepi! Ancient power!" He yelled.
The togepi attacked the Machoke with ancient power, causing it to fly backwards through a window.

A gasp of shock escaped Alex's mouth. He knew Togepi had mysterious abilities, but never had he thought it could use a move such as Ancient Power.

Doug stared at Alex. Alex gave him a look that showed the pain he was feeling. Alex couldn't find himself to send out a pokemon to battle his trusted friend.

Doug laughed at the sensitive boy. "Machoke! Rock Throw!"

The ground cracked on each side of his Machoke, and two boulders broke from the ground and lifted. Machoke kicked them at Alex.

Alex just shut his eyes, frozen in betrayal, awaiting the hit.

Helioptile growls once more, and bursted from Alex's shoulder and used Iron Tail on its own will, smashing apart the rocks. The rubble crashed into a few desks.

Alex slowly opened his eyes, surprised to still be standing. Helioptile stood on all fours in front of Alex, growling more at Doug. Helioptile had came through and protected Alex, whom was very surprised.

Alex couldnt believe that this was all really happening. He was really about to have to fight to protect the already half destroyed lab.

Zach smiled at togepi and her amazing attack. Battling also just felt so natural for him, even if this is his second time only.
"Togepi!" He yelled "fantastic work!" He yelled. He held his arms out and picked up the togepi as it ran over to him.

Then he turned around and saw the gaurd, shocked, send out 3 more Machokes.

Togepi jumped off his arm and ran twords them, ready to attack. But the machokes were quicker.

One of them ram past it towrds Zach, and the other two headed strait for togepi.

Zach, unaware of the incoming Macoke, ran twords his beloved togepi.
He was about a meter away when a large hand grabbed the back of his shirt and threw him to the ground.
Besides the terrible pain in Zachs hand, he managed to get back up. He began to attempt to get away when another machoke jumped in front of him.

He herd one of the gaurds yell "Machoke! Use dynamic punch!"
Zach watched in horror as a huge fist was hurtled towards his body.

Pain exploded in his stomach as he flew through the air, strait at wall, where he slammed his head, instantly knocking him out.

Alex shouted in fear when Zach was knocked unconscious. Stress was piling on him in an over-whelming style. Not only did he have to worry about the Machoke ahead of him, but also the 3 that had attacked Togepi and Zach.

Alex breathed. All 4 Machoke fiercely growled at Alex and Helioptile.
He looked down at his belt, he had 2 other PokeBalls. He grabbed them both, making them larger.

"Come out, Togekiss and Vivillon!" Alex threw both PokeBalls, and Togekiss majestically flashed from her PokeBall, and a Continental versioned, grey, yellow, orange, and peach colored winged Vivillon flashed from his.

Alex had slight expirience with double battles, he had only done it once in the two contest Alex had entered. He hoped that he could pull this battle off, but he doubted it.

"Vivillon! String Shot!" He called out. The beautifully patterned Vivillon squealed its name, and multiple strings shot out and stuck around both of the 2 Machoke's legs, causing them to fall.

When they hit the ground, Alex nodded to Togekiss, and as if she knew her cue, she soared to high, the lab having a high roof, leaving Togekiss enough room to fly.

"Air Slash!" Togekiss spun, light streams surrounding her. She swung both wings sideways, sharp air waves shooting down at the Machoke, blasting them out of the window the previous Machoke went flying through.

Macy watched helplessly as Alex and Zach fought the Machoke. Do something, stupid, she thought angrily. She hated how weak she was, not even able to protect her friends. She saw Zach hit a wall and black out and started to panic. She knew Alex was a strong trainer, but could her fight three Machoke at the same time?

Using Pokemon's moves against a human is just wrong, she thought as she looked at the guards attacking them. Seeing Zach slumped unconscious against the wall was the last straw. "Go, Dratini!" she nearly screamed. The Pokemon appeared in a flash of red light with wide eyes. It was obviously startled by the forcefulness of Macy's voice.

"Use Bind!" Macy commanded. Dratini narrowed its eyes as if remembering that it didn't like Macy. Her voice turned to pleading. "Please," she gestured to Alex and the unconscious Zach. "I have to protect them." Dratini nodded and looked at Macy with what could almost be described as respect.

With impressive speed the Pokemon began weaving fluidly between and around the Machoke, slowing them down a great deal. "Now, Dragon Rage!" Even if she didn't do much damage to the Machoke, she had at least bought Alex some time by slowing them down.

T-that's a Dratini!
Alex slightly froze in amazement. He couldn't believe it. He's never actually seen a Dratini before. He watched as it skillfully maneuvered it's way around the Machoke.

Togekiss chirped loudly from up in the sky, snapping Alex back to the situation at hand.

"Now! Arial Ace!" Alex commanded.

Togekiss gracefully dove down, air energy forming sharply around her. She smashed into a Machoke that was confused from the Dratini, but it only stumbled back. Togekiss continued flying and went back into the air.

"Aura sphere!" Togekiss formed a strong blue orb.

But when she shot it at the Machoke, Mort had it use Seismic Toss. The Machoke grabbed the Aura sphere firmly and threw it forcefully through the wall.
The Machoke than jumped from some equipment using it's muscular legs, and made it's way into the air, tackling Togekiss back into the ground.

"Togekiss!" Alex called out. "Are you alright!?" He ran to his laying pokemon.

The majestic bird limply tried to rise, but it then firmly stood, spreading it's wings. She seemed as determined as Alex.

"Thank you Togekiss!" Alex pet Togekiss.

"Kiiis!" It squealed, then zoomed flying at the Machoke, using Arial Ace. Togekiss hit her target, hitting the Machoke head on.

The Machoke fainted, after being smashed into the wall.

Macy sat there breathing shakily for a while. She was still in shock. So many things had been broken, and Zach... She rushed over to him. He was still slumped against the wall. Togepi was much to weak to battle, but it managed to crawl over to Zach. "Pi!" It squeaked, as if trying to wake him up.

Macy saw a good sized bump on his head where he crashed into the wall. "We need to wake him up, she said worriedly to Alex. "He might have a concussion." Dratini slid over curiously. Macy glanced at it and it turned away. Macy sighed. "Good job," she whispered, returning it.

Alex turned, he realized the critical condition Zach was in.

He bit his lip, he still had Doug and Mort, each with one Machoke left. The fighting type pokemon charged at Togekiss, along with Vivillon. Togekiss bravely stood it's ground, and Vivillon flew above Togekiss.

"Stun Spore!" Alex called out.

"Vi! Vivillion!" The Vivillon sent out yellow sparks of energy. The sparks hit bothMachoke, and they slow down.

The move was supposed to paralyze them, but it only slowed them down. Although the Machoke had a very hard time moving, they still did.
Togekiss flew high above the two, and aimed directly down. She whipped her wings horizontally, air slashed out and crashed into the Machoke.

Vivillon followed up with Psybeam. So far all of the type advantages were in Alex's favor. Flying and Psychic Type move combinations knocked out the Machoke.

Doug and Mort scoffed.
"It was luck! You children aren't getting in our way!" They shouted.

Alex angrily stared at them, and Togekiss lowered from the air, landing next to Alex, looking just as fierce as he did.

"Togekiss, Extrasensory."

Togekiss's eyes turned pink. Doug's and Mort's vision went blurry and eventually faded, giving them head damage. They fell to the ground, and as if at perfect timing, Officer Jenny stepped into the lab. He used her trusty rope to arrest both men.

Alex had dialed the police on his Poketech before the combat engaged, and he knew that enforcements would be sent in, especially after hearing the fighting.

Officer Jenny thanked and gave Alex that "You did the right thing" speech. Jenny called in Hospital services for Zach. They wheeled him into a truck on a hospital bed. Alex followed behind along with Macy.

But right before they exited the lab, Alex looked behind. He saw the horrible destruction that had came to the lab. It was just like the year before. Equip,want was smashed, the ground the destroyed, holes in the wall, tore up ceilings...there were a few items that were safe and undestroyed - but most of the equipment didn't have the same luck.

Tears started to well in Alex's eyes. He felt he didn't do anything to prevent the destruction of the lab. And he never found the Professor.

Why couldn't I help...
Where are you, Professor?

Togepi watched as a machoke ran twords her at full speed. Her fear of the giant pokemon turned to anger when she saw her unconscious trainer.
She jumped out of the way at the last minute and the machoke ran into the wall, denting it badly.
The impact caused a shelf to fall over.

Then the machoke jumped back and turned to togepi, full of rage.
He ran towards her again extremely angry.
This time, togepi ran right twords him and pounced on it, knocking it over.

Macy followed Alex out of the Lab. She couldn't believe they'd made it out okay. Zach stirred a bit and she winced at how much pain he must be in. All right, they made it out mostly okay.

Alex turned back towards the Lab for a moment, tears in his eyes. Macy felt a twinge of sadness in her chest. She hadn't known Alex for very long, but she knew that he loved the Lab. She met his eyes for a second. "It'll be okay," she tried to encourage him, though she had no idea how.

Macy took Dratini's Pokeball from her belt and studied it. It was the child of her father's Dragonite, and he had given it to her when he was sick. She smiled thinking about Dragonite. It had been a sweet, gentle Pokemon, and her dad's best friend. It disappeared the day he died.

Macy shook her thoughts away from Dragonite. She had to focus on Zach. Togepi bounced towards Zach, trying to get on the gourney. In spite of everything, Macy laughed.

Zachs eyes opened slightly when the togepi bounced on him. Despite the horrible pain all over his body, Zach gave a small smile.

It was hard to focus on the little thing. It seemed the whole world was spinning.

He attempted to get to his feet but gave up.

The togepi nudged his side, and wimperd.

"I'm fine" he whispered to the Pokemon. The togepi then smiled and hopped around, like it understood him perfectly. Then there was a bright flash of light, that grew brighter and brighter until it instantly went away. And in place of the togepi, there was a Togetic in its place.

Alex nodded and slightly smiled. It was hard for him to see a place tha he even labeled as home so easily destroyed.

He wasnt sure how the Professor would react to this - or where he even was for the matter. He'd never be out this long if we was in the routes. But he guessed that finding him would have to wait. Professor could take care of himself, he had many strong pokemon as his partners.

Alex released a chuckle as Togepi hopped onto the gurney with Zach. He got into the back of the truck with Macy and Zach. The nurses shut the doors and after the crank of an engine, the truck started to drive to the hospital.

It took him a few minutes to realize he was in a moving vehicle. He slightly shook his head, and turned to see Alex and Macy.
What ever happend to the other one? He thought.
He looked strait ahead to see his evolved Pokemon. It looked much cooler then Togepis original form. He remembered learning that togepis evolve from friendship.

"Yeah, Togepi evolved!" Alex went ahead and said as he saw Zacs eyes go wide when he sees Togetic.

A smile played across Alex's lips as well. He thought back to how surprised and excited he was when his little Togepi evolved into a Togetic.

Alex had had his Togepi for about 3 months. They were playing in a field with a few friends. Alex and his Togepi had won a challenge and while they were cheering, Togepi had became a Togetic.

"I am surprised how quick it happened though" He said as they rode in the vehicle.

He truly was, he had never seen a pokemon that a trainer had just received evolve in that same day.

Zach herd a "ding" sound. He reached into his pocked with his left hand and pulled out a pokedex.
Did I accidentally take this? He thought.

He tried to press a button with his right hand, but the pain in that hand was unbearable, so he just used his left.

On the screen showed a picture of a togetic and some information on it, and on the bottom read:

Alex's eyes went wide. His first thought reaction was to jump up and yank the pokedex out of his hand. There were so many times other trainers his age who tried to steal some pokedex from the lab. It irritated him so much.

He couldn't blame them though, a pokedex is a great and very useful tool for trainers. So many other people wanted them, because it apparently is a popular phenomenon to fill up the entire pokedex now a days, but Alex never really craved for it. He reached down and felt his Poketech, a digital watch that can do many essential matters as well. It was all he needed, and he was pleased with it.

"Yo-you didn't...steal that from the lab...did you?" He quietly asked Zach. He really didn't know if he could handle any more theft after the events he just went through

Macy frowned. Zach shouldn't have taken the Pokedex, even with the Lab in ruins. Still, she hasn't actually seen him take it. Don't trust what you see, she thought. Her thoughts and recent memories did seem scattered. He vision seemed a bit blurry, too.

Suddenly everything she did felt like a strain. Breathing, standing, even just keeping her eyes open. She remembered it being kind of like this when... when was it again? She looked at the floor, which seemed to spin, then noticed an unfamiliar black band around her wrist. "That's new," she murmured shortly before collapsing.

((Hey guys, I won't be able to get on this weekend. I don't want to slow down the roleplay or just mysteriously disappear (*cough* @LuckyThirteen *cough*), so I guess Macy will just be unconscious/hospitalized for the next two days. Zack looked over at Alex eyes wide.
"God no" he yelled. "I would never steal!"
He was furious at the thought of Alex suggesting he was a theif. Then he herd a thud over to his right. He looked over and saw Macy laying on the floor.
"What the hell?!" He yelled.

Alex winced at the shouting that came from Zach. He hated people screaming and noises that were too loud. Sensitive hearing, you could call it.

"I-I wasn't saying you were a thief, I was just won-" he was cut short when Macy hit the ground.

"M-Macy!?" Alex tried to stand in the moving truck, but the bumps of the road caused him to tip over and almost fall a few times. Still, he made his way over to her.

Two male medics rushed to her as well, they being able to easily travel on the truck, despite the jerking and bumps of the road.
They checked her pulse, and it was thankfully still running.

By that time, the truck had arrived at the hospital. The doctors had placed Macy into a medical bed like Zach's.

As Alex and Helioptile followed the medics as they wheeled Zach and Macy down a long hallway, he tried to understand the things the doctors spoke about his friends' condition, but all of the medical terms had his brain flipped.

Finally, Macy and Zach were placed into a room in the hospital. The beds were placed side by side, with a large chair next to Zach's bed.

Alex took a seat in it, and Helioptile hopped from his shoulder and onto the chair's armrest.

Togetic curled up in Zach's neck.

"Why do you think Macy just went out like that...?" Alex shyly asked Zach.

Zach sat up, and his togetic crawled over and lied down on his legs.
"I have no idea." He said.
He looked around and the vast room. He had never been in a hospital before, and it kind of amazed him.

His togetic jumped off of his legs, and walked around the room, probably as amazed as him. He got up from the bed.
"What did the doctors say about it?" He asked.

Alex's eyes went wide. He did hear them say he should stay still.

"Um, I heard something about you should stay still, because if you move too much the blow from that Machoke could make you faint again." Alex said, sitting Zach back down.

He wasn't sure of all of what was said between the doctors, he just quoted the key words he did understand.

"They also said that you could've slipped into a coma, so try not to fall asleep for at least 30 minutes so you can avoid having a chance and actually getting into one."

Helioptile climbed down from the armrest to the floor. He sniffed around and explored along with Togetic.

"Come on" Zach said. "I'll be fine. By the way, don't we need to get ahold of your proffesor friend?" He asked, as he walked over to where the doctors set his pokeball.
"Togetic, return!" He yelled, as Togetic flew right back into her pokeball.

He started walking out to the door, then looked back at Alex.
"Comeon! He said."lets go!"

Alex bit his lip nervously. He didn't want the doctors to chase them down even if they did sneak out.

He pondered it, and figured, what's the worst that can happen? They did need to find Professor, the pokemon that he caught were important.

But, where could the Professor be? You could easily see and hear the destruction of the lab from the routes that the Professor usually searches in...so why didn't he?

Alex shrugged and picked up Helioptile, and headed out the door after Zach.

Zach walked out the front door of the hospital, and wasn't questioned once.
He turned to face Alex.
"See?" He said,with a smile. "Easy."
He then threw out togetic and she walked by his side.
"Someone at the lab said he was reaserching ralts at the routes...." He pulled out the pokedex and fiddled with it until a map popped up.
"Oh!" He said. "How efficient."
He scaned the map for a while till he had an idea where the proffesor was.
"Route 4!" He said.
