I'll start! I am moving, so I decided to play the antigonist so you do not have to be to dependent on me.

Leiko was in her study reviewing her maps. Her Gothetille, Anri, was searching the bookshelves. The maps Leiko had spread out were marked with black dots in several places. Anri kept giving her mistress books that dealt with Unova's lore.
"How are production rates?" Leiko asked adding another dot to a map. Arni motioned to show they were high.
"Good, we should be finished by the winter solstice." She muttered.

Damian awoke in the shelter he had made, his first thoughts to ensure safety for his team of pokemon. Four were already inside with him, packed together in the hut made of dead branches knotted together. But Noctowl and Arcanine were outside, and he needed to make sure there was no trouble for them. He crawled out through the low doorway. Surprisingly they both seemed fine, Arcanine guarding the hut's entrance and Noctowl roosting on the roof. Damian allowed himself a brief smile at Arcanine before beginning his waking routine, scanning the sky for clouds or other signs of bad weather.

The underbrush of the forest was thick, but Christine managed to stumble through it. She was searching for a specific clearing, one that the Roserade Legion had claimed as a sort of meeting place. They didn't keep maps for fear of intruders finding them, but Christine was terrible at remembering all the word-of-mouth information the Legion passed between one another. Gabite walked alongside her, keeping its eyes peeled for any signs of trouble. A strange shape in the corner of her vision, almost completely obscured by trees, caught her eye. Christine approached it cautiously.

Well, I guess I made a wrong turn somewhere, she thought, staring at the hut. Damian's shelter wasn't supposed to be anywhere near the clearing.

Spade huffed, her head looked down as her Staraptor sat on her shoulder as she walked in the think underbrush. looking up she saw a female, stopping she sighed "Christine, you took a left its a right!" she called. Meeting up with the brown haired female, Spade lifted her arm as her Staraptor took flight. The flying/normal type pokémon flapped its wings, flying to a tree branch right outside the clearing "Star-raptor!" the bird called pointing its right wing in the direction of the large clearing.

Damian frowned when he heard two human voices, pointing his finger toward the noise as a signal to his Arcanine to find out who they were. He returned the roosting Noctowl before following Arcanine. After a minute, the dog abruptly moved to the side, letting Damian see that other Legion members were nearby. He waved to both of them then glanced over his shoulder at the snapping of a twig, his Simisage's guilty face visible for a moment before it sprinted back towards the shelter. Damian shrugged off Simisage's behavior as usual and looked back towards the two Legion members.

"Oh? So I did!" Christine replied. She laughed awkwardly. How embarrassing, to have messed up in front of both Spade and Damian. Her Gabite nuzzled her arm and gave a questioning "Ga-bite?" in the other pokemons' directions. At least she knew where to go now, but the meeting wasn't for another few hours. Christine had left for it early under the impression she'd get seriously lost... she had time to kill, now.

"Do either of you know what the meeting is supposed to be about? I heard it was just more rationing discussion, but one of the other Legion members said they were finally planning on going into a city... like, raiding it." Christine shuddered a little at the thought.

Spade shrugged, her violet eyes closed "Raiding the city would be our biggest mission yet, if so who would go?" questioning the plans that where about to be made she leaned back on a tree. Calling her Staraptor to return she sighed "Anyone want to train, I mean might as well right?". Grabbing another pokéball she called out her Houndour "Make sure no one was followed Houndour" the pokémon nodded racing off into the forest.

Damian thought for a moment before shaking his head no in response to Christine's question. The idea of raiding a city seemed to be good, at least in theory. He'd been wanting to go back into a city for a long time, mostly to see if his friends and relatives were still alive.

His Arcanine stared down the path Houndour had taken and pawed the ground eagerly, waiting for his master's signal to go back to the shelter. But the command did not come, so Arcanine stared at Spade in the hopes he could get the chance to practice his battle moves.

Spade looked down, an Arcanine pawed at the ground and she chuckled "Want to battle huh?". The female looked at Damian "So how about it?", soon after the small Houndour returned and sat down next to his owner.

Looking down next to her "You want to battle to?", the Houndour nodded and barked wagging his small tail. Looking back up at Damian, Spade smirked "Can't let them down can we?".

"Getting the chance to go into a city would be neat. I've got friends still trapped in Striaton that I'd like to see. And we need more supplies, of course..." Christine smiled at the thought. It was unlikely she'd get picked, but she'd do her best to prove herself strong enough to go. Her team was certainly capable of holding their weight, even if her own ditzyness downplayed it somewhat.

Gabite eyed the Houndour and Arcanine, shifting its weight eagerly. Christine looked down at it. "You wanna train some? Maybe you're close to evolving; you've been so restless lately. I should take you to the pokemon health specialist. Alright, Gabite, test out your Slash on Arcanine!"

Spade placed her hand on her forehead and huffed "Always jumping into things like always I see" standing up tall and letting her hand fall the female took a look at her Houndour. Smirking again Spade spoke "Houndour, use flamethrower on Gabite".

Taking stance the small pokémon bark, slightly opening his mouth a small ball of fire appeared. digging his paws into the ground he lowered his head sending off a stream of flowing fire.

Arcanine gazed at Damian pleadingly, yipping with excitement when the latter hesitantly nodded. The fire type took a bold stance, ready to dodge or counter the slash while being mindful of Houndour's attack as well.

Gabite yelped as the Flamethrower hit it directly. It's scales were scorched, lightly ignited, and it hissed as it took Burn damage. Christine flustered over it for a moment before standing back to let it attack.

The dragon-type leaped up at the waiting Arcanine, striking with its claws. It was crippled from the Burn, though, and its attack was weaker than usual.

Houndour barked and looked over at the other pokémon, Spade spoke up as she saw the chance for the other two where fighting "Houndour, howl!". The pokémon stood still before locking his legs in place and looking at the sky. He opened his mouth and let out a loud howl, a red aura rises around him signaling he gain attack points.

Arcanine didn't move away to avoid the scratch that landed on his right shoulder, taking a chance to knock out Gabite by using a fire fang attack, figuring the move would be enough to faint his opponent.

Damian smirked for a second, the grin fading when Houndour howled. Behind him, he could hear Simisage's yelp of shock, though from what he couldn't tell.

Gabite collapsed, eyes spiraling as it fainted. Christine pulled out its pokeball from her belt and called it back. "You did your best," she said warmly to it. There's my excuse to see the pokemon specialist, she thought, and sighed. Withdrawing another pokeball, she tossed it into the air and called out, "Rapidash, go!"

"Rapiii-dash!" Hooves collided with the forest floor. The Rapidash tossed its head and whinnied. Its mane flared up as it took in its surroundings, realizing it was in a battle. Simisage's cry drew both Christine's and her pokemon's attention, however. They paused and looked in its direction.

Spade crossed her arms, not hearing the cry she pointed at Arcaine "Use crunch".

The pokémon growled and dashed forwards, his teeth started to glow as he leaped up and landed on the other fire type. he bite down hard the released as he leaped back trying to avoid any farther contact. Landing with a slide the Houndour panted.

Please don't do anything stupid, Simisage, Damian thought while the monkey charged forward on all four paws. Simisage performed an awkward sliding halt, vague panic showing on his face when he spotted Spade's Houndour. Aware of how he was making the situation awkward, the grass type shuffled away to talk with the three other pokemon left in the shelter.

Arcanine had been watching his ally's odd behavior, but now he refocused on Houndour and the fight. A sharp ache in his neck annoyed him, but he plowed forward with the intent of ramming Houndour.

Spade sighed she shook her head but focused on the fight "Now use double team!", Her black and white hair flowed as a gust of wind past her. She narrowed her eyes following her fire/dark type pokémon.

The pokémon bark as his body glowed, in a flash copies of home filled the forest, surrounding the other pokémon.

Rapidash watched the battle cautiously, flames dying down immediately when the Simisage ran in the midst of it. It patted the ground a few times, looking between the two pokemon still on the field. As the Arcanine bolted forth and the Houndour used Double Team, Rapidash saw an opening.

"Uh... F-Flame Charge, Rapidash!" The fire-type let out a bellowing whinny, its mane bursting back into a blaze, and it reared back on its hind legs before advancing. The Arcanine was still moving towards one of the Houndour copies, but Rapidash had more than enough space to hit it.

The canine growled fiercely to himself as he was surrounded by the copies, blind to the hostile approach of Rapidash. He spun around swiftly, almost looking like his head and tail had switched places, attempting to determine which one of the Houndour were real. In the background, Damian clapped to get his Arcanine's attention. When the dog looked at him with a confused expression, he pointed to the other side, Arcanine just then realizing the Rapidash had been charging him. It was too late for him to move out of the way, so he braced himself for a searing tackle.

Rapidash collided with Arcanine in a small-scale explosion, flames spilling out onto the forest floor around them. The stallion collapsed in a heap as it tripped over its own hooves. Christine worried some over it, but when the embers didn't die down quick enough, she called out Lanturn.

"Use Water Gun to put out the fire! Sorry, Rapidash!" she shouted, and the stallion gave an annoyed snort in reply. Lanturn, struggling to sit up with its flippers, sprayed water over the fire duo. The flames both on Rapidash's mane and in the leaf litter sizzled out. Christine rubbed her head and looked over at Damian.

"Well, that didn't turn out too well. Hope no one notices." She kicked at some charred dirt and sighed.

Xio walked out of the house looking at her pokemon, Primeria Was searching for berries, Salazzale and Lucario are sparing, Weavile is helping Primeria , Lycanroc and Staraptor on the look out for others.

A Mightyena that had been scouting nearby lifted its head and swiveled its ears. A Pokemon battle was going on nearby.
It let lose a howl. Reinforcements were on the way.

//These guys are NPCs, so feel free to control them if I am unresponsive. There is three Mightyenas, a Gallade, and a Zoroark.

Once Slazzale and Lucario were finshed they built a fire ,Primeria and Weavile came with berries and started to roast them Staraptor and Lycanroc called it a night and went to the fire. Xio joined them "Good work this will do well" Xio said smiling

Damian nodded in agreement, watching as his Arcanine, who had fell over when Rapidash slammed into him, rose unsteadily to its feet. He called it back when he heard the Mightyena howl, certain that his fire type might try going after it along with whatever else was with it. Letting Arcanine faint would be a major blow to his team's morale. Looking back at Simisage, he wasn't too surprised to see Greninja standing next to the fear-stricken monkey. He motioned both forward before pointing towards the howl, the duo heading off in that vague direction. While his pokemon trekked towards where the patrol was heard, Damian glanced at Spade and Christine, expecting them to assist in taking down the Mightyena plus any confederates it had.

Christine flinched when she heard the distant howl, and switched out her Lanturn for Whimsicott. With any luck the dual grass-fairy type would help deal with the patrol. She hoped Rapidash had enough health left for this next battle. The fire-type stumbled a little getting up, but seemed otherwise unharmed as its mane flared up again.

"Whimsicott, ready a Helping Hand. You two follow that Mightyena!"

Whimsicott clapped its nubs and glowed a little, trailing nervously after Rapidash. Patrols rarely included just a single pokemon, so they likely had a big battle on their hands.

Xio heard the howl as it sent a chill down her spine "Lucario and Staraptor! Go on and take care of that pokemon. Slazzale ,Lycanroc and, Primeria stay here ok" Slazzale ,Lycanroc and Primeria nodded as Lucario and Staraptor ran in the direction of the howl.

The mightyena disappeared into the underbrush, where its reinforcements were waiting. They crouched in wait, hoping to have the element of surprise.

The zoroak quickly transformed into what appeared to be a normal trainer with black hair that faded into red with black coloured eyes. She wore black jeans, with a red jacket, and red and black shoes.

She leapted up and climbed into a tree. Classified Strategy X had been launched.

Before Damian could follow his advancing Simisage and Greninja, he had to go back to the hut to return the two other pokemon he owned. He proceeded to walk back towards the shelter. Once he had gotten close to the entrance, he was halted in his tracks by a black and blue form bolting outside and gripping his leg in its claws. Damian knelt down and detached the Luxio from his leg before returning her. Charmeleon was peering out of the narrow doorway while this happened, but then decided to leave the hut in a less speedy fashion. Instead of allowing herself to be returned as well, she took off at a human's jogging pace in the tracks Simisage had left, leaving the boy little choice but to go after her.

While their trainer was busy "rallying the troops", Simisage and his teammate were trying to walk towards the patrol without making too much sound. Greninja suddenly threw out an arm for Simisage to stop walking; through a combination of low-pitched grunts and hand gestures, the frog communicated that they should cover a wider area in case of ambush. Simisage immediately sprang to action by somersaulting over to check a nearby bush, but no creature was nearby as far as he could tell. The ninja was having similar results on the opposite side, as evidenced by a disappointed grunt.

A growl arouse from the underbrush as the two smaller mightyena approached Greninja from behind. The largest pounced, barring its teeth. All three began tearing at the frog.

The Gallade crept up behind Simisage and brought his arm down on the monkey's neck. Once it made the blow, it entered attack position.

Zoroak waited in the trees for a trainer. She was going to get information one way or another. Her eyes scanned the forest. These Pokemon weren't native to this forest, so a trainer was nearby. Whoever they are, they aren't in the city, which means the trainer is an immediate threat.

"What happened now" muttered Will as he walked through the forest, hearing the sounds of the Mightyena "sounds like an attack"
He began running, inadvertadly tripping right in front of where Zoruark was hiding

OOC: You did not sign up like you were supposed to. Please follow the rules like everyone else or I will have to report you.

Charmeleon ground to a halt at the edge of the battle scene. She hesitated for a moment to determine which of her teammates to help out, then rushed towards Greninja and proceeded to scratch recklessly at the bundles of gray and black fur attacking him. Greninja was fighting hard as well, desperately sending weakened punches flying in all directions.

Simisage reflexively hurtled into the air and managed to grab Gallade's head, proceeding to take a seed from the bushlike plant on his head and hold on tight. With a little bit of luck on his side, the seed would detonate and cause Gallade some problems with continuing the battle.

Damian rushed past Spade, Christine and her pokemon to reach the loose half of his team. Upon reaching the space where they were battling, he scanned the surroundings carefully, spotting a red and black shape in a tree. He backed away from it while simultaneously keeping a poor watch out for anything that could jump him.

One of the smaller mightyena gave out a pitiful whine before collapsing. It's twin tried to fight off the Charmeleon. The largest launched a critical hit towards Greninja.

The Gallade stumbled back, it tried to swipe away the seed. It let out a howl as the explosion was set off. It was weak, but it tried to continue its attack nonetheless.

The Zoroak noticed the trainer looking in her general direction. Focusing on her training, Zora made it appear as if she wear no more than a scared trainer, clinging despratly to the tree branch.

Christine's pokemon caught up to the battle far quicker than she did, yet skidded to a halt when they realized the battle was underway. Whimsicott chirped worriedly and clapped its nubs again, sending a brief shower of sparkles to envelop Rapidash. The fire-type whinnied as its base Attack rose.

Setting its sights on the largest Mightyena, Rapidash charged at it with all its might, launching a devastating Flame Wheel in its direction. Christine finally arrived, panting, and brushed at the dust on her jeans. She looked up and took in the sight of the battle. "Oh jeez." Making her way over to Damian, she drew Whimsicott's attention with a sharp whistle.

"Use Energy Ball on that Gallade," Christine ordered. Whimsicott leaped into the fray, and she herself leaned against a tree to catch her breath. To Damian she said, "This should take care of it... I think, anyways. Hey, do you know who that is up in that tree? They don't look familiar."

Greninja was almost completely exhausted by now, barely able to keep fighting. He stepped back to avoid getting hit again; the frog was extremely relieved when Rapidash came to his assistance, but grunted pridefully instead of thanking it.

Simisage leapt off Gallade's back with a wide grin on his face. With one hand he rubbed his sore neck, the other giving Whimsicott a thumbs-up as a sign of thanks.

Charmeleon had a glint of satisfaction in her otherwise hostile stare; holding out her right forearm for the Mightyena to latch its jaws onto, she thrust her other set of claws forward to deal a finishing blow.

Damian shrugged, still warily staring up into the branches. He didn't particularly trust whatever was up there. Seeing that his first choice for the job, Greninja, was too injured to climb, he reached for Noctowl's pokeball instead.

As soon as Noctowl was sent out, she lifted her head and made her discontent at being sent out during the day clear with a piercing, annoyed glance towards the two trainers. She scanned the surroundings out of habit; within a few moments she had spotted the disguised Zoroark and was creeping forward slowly for a closer look.

(OOC: lost internet for awhile there sorry!)

Spade huffed as she chased after the two, "Staraptor, come on out!". Chucking the pokémon's pokéball into the air a white light formed as the Staraptor emerged. Slowing down she looked at Damian and Christine, "Staraptor with Noctowl, Houndour lets go".

The small fire/dark type pokémon growled watching the Mightyena, "Use flamethrower at that Mightyena now!" the small dog pokémon huffed before opening its mouth and taking a stance, a red glow emerged from the small pokémon mouth as a stream of fire hit the Mightena attacking Charmeleon. "Whats going on?" Spade questioned as she grabbed another pokéball "Raichu, come on out!".

Shaking his head Raichu looked around "Rai?" confused at the scene going on, "Raichu nuzzle on the Mightyena now!". Snapping back into the reality of the battle Raichu rubbed his cheeks and sparks flew out "Rai, Rai!" dashing forwards he nuzzled the Mightyena paralyzing it.

Lucario was riding on Staraptor to get an airial view as they scearched the skys quietly Lucario Jumped off of Staraptor as lucario hit the ground with a loud thump Lucario started running Staraptor followed as they approched quietly ,Lucario triped on a stick as lucario collapsed in front of them Lucario got back up looking at them as Staraptor flew next to him
