Hello everybody, another roleplay idea from me and I'm hoping enough people will be interested in it to actually get the thing going! Anyway, Welcome to Sympha, a region like no other. In essence Sympha is what would happen if you crashed four islands together, leaving their respective ecosystems fully intact. Legend goes that it was actually created when a feud between Groudon and Regigigas took place, their incredible power forcing the individual islands into one continent.
The region remains divided into four sections even today, ice, fire, forest and water. We will be starting in the lush forest zone, getting a good chance to wander through its beautiful jungles and swamps near the water zone boundary and its rolling hills and plains further inland. I will quickly give an over view of what kind of landscapes are in each zone. I've already covered the forest zone so let me move on to the water zone. Here the landscape is riddled with steams rivers and waterfalls, all connecting various lakes or ponds. Fishing is how most people make a livelihood for themselves here and its kind of obvious why. A lot of the homes people make here are actually on boats in the rivers but there are some actual towns too. Moving on to the ice zone, prepare yourself for bitter tundra, chilling pine forests and bone cold mountains. Wrap up warm! The towns and cities offer the only solitude from the temperatures, so dont underestimate nature here. Last but not least we have the fire zone, a mash up of scorching desserts and landscapes torn apart by volcanic activity. A scary place to say the least. But anyway I will describe it all in great detail as we travel through the regions in the roleplay!
We will be roleplaying as trainers new to the region, having been sent by various professors from our home regions to check the place out. Until recently the borders to Sympha had been closed so this is an exciting and unique opportunity.

Alright then here's my character bio!
Name: Jake Everett
Age: 17
Home region: Hoenn
Personality:
Jake is your average 17 year old hopeful Pokémon trainer, adventurous, full of life and compassionate. But on top of that he is extremely ambitious and headstrong, leading to some unfortunate confrontations in the past. He wont let anybody get in his way of being the best and is always looking for ways to get stronger. In the meantime however he better learn how to make some friends...
Physical appearance: Whilst Jake isn't all that tall he makes up for that with a decent physique, his body well toned after hours outside that have given him a wiry frame. His hair is a mess of deep browns and his hazel eyes are excellent at conveying the boys emotions. A spray of freckles can be found across the bridge of his nose and he has fairly thick dark eyebrows to boot. Overall he is a fairly good-looking chap but nothing extraordinary. As for clothes he normally wears a pair of dark denim jeans and a button up shirt that is black with white rings around the collar and sleeves. Coupled with this he usually has a navy blue jacket over the top and finishes the look off with a pair of black sneakers.

Other: Has a pretty serious fear of heights.
Pokémon 1: Tyrunt.
Nickname: Titus.
Personality: Titus may be young but he more than makes up for his inexperience with raw power. The little t-rex is playful and often doesn't quite know his own strength or size, routinely being too rough when playing with other Pokémon. He is extremely loyal to Jake as he is the only trainer and friend he has ever had.
Other: After being resurrected Titus still sometimes has flashbacks of his old life. only brief ones, like photos that are slightly faded.
Pokémon 2 (Optional): Scyther.
Nickname: Ronin.
Personality: Stern and quiet, Ronin joined up with Jake in an effort to fulfil his own dream of being the very best. He is a honourable Pokémon, not a fan of fighting weak Pokémon or those already inflicted with a status condition. Titus has a habit of getting on his nerves but the old bug Pokémon endures it, believing it will strengthen his will.

Rules
- All the usual Pokecharms rules, you should know that much.
- Please fill out the character bio provided.
- I do reserve the right to kick you out if I feel your roleplaying quality isn't up to scratch or if your breaking rules.
- No more than two first evolution Pokémon when starting, you can catch the rest whilst your exploring.
- No repeat Pokémon. Every other roleplay I see has at least one Eevee or Lucario and sometimes people decide they also want an Eevee and you just end up with no variety. Eevee and other Pokémon that have multiple final evolutions are the exceptions to the rule however, as long as you know that your fully evolved Pokémon wont be the same as somebody else's.
- No overpowered teams. So not a team consisting of multiple pseudo legendries.
