Open the ultimate tournament (redo)

In the center of the multiverse lies an arena. Once every generation the game master hosts a tournament to see who the strongest is from 16 universes. The winner of the tournament will be given a wish while the other fifteen universes will be obliterated. and the losers must live knowing that they were responsible for their universe's destruction.

So this is me trying to redo an RP I did early which got out of hand fast. As such here are the ground rules for your characters
their power can only be as strong as SSJ3 or the non cannon SSJ4 Goku.
You can use a characters from a known series
Your character must be a decent age I.E. They can't be the universes strongest and only be a teenager.
They must look their age
Give a decent backstory for them so we can understand how and why they are that strong. unless it's a known character then just tell us what series their from

Look up dragon ball GT that's what I'm referring to.
Since Goku is admittedly one of the strongest anime characters. I'm making it so someone can only be as strong as his 3rd super sayin from z or his fourth from GT. their not able to make a character that goes past that power level.

Name: Gan Geng Drels Narlinen-Slel Slitheen
Age: Somewhere between 20 and 30
Appearance: Slitheen form-appears as a large, almost fat, green alien with large baby like eyes and claws. Wears a torn piece of beige cloth on his waist, which goes up to about his chest. If you don't know who the Slitheen are you might want to check them up-they're a Dr Who alien race.
Powers: Super strength and decent speed, able to hid inside the dead skin suit of a human or other alien to appear like them, teleporting device
Transformations if applies: Initially appears as some kind of human/other alien to desguise himself. Also the ability to summon multiple Raxacoricofallpatorians to his side.
Character backstory: A Raxacoricofallapatorian from birth, he is the last of the Slitheen family. All of them were either defeated by the Doctor and his companions, or they were executed by the Judoon. He spent long years on Raxacoricofallapatorius plotting his revenge on humanity and the other alien species, in hiding, under an alternative name. He managed to escape Raxacoricofallapatorius and is now a skilled assassin and a bounty hunter.

age: 53
appearance: Human like, He has white hair that goes down to his ears, A scar goes down his left eye. He's well built for his age. He wears a beigh tunic and sweats.
powers: Like other beings of his race he is able to tap into the energy that surrounds people. He is able to manipulate allowing him to fly and move at the speed of sound. Every Quzacion has their own speciel thing their able to do with magic. Chris is able to heal himself with it though deepening on what form he is in is how much it's able to heal him.
Transformations
Gene mode: doubles his speed, strength and endurance and energy control, His green has get a tint of blue in them as his hair moved uncontrollably. His healing factor is cut in half.
Gene stage 2: Quadruples his base power. The effects of this causes his hair to spike and angelic wings to appear. His speed is lowered a bit. His healing factor is cut in fourths meaning while he is able to survive hits it takes him a lot longer to recover from them.
Unleashed: He releases all of his energy at once when he is angry. Increases everything making him almost unstoppable. though if someone was able to get a lucky hit they would seriously injure if not kill him.

Character Bacstory

Spoiler: Chris's Backstory. this is very long. you don't need to read this if you don't want to

Born in the year 7 A.C. ( After Contact) to the quzacion war hero Joshua Morriland and his human lover Clair O'Riley. He was the middle child. He spent most of his pre teen life living under his older brother's shadow until the Sacreth invaded earth. Do to the invasion Chris's older brother Johan was presumed dead. This caused a rift in his family. He did his best to stay away from his dad's drinking bender's and his mother's obsessive crying this all ended however when a drunk driver killed both his mother and little sister. Joshua turned to his son for support. They both leaned on each other for the next few years as Josh taught Chris how to fight. This changed however when the Quzacion Queen Cathryne came to earth asking for Josh's help in securing the seven humanoid races rings of power. While Josh had to refuse for business reasons the sixteen year old Chris jumped at the opportunity. It was at this time that he met his best friends. The Quzacion Prince William and his sister Princess Bethany, The human pilot Triston Sherman, the proud Vegan ( race not life style) warrior Alex. And his first love the Arien Princess Blair.
During this time Chris's skills as a fighter and a leader developed. While it took sometime he gained the respect of each member of his team. It was also at this time where he mastered gene mode. A year after they secured the rings the war criminal Soren broke out of prison. It took five day's for chris's team to deal with the man. In the process Soren killed Blair. She died in Chris's hands. This resulted and unimaginable rage. Soon after in his unleashed form Chris made easy work of Soren.
While Bloom's death hit him pretty hard it wasn't until his father's death a year later that broke him mentally. Blaming the Human-Quzacion Alliance for sitting on their asses while his farther died to protect earth.
Chris was content to drink his life away until one day when he was twenty that an Arien Royal guard named Yukio asked for his help dealing with body snatchers that were in the city Chris called home. He agreed to help her. During their time working on the case Chris fell in love with her. While he tried to hide it he couldn't after the battle was over Chris married Yukio.
He reunited with his old team forming the Knights Order belivng that they could help people without any of the Alliances political bullshit holding them back. During the remainder of his years ( well that this version of him will be involved in) he faught in two galactic wars. Both wars ended up leading to the death everyone he called friends including his wife. He has two twin sons Johan named after his brother and Jacob named after Yukio's farther, and two bastard children Luke and Luka. He has proven himself to be one of the most respected persons in the Galactic Alliance
