Private/Closed The undiscovered Region of Geoma

(ooc: This RP is currently closed and the only allowed to post here are @EspeonTheBest @Hisseki @Jacksuarus Flamethrower and me. The plot will be based in a new Region with new Pokemon species, that to say, Fakemon. All of the artwork used in this RP will be from any of us and, in case it isn't, it'll be used with permission and we'll give the respective credit to the author

Fakemon:
Species name: Pearlin

Type/s: Grass

Possible abilities: Leaf Guard, Sap Sipper (Hidden Ability)

Description: Pearlin travels in small groups, and has a tendency to fall down due to it's stubby feet. When it does, it has a hard time getting back up, so it sends a signal to it's group, telling the group to help it up. This signal is similar to, if not exactly the same as it's danger signal.
As for it's stats, because it's just the first stage, most of it's stats aren't very high. It's highest stat is HP, then it's Defense. It's weakest stat is Attack, with Special Defense following shortly behind it. It's Speed and Special Attack are in between, both being the same. (IDK if I should do numbers or not, but I can if needed.)

Evolution line: Pearlin -> Parapear

Design:

Species name: Parapear

Type/s: Grass

Possible abilities: Leaf Guard, Sap Sipper (Hidden Ability)

Description: Parapear can generally be see leading groups of Pearlin - or crashing into trees. Both of Parapear's heads can think and act individually, and both can communicate with each other without physically speaking. This has lead some to believe it is a Psychic type, though that has been proven false. Some also believe that Parapear is simply two Pearlin attached to eachother, like Magneton, but that has also been proven false.
As far as stats go, it is about the same type of distribution as it's predecessor, but it's Speed is now slightly higher than it's Special Attack instead of the two being the same.

Evolutive line: Pearlin -> Parapear

Species name: Leadeptor

Type/s: Grass/Flying

Possible abilities: Hypper Cutter/Aerilate (hidden)

Description: A fast predator that nests in the highest trees, waiting for a distracted Pokemon to pass by. Their great aerodynamic skills allow them to reach their objective in less than a minute. They usually travel in small froups from two to four Pokemon, together, they surround their prey easily.

This Pokemon biggest strength is it's speed, even though it's attackis fairly good too. His defense is somewhat low so it's more of an ofensive Pokemon. This is why they travel in groups; they have each other's back.

Evolutive line: (Maybe something in the future)<-Leadeptor

Species name: Aerahop: The Winged Bunny Pokemon

Type/s: Normal/ Flying

Possible abilities: Aerilate/ Adaptability (HA- Pure Power)

Description: Aerahop thrives in open forests where it can run around easily. It's kind nature and passive attitude makes it a friend to all, but when angered, the wings on it's head grow in size and allow Aerahop to fly around with ease. Normally, Aerahop attacks by flying into the air and crashing onto their opponent with surprising strength.
This pokemon's Attack and Speed are very high, but it lacks in Special Attack and Special Defense.

Evolution line: Aerahop- Aeradash

Design:

Species name: Aeradash: The Winged Bunny Pokemon

Type/s:
Fighting/ Flying

Possible abilities: Aerilate, Adaptability (HA- Huge Power)

Description: Aeradash is known for their agility and limber bodies. When they evolve, Aeradash's body grow to be more humanoid, and wings sprout from their heels. Sharp, feather-like fur grows on their wrists and chest, forming a type of blade. The wings on their head grow drastically in size, and don't change when angered due to the fact that they are large enough to support it's body weight. Aeradash has very large thigh muscles that only add on to its ability to jump and use it's legs in battle.
Aeradash, like Aerahop, has a very high Attack and Speed stat, and both special attack and defense lack, but it's defense is improved slightly compared to its pre-evolved form.

Species name: Gastly (Geoman Form(e))

Type/s: Ghost / Water

Possible abilities: Levitate/Water Absorb (Hidden Ability)

Description: Gastly has migrated all the way from Kanto to this brand new region, Geoma... by an accident. It was brought here by mistake when people thought they were bringing Shellders. Overcome by sadness, and constantly missing their home of Kanto, they became partially Water typed rather than Poison typed. They aren't actually crying, those are just markings left on it's face.
It's stats are along the same lines as they were previously, though it's Special Defense and Speed flip-flopped. Now it's Speed is much lower, while it's Special Defense is much higher - now it's second highest stat.

Evolution
line:
Same as normal Gastly.

Design:
YIBHi2J.jpg
Species name: Haunter (Geoman Form(e))

Type/s: Ghost / Water

Possible abilities: Levitate/Water Absorb (Hidden Ability)

Description: After evolving, Geoman Gastly still retained it's sadness, and its longing to go back home, though the latter of the two feelings of negative connotation has decreased a bit since it's arrival. Slightly more content with staying in Geoma, the markings that made the Gastly look like it was constantly crying have faded. Geoman Haunter's body is entirely composed of water, with some air bubbles generating within it as a result of movement and speech.
Yet again, for stats, the Speed and Special Defense are switched, while the other stats remain more or less the same. Not much change stat-wise.

Evolution line: Same as Normal Haunter

Design:

Species name: Gengar (Geoman Form(e))

Type/s: Ghost / Water

Possible abilities: Swift Swim/Water Absorb (Hidden Ability)

Description: The final stage of evolution in it's line, Geoman Gengar has almost completely lost it's despair and longing for it's return to Kanto. These feelings were replaced with sorrowful pity, pity on the other Gastlys, Haunters and Gengars in Kanto that couldn't see the beauty in Geoma. It has gained fins on it's tail and webbed digits on it's hands and feet to further enhance water mobility. It's body can merge with the water at will, and if two parts of water are separated that contained one Geoman Gengar, the Gengar will regroup itself, meeting itself in the middle of the two locations of the water. Geoman Gengar gains these new abilities at the cost of it's previous ability to levitate, but hovering for a short period of time is still entirely possible.
It's stats receive an overhaul as a Geoman Gengar. It gets a massive boost in Special Attack compared to it's Geoman Haunter state, but all of the other stats don't get increased by as much. It's Speed and Special Defense stats are still flipped the same way they were when Geoman Gengar was a Geoman Gastly, or a Geoman Haunter.

Evolution line: Same as Normal Gengar

Species name: Geoman Axes, Fraxure and Haxorus

Type/s) Dragon|Bug

Possible abilities: Mold Breaker, Rivalry, Swarm, Compound eyes

Description: When the continents drifted apart, this sub species of haxorus adapted to the changing environment and altered its form to compete with its prey. It grew long claws and pinsers to grab at its prey and to help it climb. Its colours changed to make it appear mire menacing to potential foes. Its armor thickened drastically and its tusks changed shape as well. it would be a fast special attacker and would have a large move pool.

Species name: Limystug

Type/s: Bug

Possible abilities: Anticipation/Synchronize (hidden)

Description:
Limystug are usually quiet Pokemon who use their antennas to absorb light, which they save as energy in the crystals around their bodies. They often gather in the top of a tree to receive energy from the moonlight, often surrounded by Hollytter's and Capystal's. When this Pokemon feel danger, the crystals around their bodies begin to blow, charging them with the energy they've been storing.

These Pokemon are really weak in battle, so all of his stats are really low, their Special Defense being a little higher than the others.

Evolution line: Limystug->Capystal->Hollytter
Design:
351735_20160816_233304.jpg
Species name: Capystal

Type/s: Bug

Possible abilities: Anticipation/Synchronize (hidden)

Description:
When reached a certain amount of energy, Limystug crystals surround their body completely, becoming a Capystal. They varely even move. Instead, they stay in tops of trees, gathering energy to reach their final stage.
If they feel danger, the crystals surrounding their bodies begin to shine, shifting their colors constantly to confuse the predators and leave them unable to attack.

This Pokemon is slightly more powerful than it's prior evolution, even though it's Special Defense improves considerably.

Evolution line: Limystug->Capystal->Hollytter
Design:
352137_20160816_233253.jpg
Species name: Hollytter

Type/s: Bug/Psychic

Possible abilities: Levitation/Synchronize (hidden)

Description:
Hollytter is the ultimate form of Limystug evolutive line. These Pokemon have lost their dependence on light almost completely, becoming almost optional. Even though this Pokemon has wings, it's their Psychic powers the ones that gives them the ability to do so. Their wings are actually crystals they use to unleash their power, without them, Hollytter are completely defenseless.

Their stats increment considerably when becoming a Hollytter, except for their Attack and Defense, which continue to be really low stats. To make up for these, their Special attack becomes almost as high as their Special Defense, which continues to be their best stat. Their speed receives a boost too, even though it isn't as impressive as the already mentioned ones.

Evolution line: Limystug->Capystal->Hollytter

Species name:Duskstiker

Type/s: Rock|Ghost

Possible abilities: Defiant, Camoflauge

Description: Revived from the 'Reaper Fossil'. Its a large, bipedal Pokémon that lived in ancient Geoma. It was an apex predator of its time, vanishing into the night before surprising prey in an ambush. It has large claws and ninja-lije speed, allowing it to be great at hand to hand combat, and being a ghost type, it would have similar abilities to most ghost type pokemon. It would be fast, with equal attack and special attack.

Evolutive line: Doesn't evolve

Design:
351809_IMG_20160817_163119.jpg

Species name: Compastone

Type/s: Rock/Steel

Possible abilities: Plus/Minus/Rock Head (Hidden Ability)

Description: Compastone's 'hands' are simply chunks of metal that got caught in it's magnetic field. One chunk will always glow red and point North, while the other will always glow blue and point South. The magnetic field that Compastone generates is strong enough to pull metal objects from 10 feet away, albeit slowly. Somehow, the presence of other Compastones doesn't alter the magnetic fields, but other very strong magnets will disrupt their magnetic fields completely, rendering them unable to control the metal chunks it uses as hands, move around, or act in general. Their magnetic fields are also disturbed by the presence of a certain stone, causing it's 'hands' to point towards it when it gets close enough. Supposedly, this stone causes an evolution to occur.

It's Defense is it's highest stat, but considering it is only the first stage of it's evolutionary chain, it's not astonishingly high. It's Special Defense is the next highest, followed by it's Attack and HP, which are tied, then Special Attack, and finally Speed, it's lowest stat.

Evolutive line: Compastone -> Magnerok (Using Shiny Stone)

Design:
7ZCAeMO.jpg

Species name: Magnerok

Type/s: Rock/Steel

Possible abilities: Plus/Minus/Rock Head (Hidden Ability)

Description: Magnerok now possesses a magnetic field range of up to 75 feet in every direction. It can rip apart steel bars with ease. Magnerok can move objects that are under it's control at over 150 mph if need be, but it generally prefers not to. Groups of Compastone are not always necessarily led by Magnerok, but those groups that are tend to be extremely large groups. The metal half-rings that surround Magnerok's body can be used to scare off others, and much like the metal clumps of the Compastone, they normally point North and South. However, due to the sheer power of Magnerok's magnetic field, it can break the rings free of the magnetic control of the Earth, allowing them to spin at speeds up to the previously mentioned 150 mph + .

Magnerok's Defense and Special Defense skyrocket compared to the other stats. It's Speed get's buffed up to the point where it is no longer the lowest stat, that position being taken with Special Attack.

Species name: Geoman Lapras

Type/s: Grass|Ground

Possible abilities: Sand force, sandstorm, sturdy

Description: When lapras discovered rich food sources on land, the adapted legs and eventually changed completely to land loving pokemon. They are slow and tank like, able to give and receive large hits with little effort. They are peaceful and like their ocean cousins, give others rides on their backs. It would be a slow defensive pokemon.

Species name: Geoman Mawile

Type/s: Water/Dark

Possible abilities:
Hypper Cutter/Cute charm/Sheer Force (Hidden)

Description:
Thousands of years ago, when the Region of Geoma wasn't like it is today, lots of Mawiles used to live in it's caves. There weren't many Pokemon bothering them, and the ones that did would always end regretting it.

But everything changed when a huge earthquake shook the island. The cave began to flood, causing dispair between the species that lived in it.

The years passed and the caves didn't dry; a river made it's way to the sea in the Mawile's home. Therefore, they saw themselves forced to adapt to this condition, and that's how they became water types.

Just like their Hoenn counterpart, these Pokemon are masters when it comes to cheating. With their cute appearence, they fool their preys into their trap to finally catch them between the tentacles growing in the back of their heads.

They are also really able in the water; their dresses become useful fins, giving them the ability to swim with great skill. They're said to look like mermaids.

When it comes to stats, they are pretty similar to Hoenn Mawiles; the only difference would be a slight decrease in the attack and increase in speed.

Evolutive line: Mawile (Geoman form)

Design:
352831_20160818_204412.jpg

Species name: Ensnaked: the Charmed Snake Pokemon

Type/s: Poison/ Ghost

Possible abilities: Mummy/ Insomnia

Description: Ensnaked got its name from the two words 'enchanted' and 'snake', and those words apply to the creature. Ensnaked was originally a garden snake colored to blend in with rose bushes, but over time, a ghost type pokemon seeking a host began to posses the snakes, and eventually the two became classified as one pokemon. The golden flute held in Ensnaked's mouth is constantly playing a hypnotizing song; it is rumored that when the song stops playing, Ensnaked is released from the cruel control of the ghost pokemon and evolves.

Ensnaked is a slow, special attacker, with decent special attack, but great Special Defense, Defense and Hp. Its attack is horrible.

The sound of the turbines filled every corner of the plane, it had been like that for the last ten hours. For Inti, the flight had been awful. His legs were begging for him to stand up, to stretch his knees that were forced to stay in the same angle for too long. He looked to the window to distract himself from the discomfort, and what he saw made him forget completely about it.

What a few hours ago had been only empty sea, had now become a paradise; the Region of Geoma was rising right in front his eyes. The island mountains surrounded completely the north part of the Region, their snowy picks almost kissing the clouds. At their feet, a rocky canyon made it's way under the ground, probably the perfect home for Rock and Ground Types. In the south coast, the sand of the beach was being caressed by the soft waves of the sea. It was the paradise that Inti came to explore, and he was less than an hour from it.

"Lilli!!" exclaimed Zahara, his Lilligant as she pushed him back to his sit, violently making her way to the window. Her eyes and smile widening in excitement as she saw the land was everytime closer. It was full of forests, and lakes, and flowers! Oh, how she loved flowers...

"Zahara, I want to see too..." the young Investigator said, trying to persuade his Pokemon to get out of the window, without getting many results.

He snorted, his copperly curls bouncing in front of his forehead as he did so. His Pokemon was so stubborn. She reminded him of her mother or, to say the truth, he was the Pokemon clone of his mother. She was organized, scary when mad and constantly pointing what he was doing wrong. But he had to admit, he'd be nothing without Zahara. In fact, she was always reminding him what to do and where he left things. Without her, his house would probably look like a Battle Arena.

Meanwhile, Pan slept in his Pokeball. Unlike Zahara, he didn't get mad if he didn't get a sit in the plane, he was going to fall asleep anyways. Panthalaseum (Pan to abbreviate) was his Slowbro. Unlike Zahara, he was lazy and barely did something while he was in the laboratory--except drinking the coffees Inti didn't finish. But when it came to actual action, Pan was his best Pokemon. His tail was powerful enough to quit obstacles in their way, not to mention how useful his psychic type attacks could be in a hurry.

To summarize, everyone in his team was good at their own stuff. Inti didn't feel like he needed another Pokemon; he trusted the few he had with his life.

But who knew, this island was completely inhabitated by new Pokemon, what if he fell in love for a new species and decided to add it to his team?

"Gant! Lilli! Lilligant!" exclaimed excitedly Zahara as she saw the land was considerably closer now. Inti's eares plugged; it was the pressure change, indicating him he was about to land.

He started preparing his stuff, just like the other in the small plane were doing. It was a small flight prepared only for the few selected to investigate this new Region, no humans lived in it so no one knew what to expect.

They were only four people; a young trainer with investigating interest, an investigator that had started his carreer not long ago and a student in the subject.

He, as the one of the most experienced, was in charge of the group. He had never been so nervous. It was the first time he participated in such an important project, not to mention leading it. Professor Juniper said to have high expectatives on him, but he still didn't feel ready for such a thing.

He had spent his last few years helping Professor Juniper in her research, so he always followed her lead. He had been working like this since he was twenty six, back then he still didn't dare to consider himself an adult, and it continued like that when he was twenty seven, and twenty eight...

The thirties hit him like a train on a track. It felt like a massive slap on his face telling him 'It's time for you to face it!'. He couldn't be depending on Professor Juniper anymore, he had to start his own life, have his own researches. Perhaps, there were people starting a family at his age and he still didn't dare to start his profession.

That was the main reason he had accepted to lead the excursion to Geoma, to start feeling like an adult for real and finally dare to start his own life without depending on others.

"Lilli!" exclaimed his Pokemon bringing him back to earth, she was no longer squeaking of excitement. This time, she was reproaching him. The small plane was already in the ground and it was time for them to put their feet in the new Region.

He turned his head to his partners, breathed deeply and asked "Are you guys ready?"

They were just five words, but saying them felt like a battle cry.

Haru stood up tall, rushing his way off of the plane. His appearance at the time made it look like he just got out of a horror movie scene. He kept chanting and muttering nonsensical phrases to himself during the plane ride, and he didn't exactly take the turbulence very well. In reality, he didn't take the entirety of the plane ride well, but he braved through it, more or less.

The main reason for Haru's concern, being in a plane aside, was the fact that he was forced to put his precious partners into Pokeballs. The split second he was allowed off of the plane, he grabbed the two Pokeballs and threw them onto the ground, releasing his friends from their spherical prisons. He immediately proceeded to hug them both, apologizing for what he had to do, reassuring them that it was for the greater good at the moment. The people in his village saw Pokemon as equals, not toys or animals. They coexisted with them, and to imprison them in Pokeballs felt wrong to him. Any weird looks he got for his actions were ignored by him.

"Are you guys ready?"

Those words, spoken by the leader of the group, Inti, rang through his head non-stop once he said them. He looked up at Bryn the Tropius, then down at Anthea the Delcatty, awaiting confirmation that they were ready. Bryn nodded and Anthea purred, taking a stance that exuded dominance. Haru nodded in response to the two, turning to Inti and clearing his throat. "We are ready. In fact, we can't wait to get started! Where to first?" He said, his voice raspier than normal thanks to his panicking to himself on the plane previously.

Anthea pawed anxiously at Haru's leg, purring while doing so. Haru bent down to pet her, and she calmed down. He laughed quietly to himself while Bryn turned to face the opposite direction, not wanting any involvement with Anthea's current attention-seeking attitude. Haru looked at Inti, continuing to pet Anthea. "Hey, it's cool if I keep these guys out of their pris - er... Pokeballs, right?" He asked the group leader with a pleading smile.

Haru was ready and raring to go. To him, it felt like exploring an entirely new world - primarily because that's what it was, almost. His heart raced with excitement, and he couldn't wait to get going. To finding new adventure! He thought to himself, clenching an open hand into a fist and looking to the sky like some comic book protagonist.

The ramp to the plane's cargo hold lowered slowly with a loud, mechanical screech. It let out a heavy thud as it slammed against the earth, throwing up dust that blew over towards Inti. A dull squawk eacaped from the darkness of the cargo hold. Suddenly in a flurry of yellow and blue, Night's Archeops landed happily on the ground, his wide, bubbly eyes and mindless expression rendering him in a comical look. "H-haxorus..." Night's closest friend Axcel the haxorus slumped out of the cargo hold, dragging the still sleeping Night with him. Night's Garchomp followed slowly behind. All four of them had slept the entire flight in the back of the plane, curled up around the various gear in the cargo hold, away from the rest of the passengers.

Night awoke as his head bounced off the ramp and landed heavily on the ground, Axcel seemed to smile as Night rose slowly, rubbing the lump on the back of his head. "Well, looks like we're here. Better get to work!" Night laughed as he and his three friends ran to catch up with the rest of the team.

Night was the rookie in the team, he was an orphan as a child, taken in by Team Plasma when he was young. He left the team when he was twelve, unable to handle the horrors of the labratory experiments. He was the youngest person on this expedition, being only fifteen. He felt as though he was only there as a form of security if things went sour. He felt as though the team under estimated his intellect, but he wasn't worried about it, he was just in it for the adventure.

Piercing, bright blue.

Pastel colors blended together perfectly on the sky's open canvas; the pure white, sugar clouds appeared as if they were simply erased by a bright pink eraser to reveal the white slate below the crisp shade of blue that covered the open air. A few stray bird Pokemon hovered above the shimmering sea below them, only to stop and Jove for a moment to turn around as they realized that this was not the place for them.

Colors? She loved them. Art? Even more. Noise? Well....

Isabelle clasped her hands around a small, crystal pendent that was previously lying still upon her heavily breathing chest. Her bright blue eyes were squeezed shut, as if she closed them tight enough she would reappear in a more desirable location. A high pitched, horribly squeaky noise resounded in her ears for a moment, and suddenly the woman's face fell into a state of relief as she pressure was released. Her breathing did not slow, they were still surrounded by the roar of the plane's engine after all, but her hand slowly released its grip on the clear crystal as she took a deep breath and focused on the open, small, brown leather book that trembled in her lap in time with the slight turbulence.

The book was well used, parts of the binding were obviously worn and pages were creased with endless memories of flipping pages furiously. The specific page that Isabelle was looking at sported two names at the very top; one was read as 'Izzy Alor' and it lay on top of a name read as 'Psyduck'. A list of quickly taken notes were scribbled below the two names along with a hand drawn picture of the small yellow duck Pokemon, messy, but drawn with obvious accuracy and meticulous hands.

Izzy sighed as she finally regulated her breathing from the panic she was indulging herself in. Her small hands picked the edge of the book up slightly and pushed it closed; carefully making sure that the pages didn't wrinkle as she shut the book tight. The graduate tucked the book away in her backpack that rested beneath the seat in front of her. It wasn't too long ago that she was sitting in a similar position in front of her professor who was teaching the class about fieldwork and proper notation of wild Pokemon. Her professor, Dr. Jayle, was very pleased with her as a student; even though everyone in his class wanted to major in Pokemon Research, Izzy took everything he said seriously and absorbed it like a sponge would to a bucket of water. Her high grades and positive attitude really didn't hurt either, but he did regard her as a grade A student.

Getting asked to do this was an honor in the highest. No more silly fieldwork outside in the college campus- she's going places. Izzy honestly had no idea as to what to expect from this journey, only that she's going to leave it as a much better person. This mission to map a new web of Pokemon, food chains, habitats, behavioral patterns, coloration, adaptation... Everything excited her to the point of her hands trembling the night before. Professor Rowan, the man who had the utmost respect in her eyes, had offered her a position to work under him as a second assistant- second to a young man named Lucas. Lucas was a kind person, crabby and know-it-all at times, but he was extremely fun to work around. Even Izzy has had those days were she came back, bitten by a Bidoof and sporting the attitude of one as well.

Looking out the window was a sight to behold, but the canvas of blue was growing stale on Izzy's eyes, that's why a gasp escaped her lips as she saw a splash of new color; Land! Her blue eyes scanned the surrounding areas with absolute joy and curiosity, drinking the land's bountiful colors and beautiful landforms as they raced by. Without a care that she looked like a three year old being handed a new puppy, Izzy squeaked with ecstasy. Her hands were trembling, but she didn't care. Her shoulders shook, but she didn't care. Her breathing had picked up, but she didn't care.

Overall, Izzy didn't care. She was there and that's all that mattered.

'Are you guys ready?'

Inti, the established leader of the group, turned to them with his Lilligant nearby. "Am I ready to die of excitement? Yes." Izzy mumbled to herself and herself only. She realized for the first time that, beyond knowing her teammate's names, Izzy didn't know much about them. With that discovery, multiple scenarios played out in her head. Walk out, introduce herself, ask others their names and their Pokemon's, establish everyone's persona.... And thousands more.

As she exited the aircraft, Izzy couldn't help but take a deep breath of the new, human-less air. With her backpack slung over one shoulder, the graduate stepped off the plane and onto the loamy soil beneath. Unfortunately, a Pokeball dropped from her waist, landing on the Earth. At first nothing happened, but in a flash of red, a Luxray shot up, roaring; battle ready. "Flash, Flash, please. Your Pokeball dropped hun. We're in no danger." Izzy said softly, placing a gentle hand on the electric lion's head. He purred in response, but then laid eyes on one of the trainer's Delcatty. Flash's purring increased slightly, and it almost seemed as if her fearless Pokemon was shy for a moment. Izzy grinned, matching her Pokemon's gaze. "We can make friends later, or..ahem... Let me rephrase this. For now you can stay out here, given you don't make too much noise and the others are ok with it, but save getting to know the other Pokemon for later. We have a job to do." Izzy commented, giving one final pat to the Luxray as he swished his tail in understanding.

She heard the trainer with a Delcatty, Haru Izzy recalled, mention something about keeping his Pokemon out of their pokeballs, so she jumped in. "Yes, I have that question as well. I would it be acceptable for Flash to stay outside of his Pokeball if he remains well behaved and doesn't get in our way?" She asked, not yet dropping her formal tone.

A Luxray shot out of the Pokeball of another person after they dropped it on the ground. Startled, Anthea and Haru both hid behind Bryn, who sighed and bent his head down to Haru. He made a low growl and looked at the girl near the Luxray. "Oh, it was a false alarm. Thanks Bryn, but I think Anthea already realized that." Haru told him, pointing to Anthea, who already noticed that the Luxray being sent out was an accident and was happily bouncing her way over to it.

Bryn sighed again and looked away from Anthea, again not wanting to be involved in any antics she would be part of. She pawed playfully at the Luxray, purring in an attempt to get the massive-by-comparison lion to play with her. She knew that it wasn't wild, so she felt sure that it wouldn't attack her. Haru looked up at Bryn with a look of confusion. "We're not gonna try and stop her?" Haru asked, to which Bryn shook his head.

Haru outstretched his hands to Bryn's head, which he knew was a sign that he wanted to ride on his back. Bryn extended his vines and picked Haru up, placing him on his back. He gave a soft smile before turning to face Anthea, keeping a keen eye on her and the Luxray, just in case. Haru pat him on the neck, telling him to calm down, but he kept his gaze fixed on the electric lion and it's trainer. He pointed a vine at her and made a medium-pitched growl. Haru knew exactly what that meant. "No! I don't wanna talk to people right now, Bryn. I just want to sleep... or go exploring... maybe... both..." He responded, slowly starting to drift off.

Throughout the entire plane ride, he hadn't slept. His anxiety kept him awake throughout the plane ride, and now he was starting to pay for it. Bryn pat Haru's head softly with a vine, letting him rest for a few seconds. He knew that Bryn would wake him up if he was called. With that knowledge, Haru closed his eyes, not sleeping just yet, but simply not looking at anything.

Night cautiously peered out from around the rear of the plane. He could see the rest of the team, he knew their names, but yet never laid eyes apon his new companions. He saw a girl, pretty and friendly looking, watching a luxray and he blushed as he hid back behind the plane.
He had only few people in his life, most being heartless grunts of Team Plasma, so he was frightened at the mere sight of a girl, let alone talking and working with her. He stared at the sky, clenched his fist and mustered up all the courage to go and introduce himself to the rest of the team.

Just as he took his first step, he paused in sheer shock. "Archeops you idiot!!! NO! NO! NO!" He shouted furiously as he began to run blindly after Archeops, who was flying off towards the group. He sprinted as fast as humanly possible, overtook his excited little friend and fell blank... He had ran right up to the team, he looked over to Haru, then slowly panned across to Izzy. He felt a wave of anxiety flow over him like a mist. He just stood in a blank stare, pure fear etched onto his face.

PTTFFF!!!... The silence ended as his Archeops crashed into his back, knocking him to the ground before Haru and Izzy. Night blushed, and let out a wheezy sigh, "Well, this is as good a time as any. I'm Night, nice to meet you".
He looked up, a slight smirk curling its way onto his lips. He slowly stood up and looked over to Haru. His jaw dropped as a rush of pure delight ended his fears. "OH MY GOD! You have a Tropius!?"

"OH MY GOD! You have a Tropius!?"

Haru covered his ears and Bryn flinched at the sound of yelling. Haru looked around for the source and found it in a... child? He looked younger than everyone else, and seemed pretty astonished at the presence of the previously mentioned grass type. "Uh... yes... he's Bryn." He said, fumbling with his words a bit in his mind before saying them.

Bryn poked him in the head with a vine, signalling for him to stop being so awkward. With a sigh, he jumped off of the Tropius' back, landing on his feet. Anthea had sprinted behind him after noticing the Archeops. The kid had said his name was Night before the aforementioned Archeops tackled him to the ground. "Mine's... Haru." He told the boy.

Anthea and Bryn both coughed simultaneously, Anthea pawing at his arm. "Guys, guys, I know what to do." Haru said, already knowing that this was his partners trying to get him to do stuff. He slowly extended his hand for a handshake before using his other hand to point to his anxiously shifting Delcatty. "That's Anthea." He said bluntly, to which Anthea punched his leg.

She walked back to the Luxray, no longer fearing the Archeops, while Bryn pushed Haru closer to Night and the girl. He was standing a decent ways away previously, but with a slight nudge, he was basically next to them. He quickly shot Bryn a glare before facing the rest of his expedition team.

Night extended his arm and gave Haru a firm handshake, although a slight nervous tremble escaped from his body. "Axcel! Garchomp! Get over here and say hello!" Night laughed as he watched the two dragons race out from the cargo hold. They came running over, flicking up stones and dust as they sprinted over. With a sudden stop, a huge wall of dust blew over the three people.
"Soooo..." Night began, a slight emphisise of sarcasm lingering in his voice, "What do we do now, do we wait for orders, or can I just...go?" Night's gaze was fixed towards the horizon, thoughts of all the discoveries swirling around in his mind.

Archeops landed heavily on his shoulder, almost causing him to stumble, but they looked at each other and laughed. Night looked over to the luxray, and began to walk over to pat it. In a flurry of yellow and blue, Night's two dragons grabbed him and stood between Night and the others, a protective glare in both pokemon's eyes. Axcel emitted a low rumble and Garchomp took a defensive stance. "Its ok guys, seriously they're friends" Night signed as he placed a hand on each dragon's shoulder. "They won't hurt me calm down." After saying this, Archeops flew up infront of his two companions, "Chops, archeops, ark.." He appeared to repeat Night's message. Slowly the two dragons relaxed and looked over to Izzy, then Haru, a more intreged look across their faces. Garchomp extended a fin towards the Tropius and an attempt to make friends with the green giant .

Inti turned to the other three accompaining him, he studied their faces once more to go over their names once more, it was the team he was going to lead after all. Night was the youngest and the only trainer in the group, he didn't have much experience with Pokemon investigation, at least nothing Inti knew so far, but the kid had some good Pokemon that could always be helpful. Then there was Haru, the most experienced one, excepting for Inti himself; he had a curious way to treat his Pokemon, a bit too liberal to Inti. And finally there was Isabella, the only girl in the group, she insisted in being called by her nickname, Izzy; to just name someone he had just met after her nickname was a little bit hard for him, but it was a good way to win trust.

"We are ready. In fact, we can't wait to get started! Where to first?" answered Haru after clearing his throat.

"Well, I was thinking we could start by-" but he was soon interrupted by Haru's Pokemon, who was anxiously demanding his attention. He just pet her so the Delcatty would calm down.

"Hey, it's cool if I keep these guys out of their pris - er... Pokeballs, right?"

He studied his Pokemon, a Tropius and a Delcatty, the first one being a good example of a rare species. He had seen a few Tropius before, they weren't violent and they probably wouldn't do much damage but he didn't know the place and therefore, he didn't know how the place Pokemon would react to such a creature.

"Yes, I have that question as well." said now Izzy, who's Luxray had just escaped from her Pokeball to join her Trainer " would it be acceptable for Flash to stay outside of his Pokeball if he remains well behaved and doesn't get in our way?"

Now there were two members of the team asking for the same. He looked at Zahara, who was now searching for something in the bag he had asked her to carry for him. She was outside the PokeBall, of course, but that was satisfy her whim of having a sit in the plane. He knew how risky would it be to have a Pokemon outside the Ball in an unknown territory and he was planning to save his as soon as they reached Geoma.

"Well... I think that for our and our Pokemon sake, it would be better to keep them in the PokeBall. This way everything will be more organized and..." he heard a noise at his back, he fastly turned to his Lilligant who was now holding a sun umbrella above her head "Zahara what-?".

Great. His own Pokemon was disobeying his orders. He couldn't say no to the others when his own Lilligant was outside doing whatever she wanted, it would be too negligent of him.

"Okay, forget what I said, Pokemon can be outside the PokeBalls" he finally sentenced giving up, Zahara now laughing at him as she searched for something else in the bag, finally finding it between all her trainer's stuff. It was round, half red and a Slowbro was sleeping inside of it. Yes, it was Panthalaseum PokeBall, he deserved to join the fun after all.

And as Pan made his appereance in a flash of red, an Archeops flew above their heads without warning.

"Wait, what?!" exclaimed Inti surprised "Was that an Archeops?! Are there Archeops in here?!" he kept an eye on the Pokemon, amazed by the sudden appearance of a prehistoric Pokemon "Do you understand what this could mean?! Maybe this island is frozen in time, maybe the most ancient Pokemon..."

Night's screams brought him back to reality.

"Archeops you idiot!!! NO! NO! NO!"

He turned to him, a little bit surprised by his loud appearance. He realised what was happeing, that wasn't a wild Archeops. The flying type flew above their heads for some seconds, after what he landed on his trainer's shoulder "Well, this is as good a time as any. I'm Night, nice to meet you."

"Well Night, welcome on board" greeted Inti with a warm smile on his face "Well, actually, welcome everyone. As I was saying before, I think we should start by visiting a lake that should be around here... err... Zahara, could you give me the map? Thanks. Now... we should be right here," he said as he pointed to a grass field on a cliff "There are two ways to get to the lower part of Geoma; one is to climb this precipice down, the other is to cross the forest. Even though the first is faster, I thought it would be more interesting to take the second route, the lake is that way and we may find some Pokemon in the way. What do you guys think?"

Night felt a rush of pure joy, finally Inti had uncovered the opportunity he needed to prove his worth on the team. His knowledge of the wilderness, his adaptability and tracking capabilities could finally be used. "You should lead us Inti, you are the leader after all. I'll cover the rear, don't want any suprises now do ya?" a cocky grin appered on his excited face as he winked at his leader. Night looked over at Haru and his tropius, then at Izzy and lyxray. He was in his element, unknown land and surrounded by amazing pokemon already, he knew he was supposed to be there, he could feel it.

He pointed a pokeball towards Axcel, "Return bud, we'll need you to be well rested. You too Garchomp." He returned the dragons to their pokeballs and looked at the archeops on his shoulder. Archeops looked at him, tears rolling and puppy eyes staring into Night's soul. "Ok, ok. You can stay out ya lil sook!" He laughed as archeops instantaneously burst into a happy mood, flying off his shoulder and landing on the ground. Archeops lightly bobbed his head as he walked around the group, prowling around like a small dinosaur behind Haru and Izzy. Night stared up at the rest of the team, and kicked the dirt before looking back down in an embarrassed grin. "That's Archeops, I saved him when he was just a baby archen. You'll get used to him, he's a bit if a clown!" Night tried his best not to laugh as archeops flew blindly into the side if the plane and flopped onto the ground with a dull thud. "Yep, a lot of getting used to."

He looked back towards the team, and then past them towards the endless shades of green that overlapped to create the bountiful forest scenery. He felt the earge to cry, a lone tear rolling down the side if his cheek. He didn't bother wiping it, he was in a world of his own, going over memories of abandonment and surviving in the forest alone. Another tear escaped from his eye, he kept his head down in an attempt to conceal his face, he was still emotionally scarred from his past.

"A forest, eh? I can't wait to - Bryn! Where are you headed?!"

Haru was about to get on Bryn's back again, but he had taken off into the forest. He snapped his fingers twice, and Anthea sprinted to his side. The two both shot an apologetic glance at Inti before making a mad dash into the forest. "Bryn! Wait up! C'mon, this isn't funny!" He called out, while Anthea simply meowed.

The plants were thick, there were a lot of denser areas. Luckily, Anthea was able to help out by clawing at some of the plants. After a few minutes of non-stop running, Haru and Anthea found Bryn standing in the forest. "Bryn! What gives?" Haru asked the Tropius.

In response, Bryn turned to face the two, and let out a sight, followed by a medium-pitched growl and a stomp on the ground. "Uh... oh! Food, okay," Haru said, smacking his forehead in realization, "I forgot to feed you guys. That still doesn't exactly justify you sprinting off into the forest... Where is everyone else?"

The three all looked around for the rest of his group to no avail. It was simply green, green, and more green with the occasional pop of white or yellow buds, accompanied by the brown tree bark. Bryn suddenly grabbed Haru and Anthea by their midriffs with vines and put them on his back. Startled, Anthea started to squirm around, but Haru simply let him pick him up. Bryn walked back in the direction of the others, or so he had hoped, the thick plants not being as much of a problem as they were for Haru and Anthea.

Night felt his heart thump wildly in his chest as an excited smile curled onto his face. He looked intently intently at Inti,"Don't worry, I got him, I got him" he grinned as he released Axcel from his pokeball. He leapt onto the dragon's back as he ran off into the forest, Axcel chopped down trees as he ran by, and Archeops tore down trees with rockslide. Within minutes they found Haru and his pokemon. "Well, you ended up pretty deep in here, I mean that's at least a solid two miles!" Night laughed as he returned his haxorus to his pokeball. "Find anything?"

Night felt something warm brush up against his leg, slowly he looked down and stared in amazement at what he was beholding. There, crawling up his leg, was a Pokémon! A new species never seen before, and it had found his leg. He had no idea what it was, but he could obviously tell it was a bug type, it's thin, black diamond like body wriggled as it moved, it was quite pretty to look at. "Haru! We gotta show Inti A.S.A.P!"

Haru, Anthea, and Bryn all deadpanned at Night's appearance in the forest, having left a path of destruction and rockslides behind him. At first, he was just going to simply head back to Inti and the rest of the group, but then Night discovered a Pokemon on his leg. One that, in fact, the two hadn't seen before. Bryn took a defensive stance, not wanting to risk any trouble, while Anthea stared at it in admiration of the pretty colors that clashed in just the right way against the blackness of it's diamond body. She stuck a paw out to reach for it, but Haru prevented her from taking any more action.

"Haru! We gotta show Inti A.S.A.P!"

"Hm? Oh... yes... let's go..." Haru said quietly, grabbing Anthea and tapping Bryn while still facing Night. "Don't drop it."

Bryn extended a vine to Night, wanting to see if he wanted a ride or not. Haru gave Bryn a mini death glare, but he shook it off, so Haru stopped and sighed. Sometimes he had full control over him, and other times he did what he wanted. In this case, the latter applied. All Haru did was move up on Bryn's back to make room just in case Night wanted to ride on the Tropius' back, considering his amazement at being able to see one earlier.

So many things happened, all at once.

For starters, Izzy noticed that one member of the group, Night if she recalled, was missing. It also seemed as if the Tropius belonging to Haru was giving its trainer a lesson on how to be social, which was perfectly fine, and Izzy didn't catch the response, but she found the personality in that Pokemon fairly amusing. She hadn't taken her eyes off Flash, but he seemed to be enjoying himself.

The Luxray dropped to a playful crouch, pawing at the slightly smaller feline Pokemon in a similar manner as she was doing to him. Flash's deep grey fur sparked with excitement, quite literally in his case, but it was obvious that he was being very cautious not to shock anyone or any Pokemon nearby. 'He's acting weird.' Izzy thought to herself, finally tearing her eyes away from the large Lion-like Pokemon as she smiled in Haru's direction; happy that their Pokemon could get along. 'Possibly do I have Pokemon with a crush?' Izzy finished her thought carefully, as if someone could read her mind.

And then that happened.

"It seems as if I've found the missing member." Izzy said to herself as she watched as a young man, probably in his mid-teens crashed to the ground near the group. Not to mention that moments later his Archeops landed on his back. She gasped in sudden surprise- but he seemed to be ok. At least he introduced himself moments later as Night, as Izzy had deducted. However, her fears were diminished as the boy sprang up in awe of Haru's amazing Tropius, and honestly, the graduate was impressed as well. Tropius is not a common Pokemon, and raising one like that must have taken many, many hours.

Being the color obsessed and detail oriented person she was, Izzy and already tried to take in her surroundings. The many trees were wonderful, adding a splash of green over the deep mahogany that formed the trunk. The endless sounds of new critters sprung forth from every direction and place. The adventure in this place was just about personified. Izzy doubted if she would ever find a place so peaceful, new, and adventurous all at once ever like this place again.

The Delcatty, which was evidently named Anthena as Izzy gathered from the conversation between Night and Haru, had trotted back to Flash, though the young graduate didn't originally notice her disappearance. Flash purred in greeting to the Normal Type, but ceased the calming noise as Night came over. The teen patted the Luxray's head, which the electric types had no problem with in particular, but the appearance of two new dragons suddenly in his face and being aggressive sparked a reaction. Flash let a grow emerge from his throat and narrowed his eyes, telling the dragons to back off. When Night mentioned something about being friends, the dragons did back off, so the Luxray stopped his aggressive behavior and looked at Night with curiosity as the teen.

Finally Inti began his introduction to the whole expedition, starting with the deal about keeping Pokemon outside of their pokeballs. Izzy giggled and covered her mouth as it seemed as if Inti's own Pokemon was disobeying him. The final verdict was that Pokemon may stay out of their pokeballs, which for whatever reason brought great joy to the graduate. She raised her hand to catch Inti's attention. Too used to the classroom. "Professor, may I request that Flash stay somewhere near the front of the group? His X-Ray vision cannot seen through organisms, making finding Pokemon fairly easy. That's only assuming if he is willing to help, but I'm sure he is." Izzy glanced back at Flash, who was preoccupied with digging at the ground, but popped his head up at the mention of his name. "He doesn't need to stay with me, and I'll be positioned within the group where you place me, but that is just a suggestion." She finished.

Only minutes later did they encounter their first problem. Evidently, Haru's Tropius ran off, causing a chain reaction of him chasing his Pokemon, and then Night chasing after him. Izzy smiled a little bit at the energy of the group, but was a little bit anxious to begin. Having been left alone with Inti, the graduate began to think of conversation. "So, Professor, I have a quick question. Would you prefer being called Professor? Or something else? Also," Izzy paused as she thought she heard something in the trees behind her. Shaking it off, she continued. "...excuse my hesitation. Anyways, what was your inspiration to come here? I'm fairly interested."

"Sorry, I got a lil carried away with the rescue" Night sighed, staring back at the twisted mess he had made. "A necessary precaution I'm afraid, we still have no idea what dangers lurk in these forests, but I sure am excited to meet some new friends!"
Night's gaze turned to Haru, it appeared he had made room for Night to ride on tropius. "Thanks, but I can tell you're not a people person, and to be frank, I'm not either. But Im not saying I'm antisocial, but I like my own space and..." Night stopped mid sentence, he had let anxiety steer his mind, and so had began to ramble.
"Anyway, thanks for the offer, but I got this!". As he watched Haru's almost blank expression, he launched a pokeball into the air. In an explosion of white out came his garchomp, landing with a heavy thud on the ground beside him. "Considering tropius can fly, you should be fine to return back on your own right? But I need to show Inti this!" He stared down at the pokemon clinging to his leg as he climbed on garchomp's back. He and the dragon shared a glance, and nodded at each other. The dragon bent down before launching off, tearing up soil and launching sticks as they pair rocketed off at mach speed.

Night arrived back in a mere minute, midway into Inti and Izzy's conversation. But he politely walked over and hinted at Inti with his eyes, before staring back down at the bug that was latched onto his leg. "You may want to see this.. "

Night was the first one to answer after his explanation, his eyes glimmering in excitement as he smiled at him "You should lead us Inti, you are the leader after all. I'll cover the rear, don't want any suprises now do ya?".

But the young Trainer was wrong. Of course he was searching for surprises, why to travel to an unknown island if you weren't searching for surprises? He was getting into a world of mistery, of posibilities never considered before, he had taken a challenge. And of course, he was seeking for surprises "Yeah, I guess I'll take the lead...." he answered a little flattered, maybe these people were trusting too much in him, who had swallowed his destiny to an unknown island.

"Professor, may I request that Flash stay somewhere near the front of the group? His X-Ray vision cannot seen through organisms, making finding Pokemon fairly easy. That's only assuming if he is willing to help, but I'm sure he is." asked, once again, Izzy. Inti studied the imponent Electric Type. His fiery eyes were permanently focused on Haru's Delcatty, Anthea, probably due the natural charming these Pokemon had. Even though, that wasn't what had dragged Inti's attention. What Izzy said was true; that ability could be really helpful in their studies.

"Well... Uhm... yeah, I guess that's okay. Just... are you completely sure your Pokemon doesn't need your assistance?

Everything was going well for the first, eh... ten minutes? Oh, but of course, something had to happen.

As he waited for Izzy's answer, Haru decided to address the group.

"A forest, eh? I can't wait to -" Haru, who was about to join the excitment suffered a sudden change in his voice "Bryn! Where are you headed?!"

Inti didn't realise how or when it happened, it just... did. The Tropius started moving his green wings as he lifted from the ground, heading towards the not so far forest. His Trainer nervously started running towards him, making his way through the grass and, finally, dissapearing in the dense mass of leafs that was the forest "WAIT, HARU!! COME BACK!!"

But there was no answer.

"Oh... Crap!" he exclaimed frustrated. They hadn't spend an hour there and they had already lost a man. He didn't know the place, the map he owned wasn't specific enough to rescue someone in the forest. The few information they had about Geoma was what could be seen from the sky.

"Don't worry, I got him, I got him" said Night, who appeared to be way calmer than him. He fastly took his Garchomp out of his PokeBall, riding on him to follow Haru to the forest.

"Wait! What do you think you're doing?! The last thing we need right now is to loose-" but it was too late, Night was already gone "...another one."

Inti sighed. Great, they were four at their arrival and now, just the half of them weren't lost in the forest. Great.

Izzy, standing next to him, was still anxious to start the journey. Maybe he was the one exagerating? Of course, they had Pokemon, right? They would manage to survive there for at least a few days, he would only have to search them and make sure to stay with Izzy--the last thing they needed was to end completely separated.

"So, Professor, I have a quick question." asked Izzy breaking the silence, distracting Inti at least for a minute from his worried thoughts "Would you prefer being called Professor? Or something else? Also," she stopped, focusing for a second in something Inti couldn't find "...excuse my hesitation. Anyways, what was your inspiration to come here? I'm fairly interested."

He turned to her quite surprised by the last question, trying to find the origin of it somewhere in her expresion. "Just call me Inti," he started with the first question, mostly because it was easier to answer "We are going to spend a long time here so I think it would be fine to break the formalities. And, about my inspiration..." now that was quite harder to explain. Of course he was interested in nature, in the surprises Geoma had hidden from humanity, but he was sure that wasn't the only reason. No. There was something way more personal than that "I've always been the adventurous kind of person, getting into caves, forest, mountains... wherever I could find something new. This place was new itself so, why not to try it? Besides, it's the first project in which I've been in charge, it's more like a challenge."

Their conversation was suddenly interrupted by... a Garchomp? Wait, that was Night's Garchomp!

"Night! You're back! Did you find Haru? Did something happen? Is everything ok-" he was suddenly interrupted by the Trainer, who appeared to have something more important to say.

"You may want to see this.. " Night's eyes were focused in something on his leg. Inti, curious, searched for what the Trainer was trying to point until he finally found it: a gray, long, worm shaped insect was there, holding on to the male's calf. On the top of it's body the texture seemed to change, giving place to small crystals of different shapes and colors.

"What-what's that?" he asked, studying the worm with his fascinated green eyes "Where'd you found it? Were there more of those? Did... did it attack you?"

Okay then, no ride needed. Gotcha. Haru thought sarcastically as he prepared for Bryn to take off. He jumped up high, gliding around in search for Night's trail of broken trees and massive rocks. It didn't take too long to find the trail he had left, and the three followed it. Wow, we really did go far...

After a few minutes, they were above the clearing where they had landed initially. Night beat them there, and from the looks of things, he had already began to show Inti and Izzy the bug thing that he had found. Bryn, without warning, decided to descend. Haru grabbed on to the Tropius' neck with one arm, his other around Anthea, as they descended. With a thud, he hit the ground, a cloud of dust erupting from underneath them.

Inti was probably worried about them, as was Izzy... hopefully. Haru hopped off of Bryn's back, clutching the still shaking Anthea's midriff before putting her down on the ground. He hissed at Haru, but noticed the Luxray once more and proceeded to run directly at it, resuming her playful pawing. Bryn and Haru simultaneously sighed audibly. An apology was probably in order from Haru, so he walked over to Inti very hesitantly. Once he made it over there, he cleared his throat awkwardly. "U-uh... sorry... about that... it was Bryn's fault." He apologized, the last part of the apology making Bryn extend a vine to him and poke him aggressively in the head.

Haru rubbed the location of the vine-poke and hissed similarly to how Anthea did just seconds prior. "Hey, I'm not wrong! You were the one who took off! Here, there's some stuff in my bag. Take whatever, I guess." He said, his voice laced with irritation as he threw his backpack off of his shoulder and in front of Bryn's feet.

With a happy grunting noise, he reached inside and grabbed two Oran Berries, shoving them both into his mouth and munching on them with a smile.

Night slowly reached down and plucked the bug from his leg, it squirmed and held onto his hand. Its tiny legs giving his skin the familiar tingle he loved, the feeling of nature. The small creature calmy crawled up his arm to his shoulder, all the while Archeops gazed at it with fixed eyes, a look of raw hunger on his face.

"Well, we have a specimen, you should study it right?" Night asked Inti in a sarcastic voice, the situation was turning awkward in his eyes, no one in the group understood his abilities, and he was too shy to prove them to the group, so he had to turn the attention from himself, somehow. "Alright Axcel, we might need ya bud!" In a flash of whit, his haxorus landed heavily on the ground. The group looked at him in a weird way, as though he'd over reacted to such a minor Pokémon. " I once took a weedle from its hive, and a few minutes later a swarm of beedril tracked us down- I'm just being mindful of the risks, we still have no idea what this is yet."

Axcel starred off into the forest, he could sense something in the distance, off towards the mountains. It was a bug type, but only much larger, Axcel began to tense up, and let out a low territorial growl, there were haxorus' in the region, and he didn't like it.

The small bug slowly climbed through the trainer's body, finally reaching his shoulder, Inti's eyes looking at the small creature with pure fascination. "This is incredible... Did you see those antennas? I'm afraid they aren't even that. Antennas usually serve Pokemon to detect objects around their surroundings but, considering the material this appear to be made of, they wouldn't be very useful for this propose. Perhaps, they could be more like an offensive tool, which reminds me..." he turned to his Lilligant, calmly looking the situation from besides his back "Uh... Zahara, would you use your Sweet Scent on him?"

That was a part of his study procedure he never missed, this time wasn't going to be an exception. Zahara's Sweet Scent was a non damaging move that, in battles, could be used to make a target easier to hit. Of course, the use he gave it was completely different. Since the Pokemon under it's effect were considerably calmer, the chance they attacked while he studied them was way lower. Of course, there were always Pokemon that just refused to stay calmed, which would force Zahara to use her Sleeping Powder--a technic that they would only use in extreme need.

The Lilligant closed her eyes, focusing all her attention in the flower on the top of her head as it began to emanate a soft, sweet flower fragance that slowly reached the Pokemon.

Axcel leaned down to Night's shoulder, and then slumped to the ground, his eyes lazy and he appeared at peace. "Well, there goes the sucurity! I have to say, that's one strong sweet scent."

Night looked down towards the insect on his shoulder, he grabbed it's rear and proceeded to peel it off his shoulder before offering it to Inti, "lil guy's calm as anything, so have fun with the studying, I gotta snap my haxorus out of his trance though, I cant risk another bug swarm" he rubbed his arms and face in an anxious fear, he still had enormous scars from the angry beedril swarm. "Not again" he whispered.

As Inti proceeded to study the weird bug, Haru watched as Night's Pokemon slumped onto the ground due to the Sweet Scent. Night seemed anxious for whatever reason, so Haru thought he would help. "Bryn, can I have my bag back?" He called up to his Tropius, who had picked up his bag looking for more food.

In response, Bryn grunted a few times and sighed. "Hey, hey, no need to get snippy with me! I just want my bag back so I can help!"

Again, a response in the form of grunting, though this time the grunts were more high pitched and were accompanied by exaggerated head movements. Haru knew this was him being mocked. "Bryn, I don't need your sass right now, I just want my bag ba- oof!" He tried to respond, but was interrupted by Bryn dropping the bag onto his head.

With a thumbs up, Haru trudged over to the Haxorus, sifting through his bag for something in particular. His expression brightened as he found he was looking for. He pulled out a small yellow bag containing a greenish herbal powder. "Have him eat this... it's bitter... but it works..." Haru informed Night, refusing to look him in the eyes as he held it out in front of him.

Anthea and Bryn both snickered a bit at Haru's inability to socialize with Night properly. He shot them both a predatory glare, causing them both to resume what they were doing earlier. With a sigh, he extended his arms out further to Night, waiting for someone to take the bag from him.

Night looked back up towards Haru, and smiled slightly, "well, looks like someone's adjusting to people, what's this, like the forth time you've communicated? Took me a while too!" Night laughed as he tried to reassure Haru that being shy was nothing to be ashamed of.

He thanked Haru and proceeded to place the herb in the Haxorus' mouth. The moment the bitter taste corressed his tongue, the dragon leapt up, eyes wide and a look of confusion swept over him as he snapped back to reality. He swiftly slapped Night across the back if his head, sheer anger from being embarrassed across the dragon's mind as he walked a few feet from the group and pouted. "For such a powerful dragon, he's a lil sensitive" Night laughed as he watched Axcel grumble under his breath, Archeops landed in front of his companion, and appeared to try and calm him down. Axcel merely looked at the bird with stern eyes, and the prehistoric pokemon fled behind Night in fear, shaking and lightly bobbing his head as he dug his claws into Night's shorts. He looked back at Haru "we've been through hell together, the scars run deep. Sadly none of us have quite healed, Archeops is on the boarder of insanity from countless experiments. Axcel, well he was used as black mail to force me to join Team Plasma, he was nearly killed, and Garchomp.... I don't wanna talk about it" Night's eyes began to fill with water, he wiped it away before a tear could form. " Yeah, so just don't mind them if they get a lil bit, well depressed. They've got reasons" Night smiled at Haru, " I'm sorry for the whole life story thing, but I thought at least someone ought to know"
