Welcome to the Vertia Region Federal Bureau of Investigation and Civilian Protection (FBICP). As a new hire, I'm afraid I must ask you to fill out some paperwork but we'll get to that later. For now, let's just review how things work here; I know you've been through all this but we'll go over it again for formalities sake. The other regions have different branches in their FBI dedicated to different purposes. Here we are all one Bureau.
Each team consists of a six members. A Unit Chief whose responsibilities consist of directing the team and making sure they stay focused and work in areas best suited to their skill; the Unit Chief also handles most of the closing paperwork for the team. A foreign substances specialist who is responsible for looking into any foreign substances found at a crime scene, particularly things like toxins, plant matter, or soil samples. There will be a media liaison who is responsible for choosing you team's missions as well as handling press conferences and coordinating with local law enforcement. There will be a technical analyst responsible for getting information from any devices of interest or retrieving anything from medical records to records from any company associated in any way with the victims or persons of interest. A pokemon biologist who will help narrow down the possibilities for pokemon the suspect may be using in his crimes or what pokemon he has in his possession. And last but not least, a behavioral analyst who looks into the crime trying to figure out motive, how the suspect operates, and even narrowing down the age range, gender, and ethnicity of the suspect with astonishing accuracy.
And now for the final formalities: here is a booklet of all work rules and ethics as well as a piece of paperwork for the records. Our dear government does love their paperwork.
2) The roles are first come first serve and this thread will be closed after all six roles are filled.
3) Feel more than welcome to have your own subplots with each other; this is based on a crime drama, after all. But if you have any major plot ideas, message me first.
4) Please start your character off with no more than three pokemon. This region is home to almost every species so give your team room to grow
5) To give us a variety with the suspects, I will be randomly rolling who gets to play the suspect in each case now no excessive violence when playing as the suspect. Use the setting and thoughts, the minds of these people to your advantage to detail what will happen in the actual crime. If you don't want to be in the running to play a suspect, let me know.
