Rosa moved over to him and made sure that infection hadn't set in. She sat beside him and placed a hand on his forehead, checking for a fever. Micheal sat beside his brother and the two watched them.

Alek started to form a smile and whispered "haven't you ever seen a human sleep like that" Jane chuckled. He begun to sit up "how long was I out" he asked having a small headache. He stopped moving as he propped himself against the side of the cave.

"I have but most humans don't cut their foot off," rosa growled and sat back. She crossed her arms, embarrassed about the situation. She sighed and looked at the entrance, making sure nothing was coming in.

Alec let out a soft laugh at her remark "well if your were stuck in a bear-trap about to be eaten by lurkers you'll do anything to survive" he moved back to the wall so he could sit up straight to face everyone "so whats the plan" he asked.

"We keep moving. We have a lot of ground to cover," Rosa sighed and sat back. She missed the safety of her bunker but knew that it was only so long until someone with darker intentions found it. She looked at everyone and sighed, "a car or vehicle would be best. We could try to get a plane up and running"?

"A plane" he asked his voice questioning "do you know how to fly a plane or anyone that knows how" he begun to look out of the cave at the setting sun. He lifted up his sleeve checking the watch 4:30 pm the sun set was nice to watch "but finding a car would be a nice change in luck" he turned back to face the group.

"I know the basics," Michael offered with a shrug. Rosa sighed and said it was a long shot anyway. She put Zakc near the back of the cave and let the boy rest, looking at everyone else, "we should set up a watch schedule".

Alec nodded in agreement "I take watch for most of the night" he said as he checked his handgun for ammo and anything wrong. He motioned for everyone else to rest "I'll wake you guys if there is any trouble" he whispered as he moved to the entrance of the cave but remained out of sight to any passerbys.

"Don't strain yourself," rosa warned but got comfortable beside Zack. Michael joined them and the tree slept in a row, quickly falling asleep from the stressful day.
