Olololo, 300th post! *brick'd, again*
Yes, I was saving my 300th post just for this thread ^^
I'm going to be honest, I'm not really liking Billowind. There's nothing wrong with it in particular, it's just the fact that it doesn't really amaze me like your other Fakemon have. It's like those Pokémon you dislike, there's nothing wrong with them really, it's just that they don't 'speak' to you in the same way your favorites do. To make this post not 100% negative, I must say I like the use of yellow and red in Billowind, it makes it kinda look like a happy clown (which is a good thing, just so you know ^^; )
So, even though I don't find this latest piece too amazing, I still can't wait to see s'more sprites! ^^
