I am not a great artist sorry, I just thought this would let you guys get a decent idea of what it was. Just imagine it looking more regal and all that goodness, I plan to have it on my characters team if Ry allows it.
I'm afraid I dont trust myself to draw a pre evolution but I can get a moveset and perhaps a written pre evolution for you.

Description: A deer like Pokémon that is primarily a light brown colour. It has two small funnels that poke out of the top of its head that resemble exhaust pipes and periodically shoot out puffs of smoke. A single metal pipe runs from the base of its neck to become its tail. Looks a lot like its final evolution honestly.

Hehe, I saw you stuff and was all like, "my artist skills are being called upon" and then suddenly I had two gorgeous forest pups and one was on fire and it was glorious.
It certainly is glorious. You even drew Bawn from just a description and I think its a spectacular wee forest pup.
