this all looks fine, as for pelipper, Ice beam,I dont think/recall if pelipper had high enough defences for roost or aqua ring, also, Exegutor could hold a shell bell, just to recover some HP.

Pelipper's base defense is 100. Hm....I was thinking of replacing Exeggutor with these:

Why does Punk not have Confuse Ray? *thwacks you* Get rid of Energy Ball/Power Gem for Confuse Ray, since Reggae has Solarbeam and Indie has Stone Edge.

Id go for Power Gem,if youre getting rid of reggae.I mean,wasnt that the point of punk/techno any ways(wow,i feel like im flaming reggae music for some reason XD)

Hm. There was no real reason to have all of them named after music types, other than to have a theme.

Just for double checking purposes...

Pelipper was given Ice Beam Instead of ROost
Exeggutor was replace with Grumpig
Manetric was added.

I still need two items.... =D ))

1)Indie is a music type?
2)For Manectric:Go for Magnet/Focus Band.
3)For Grumpig:Go for Leftovers/Life Orb.
