Ry Burst's stomach did backflips as the boat drew closer to the docks of Virbank. Part of him didn't think he was ready to challenge another league, that he needed more training. But his gut told him to ignore this negative voice and go for it. He was a mess at this point, with his stomach full of butterflies, but he was still excited, looking past the fear of failure. After a new more minutes of pretending to skim the magazine he had brought with him, he decided to go up onto the top deck, and watch. There was no turning back at this point, so he'd might as well take a look at this region for the first time. The Unova Region.

As he unbuckled himself from his seat, he walked up the metal steps leadin to the top deck, and walked outside, feeling the cool sea breeze touch his skin. There he saw it, Virbank City, the City of Falling Fog and Rising Stars. Ry had read somewhere that Virbank had a place called PokeStars Studios just up north, where movies were made. Maybe he would check it out before he challenged the gym leader. That phase, even being said internally sent shivers down his spine. It was proof he wasn't just here on vacation or to sightsee. He was here taking the Unova Challenge and he would have to be ready.

As the boat neared one of the southern ports, Ry began to notice how the entire city seemed to gave a veil of smog over it. It was a sign of productivity in some people's eyes, but Ry had to disagree. He prefered the woods over the city, any day.

Ry walked up to one of the starboard handrails, and placed his palms agains them, and leaned forward. The wind pushed his har back, and drops of sea spray splashed agains this face, instantly refreshing him. He closed his eyes and waited as the ship began to dock.

Once this ship was in port and tied down, the passengers began to file off the ship with their belongings. Ry was one of these people, and he walked down the boarding ramp with the only bag he had brought. He made a turn and walked into the port's main office, and took one of the complimentary maps off of the metal rack, and flipped it open. He eyed the map, until he found his destination; The Virbank Pokemon Center. Here he would check in and sign up for the Unova League. After taking the map, and shoving it into his hoodie pocket, the began to exit the Pokemon Center, into the bustling crowd.

Emily stood on the deck of the ship as it docked, looking at the city before her. Her parents weren't exactly excited about her going off on her own, but she was old enough to decide what she wanted to do on her own. She wanted to explore other regions instead of being tied down in some city with an office job. The city in front of her represented a new beginning and it was one she was more than happy to start. One day she would returned to Alola, but for now, Unova was her destination.

Once the ship was docked, Emily waited for the majority of the passengers to disembark before she did herself. Some people took their time to get off the boat, which irritated Emily quite a bit. She began weaving through people, making her way on to solid ground. Before leaving the port terminal, she grabbed a map off a rack and stuffed it in her bag she carried over her shoulder. She would first explore the city before deciding what to do next.

"Arceus, that's way too sweet! And they used cheap butter--BISCUIT! BISCUIT!"

His slurpuff sat opposite her master, nodding in agreement as he spat out the lemon bar he was currently eating. Bakarne had an awfully sensitive tongue, and he was able to pick up the full flavour and quality of every ingredient used in what he ate. His absolute sense of taste was often a blessing, as it meant that he had a wonderful palate, but at times, it was also a curse, since it made it very difficult for him to enjoy his food at times.

Having come to Unova in search of inspiration for his food, Bakarne had stopped at a café in Virbank, where he'd bought a lemon bar, something which he had never heard of, in his home region of Nita. He loved citrus desserts, and was expecting a wonderful, tart curd on top of the biscuit base, but instead, he'd been met with a powdery, soggy-topped treat, with a curd which had way too much sugar in it. Bakarne made a note that he would not try lemon bars again.

Bakarne shook his head several times, as Slurpuff watched him calmly. She was used to seeing him give scathing reviews of food...And go in with his ticks. Bakarne's tourettes often acted up when he was upset in some way.

"Biscuit, biscuit!" Bakarne blurted out, "I'M STEALING BISCUITS!"

And then, when he was done ticking, Bakarne noticed that he had attracted a bit of a crowd. He didn't react, and instead, calmly sipped what remained of his coffee, to wash away the taste of the lemon bar.

Devon yawned as he exited the ship, "Man, that boat ride was just awful." The younger trainer said as he stretched a bit on the pier of Virbank City, "Well, probably should head up to the Pokemon Center." Devon said as he walked up the pier and into the heart of Virbank. The city was larger the the trainer had thought, but he had read the Pokemon Centers in Unova had stuck out a bit more and it was right. the building looked huge and it was completely different from the other buildings in Virbank.

Devon entered the Pokemon Center and bought a drink from the vending machine before walking up to Nurse Joy, he was glad she was still very similar to the other regions. Devon signed up for the Unova League, and complete the same process he did when signing up for previous leagues.

Devon thanked Nurse Joy and ran out the Center. The teen had been busy checking a notification that he had received one his Poketch and didn't notice he was approaching another teen quickly. Devon was distracted and moving too quickly so he ended up bumping right into the guy thankfully, he hadn't knocked the other guy over. "Aw crap, sorry man." Devon said as to the older teen.

As Ry walked along the Virbank streets, his eyes began to wander around the city, taking in the scenery. While the city was somewhat polluted, it had its own charms. It was bustling and there seemed to be a wide variety of people here. Ones who had been drawn to here, because of Pokestar Studios. He looked to his left to see a boy shout about stealing biscuits at a cafe, but moved on, after a quick glance. No point in stopping, for he had some work to do.

However as his mind was caught up in either the passing surroundings or the thoughts in his head, he wasn't really paying attention to where he was walking. As a result, he crashed into a younger boy, and as a result stumbled back a step, just down the corner from the cafe with the boy shouting about biscuits.

"Aw crap. Sorry man," The boy said.

Ry gave a grin and said, "It's fine. I'm Ry Burst, pleasure to meet you."

Ra looked around Virbank, familiarizing herself from the sight of tall buildings, which is something that she rarely see in Seafolk. Her Rotomdex peek out of her to took pictures of the new environment, she put on her headphones and connected it to the dex not to play music but to communicate to her Rotom. "Miss Ran, sent you gift that we could received in a nearby Pokémon center." It informed, Ra discreetly nodded as she looked around before she whispered "Could you send a message to Ma that I said thanks." The rotom did as told as Ra took one of the maps of Virbank.

"Lets see, there's a complex that was abundance to fire and electric types." She grinned as she mumbled "Should we check it up first? See if we could get another Rotom buddy for you." The rotom sighed but it sounded like a series of 'zztt!' "They dont have Rotoms in Unova and Miss Ran said that there's a real surprised in your gift this time." Ra scrunched her face in displeasure as she remember the last time her mother sent her a gift. It was... something she doesnt really want to remember. She sighed and continued to her destination.

Within a couple of minutes later, she arrived near the center and saw a very peculiar sight. "Whoa, nobody told me that there also going to premiere a live bromance here." She commented as she grinned at the two boys "So, who's dominant between the two?" She teased.

Emily continued to wander Virbank City, taking in the unique metropolis. There was nothing quite like it in Johto or Alola. At some point, Emily let out Atom to stretch it wings and accompany her on her little self-guided sightseeing tour. She passed by the Pokestar Studios, which piqued her interest a little but she decided not to go in as it wasn't exactly on the top of her to do list at the moment. Emily pulled out the map she picked up from the harbor and looked it over. There was the Virbank Complex to the south, which was said to be home to some interesting Pokemon. She thought about visiting to see if she could add a Pokemon or two to her team, but decided against it, as she was happy with her team as is. After reviewing the entire map, Emily spotted the Pokemon Center towards the north of the town, which was just straight ahead of her some distance. She folded the map up and put back in her bag before heading down the street.

As she neared the center, Emily noticed a small commotion going on outside. She stopped for a moment, a bit amused by what was happening. Shaking her head, she and Atom headed inside the center. She headed to the counter and talked to Nurse Joy. She explained her situation to the Pokemon medic and her desire to enter the Unova League. Nurse Joy explained the process to the trainer, after which Emily handed over her Trainer ID she had received in Johto before leaving. The nurse finished up the registration and handed the ID back to Emily. She thanked Nurse joy and headed over to a vending machine, thinking about what she should buy.

"Nice to meet you, my name is Devon Gray." Devon said. "So, what brings you to Unova, Ry?" Devon asked, "I'm personally going to challenge all of the gyms and try and take on the Unova League." Devon said, placing had hands behind his head.

"I hear this town has a gym leader but I don't know if I should challenge her first." Devon said.

Ra blinked noticing a small crowd they or the two boys were attracting "Tch." She pulled her hood even further and was now covering half of her face. She didnt say anything as she entered the center. She went to Nurse Joy and told her about her package, the Nurse asked for her Pokédex and License which Ra handed both the required items.

Once she received her package, she opened it in, to reveal a wrist watch thingy and a oval thingy that looked like soles. She looked at the items for what seemed like hours but it reality it has only been two minutes "There a Xtransciever and Roller Skates." Ra had a straight face at the mention of 'roller skates' "Wait, how is this roller skates?" She asked as she grabbed the soles, she must have pressed a button or something since the soles suddenly let out a small wheels. She let a small squeak, which fortunately was silent enough to not attract any attention.

She sighed and pressed the button again which folded back the skates "Neat." She mumbled as put on the soles on her boots, she grabbed the wrist watch and put it on, noticing her mother's number in it. She grinned and decided to check on her family before venturing off.

Bakarne left the cafe in silence, as Slurpuff followed. Thankfully, he'd stopped ticking when he was finished with his coffee.

The boy and his meringue companion continued down the road, where a small crowd seemed to be forming around two trainers. Bakarne kept walking past, not wanting to draw even more attention to himself.

"I guess we're friends if that's what you mean. And I'm the stronger trainer I bet," Ry said, unaware what she meant when she said, "Bromance," and "Dominant." "My name is Ry Burst, and I'm form Veistone city, and my goal is to win the league. So of course you now have some competition." He said giving a large grin.

"But now, I gotta go and head to the Pokemon Center to sign in for the league. Excuse me." He said, weaving his way out of the crowd and heading to the Pokémo Center.

The doors opened almost silently as Ry walked inside. He walked up to Nurse Joy and told him hi name. She typed it in the keyboard and said," Okay Ry, you're all good to go."

"You had to take the league, dear." Ra scrunched her face in displeasure "What? Why?" Her mother smiled over the wrist watch "Well, since what your doing is dangerous-" Ra rose an eyebrow "Photography is dangerous?" Ran, her mother, gave her a look effectively shutting her up "No. But I do know what your taking. Espionage lessons, really Asra?" Ra winced looking around to see if anybody heard, luckily nobody did. "Ma~ its nothing to worry about. And it helps the family, isn't it? So its good." Ran shook her head, sighing "Just be careful, dear." Ra frowned looking at her mother's face. She knew that she only wanted what's best for her and knowing what benefits being in a league is, she wanted Ra to entered, to get stronger.

Ra sigh through her nose "Fine..." her mother smiled "Thank you, dear. Be careful." With that they ended the call. She stayed in her position contemplating on her brand new journey and tasked before going to the front desk. She told Nurse Joy about her desire to join the league although half of her talk was half truth, good thing the Nurse didnt notice. She handed her, her license and Pokedex and she received a case for the badges. She sigh "What a troublesome vacation."

"Eh, you probably are stronger than me," Devon simply stated before giving Ra a weird stare. He then followed the small group they had formed into the Pokemon Center. "I already signed up for the league like two minutes ago so I'm good." Devon said.

"So, I guess this means we are traveling together?" Devon asked, cutting right to the chase, he didn't really feel like taking Unova on alone. "Companions are always great." Devon added, with a smirk.

Now it was Ra's turn to give him a weird look "Bruh, I dont know you..." she said bluntly before going off to another direction, towards Virbank Complex. "Whoa, I thought we had this conversation." Ra heard her Rotom said "Relax, its just a look no big deal." She whispered continuing her journey. "Besides, wouldn't it be fun to train?" She asked let out her Lycanroc, Thanatos, who was wearing a harness and a leash. Ra activated her roller skates and grabbed the leash "Thanatos zoom, zoom!" The Lycanroc run towards the direction of the Complex, along with Ra who was pulling along on her skates.

Bakarne headed to the pokemon centre, but only to pick up some last minute supplies for his journey. Since he'd found nothing worth his time in Virbank City, he planned to continue his culinary journey somewhere else.

"Maybe I can find more inspiration for my food somewhere else in Unova," he remarked to his Slurpuff, as they passed a small congregation of trainers, "I think we'll head to--Biscuit! No, erm...Say, what's the closest--Biscuit! Biscuit--Town from here?"

And Bakarne consulted his phone for directions.

Emily had decided on some soda pop and inserted her money into the machine. The machine rattled as the drink was dispensed into the open slot towards the bottom. She retrieved her drink and popped the top, taking a sip. A satisfied sigh escaped her lips as she lowered the can. Atom hovered nearby, watching the other people and Pokemon in the center. Emily was a bit lost in thought as she drank her soda, walking outside, Atom following behind his trainer. Emily was brought back to reality when she saw a Midday Lycanroc run off, pulling, what Emily assumed, was its trainer away from the Pokemon Center. 'Don't see that everyday,' Emily thought to herself as she headed back inside the Pokemon Center. She walked over to a trash can to dispense of her now empty soda can. Out of the corner of her eye, she saw Nurse Joy registering someone else for the Unova League. When the nurse was finished with that, she spotted Emily and waved her over. Emily went over to the counter, with a raised eyebrow.

"I apologize, Emily," Nurse Joy said, bowing slightly. "But this had came in before you arrived, and I had forgotten to give it to you." The nurse pulled out a small package from behind the counter and handed it Emily. She thanked Nurse Joy and went over to some benches to open up her package. Inside was a brand new Pokegear. Emily pulled it out and turned it on. Apparently her parents had bought it for her and programmed their numbers into already, with some other useful applications. Atom was hovering nearby trying to see if there was anything inside the box for him. He chirped sadly when he realized there was nothing else besides the communication device. Emily put the device inside her jacket pocket and patted Atom's head softly. "Don't worry, I'll get you something later." Atom chirped happily and nuzzled its trainer.

"What'd she expect? Phft, Bromance? really?" Devon said with a sigh as he watched the girl runoff in some other direction away from the Pokemon Center. Devon paced around the Center as Ry signed up with the league, he had decided he be hanging around him as long as he was in Virbank at least, he felt like he could pick up some help information from him or something.

As Devon waited, he spotted another girl with a strange looking Pokemon. "Woah, I've never seen that Pokemon before," Devon said as he walked a bit closer to get a better look.

"Finally, we're here," Eric muttered as he got off of a boat that had docked in Virbank City, still half asleep, "Man who knew Unova would be so far from Alola, right Dawn," Eric looked down at his Lycanroc who was happily getting away from the boat, seeing as it was a Rock Type and didn't enjoy being in a large body of water. Eric quickly shook his head and rubbed his eyes, "Well who cares how long the boat ride was or how far Alola is from Unova, we're here now and that's all that matters, right?" Eric asked Dawn, who happily nodded to it's trainer's point. Eric knelt down for a second opening his bag and taking out a small paper bag with a Slurpuff on it, Eric took out Malasadas from the bag, giving one to Dawn and keeping one for himself, "Tastes just like home, right Dawn?" Eric asked as he quickly ate the entire thing, Dawn nodded happily as it finished it's Malasada , "Alright I've got some left for later, okay Dawn," Dawn nodded as the two began to walk through Virbank City.

"I guess we should go to the Pokemon Center," Eric commented as they continued looking around until he saw a trainer on the phone with a Slurpuff by their side, "Excuse me, do you know where I can find the Pokemon Center?" he asked when they were done on the phone as Dawn anxiously wagged her tail.

Bakarne jumped at the sound of another trainer's voice, while Slurpuff strutted confidently in front of her master.

Clearing his throat, Bakarne answered, "It's just down the--Biscuit!" he shook his head, "No, it's just down the road. I can lead you there, if you--Biscuit! Want me to..."

While Bakarne feigned clearing his throat, Slurpuff glanced anxiously up at him, worried that he felt embarrassed about ticking in front of a total stranger. He'd already embarrassed himself enough at the cafe...

Emily looked up from her Pokegear, a stoic expression on her face. Atom flew in between Emily and the stranger, watching him carefully. Emily gently placed her hand on Atom's head, letting him know that everything was okay. Atom settled down in the seat next to his trainer.

"This is Atom," Emily told the stranger. "He's a Vikavolt. Who are you?" Atom's wings fluttered slightly as he continued to keep an eye on the other trainer.

Eric and Dawn both shared a look of worry before directing their attention back to the trainer, "Sorry about scarring you, I'm Eric and this is my partner Dawn, if you could show us to the Pokemon Center that would be great," Eric replied, "Also if you don't mind me asking are you okay?" Eric had no clue why the trainer with the Slurpuff was saying Biscuit randomly and was worried for the trainer as well as himself a little bit.

Bakarne nodded. "If you're wondering about the biscuit thing, I have Tourettes', and saying, 'biscuit' at inappropriate times just happens to be my tick," he explained, "I don't swear, or anything, well, not involuntarily..."

Bakarne was used to having people question his biscuit tick, and he didn't mind having to explain his condition, as long as nobody asked him if he swore because of his Tourettes'. He knew a few other people who had it back in Nita, and none of them swore...

"Anyway," he continued, "I'm Bakarne, and this is my partner pokemon, Slurpuff," and he nudged her forward, "I'm an aspiring pastry chef, who's travelling to find inspiration for his food. You?"

"Woah, a Vikavolt. I've never seen one of those before." Devon said in amazement before looking at Emily, "My name is Devon Gray, nice to meet you!" The teen said with a friendly smile.

"So, are you also going to be challenging the league and stuff?" Devon asked casually as he put his hands behind his head.

"Me and Dawn are here to conquer the Unova League and become Champion!" Eric cheered with Dawn, although the sound of a pastry chef made Eric hungry, so he reached back into his bag taking out he last two Malasadas, "Want one Dawn?" Eric asked, Dawn happily cheered in response the two quickly began eating their Malasadas without hesitation, "Man no region makes Malasadas like Alola right Dawn," Eric commented with his mouth half-full of a Malasada, Dawn nodded as it finished it's Malasada.

"Malasadas, you say?" Bakarne enquired, "I've heard lots about them, but I've never--Biscuit! Seen one, or eaten one before..."

He reached into his bag, taking out a slice of the tarta Santiago he'd baked for his journey. His recipe for the dense, sweet tart involved the use of floral tea, which gave it a wonderfully earthy, floral aftertaste. It was one of his favourite recipes, created after his visit to Rappacini Town, where the most famous tea in Nita was made. He couldn't wait to see what flavours Unova had to offer, even if his experience with the lemon bar hadn't been great.

"I wonder what Unova has to offer--Biscuit! Food wise," he said with a mouthful of tarta Santiago, as he passed some down to Slurpuff.

"That's the idea of coming to Unova," Emily replied to Devon. "I'm Emily, by the way." Atom let out what seemed like a yawn as he seemed to try and get more comfortable. Emily returned Atom to his ball and stood up from her seat. "I heard Virbank has a gym that's a part of the league. Might as well check it out."

"What do you think Ro?" Ra asked as the Rotom float beside her, its camera directly at the towers of the complex. "I dont know. I never seen this type of buildings before." The Rotomdex said as it turn to look at the said buildings, Ra however was looking at the wooden dam. "Search it up will ya." Rotom briefly nodded before doing as told. Ra looked at Thanatos who was sniffing the area "This place is construction zone that also serve as a training place for trainers." Ra nodded before she removed the harness and leash on Thanatos but she let the collar on. "You really like the collar, huh?" Thanatos barked in agreement as the Shell Bell on its collar made some noise, Ra smiled before patting Thanatos head. They walked towards the complex, excited to train and see what the place had to offer.

After receiving his badge case, he slipped into a table, and pulled out a parcel wrapped in room paper from his backpack and placed it in the table. He tore open the wrapping to see a black leathered journal. Ry immediately knew what it was.

While more and more trainers, had begin to use Pokedexes, his mother used journals to help keep records and any info for Pokemon. This one was one she must have done, while he was training, about Pokemon of the Unova region. He flipped through the pages, proofing this theory. After doing this, he put the book in his bag, zipped it, and threw away the trash in the nearby trash can. When he looked up he saw the boy who had asked to travel with him, talking to a girl and her Pokemon, which Ry recognized as a Vikavolt.

As he stood up to join them, a Pokeball on his belt, bumped into the table. The table clicked the machine button, and out came out a Munchlax, onto the table. "Munchlax!" Munchy said as he materialized. Ry gave the Pokemon and affectionate pat on the head before joining the others.

"By the way, my name is Ry Burst and this is one of my Pokemon, Munchy." He said, introducing himself and his Pokemon to the girl he didn't know yet.

Ra looked through the Pokémon she had encountered so far and some pics with their trainers. She's been breezing through the complex with little to no trouble, she felt kind of a cheater because of the type advantage. As she combed her fingers on Thanatos mane she looked at the dam again "I wonder if I jump there, would I create a large cannonball splash?" Her Lycanroc looked at her before putting his head on her lap, a gesture of disapproval. Ra giggled "I'm only kidding, bud. Welp, time to head back maybe we could get brunch in the cafe." Thanatos stood up shaking its mane as Ra put on the harness again. She activated her skates and grabbed the leash "Zoom, zoom." Thanatos run down to the City and to the cafe.

Ra removed the harness and deactivated her skates before walking in, she groan when she saw a line even though its only three people. She sighed and walked in to the line "Hey bud, mind finding seats for us." The Lycanroc nodded before walking off. Suddenly Thanatos smelled something familiar, he followed the scent and saw two trainers with their Pokémon, he looked at the bag where he smelled the familiar scent of Malasadas. He looked at the trainers before walking off to find a table for his trainer, he knew that Ra doesn't like being involved into anything that isn't related to her work and she also hates crowds even though she wanted a human companion from time to time.

Brief has been in Virbank City for an hour in that time he decided to check out the complex he heard a lot about it from the locals now inside of the Virbank Complex looking around amazed at what he saw. "Man this place his crazy don't you think Melody?" Brief asked the blue mouse pokemon that was resting on his shoulder Minun nodded her head to agree with her master she was surprised to see so many electric pokemon in one place. "Well looking at this place was fun and all but we need to get a move on I want check out this city's gym leader" as he started to make his way out of the complex he was nearly hit by a weird wolf like pokemon that speeding back into the city pulling its trainer behind it. "Woah, what is the rush trainer now a days are always in a hurry" Brief said scratching the back of his head as he continued onward.

Now back in the city he saw the trainer that almost hit him waiting in line at a cafe he decided to go over and talk to her, "You must have been very hungry no wonder you was in such a rush" Brief chuckled to himself while walking up behind the girl.

Ra was in the mid of yawning when she heard a voice behind her, slowly she turned towards the speaker. "Well, my Lycanroc's ability is Sand Rush so, no I dont think its because I'm hungry." A loud growl was heard, Ra faked a cough as she turn her back on the boy. She pulled her hood so it covers half of her blushing face. 'This is going to be a long day.' She thought as the line decreases 'At least I'll get to eat.'

Brief heard her stomach growl and chuckled again to himself watching the girl try to play it off, "I believe you but I don't think your stomach agrees with what you say, I heard this place serves some pretty good food here" Brief informed the girl. "Oh, how rude of me the names Brief and this is my partner Melody" Brief introduced himself along with his Minun to the female trainer who was trying to hide her embarrassed face.

As Ra heard the word 'good food', her stomach growls again. "Me and my stomach never agrees." She said and mentally cheered when she saw that she's next. "100 Sweet Hearts please. And some chocolate milkshake, thank you." She turn back to the boy, who introduce himself. She gave them a grin "I'm Asra but you can call me Ra." Brief sweat dropped watching the girl order hundred Sweet Hearts from the cafe. "Man, she was hungry I can't believe she is going to eat so many" Brief thought to himself he was bought out of his thought when he heard Asra introduce herself he saw her eyes light up after getting her order. She told Brief about her partner the wolf like who name was Thanatos as she made her way to where the mentioned pokemon was at not wanting to lose his new friend he quickly ordered a chocolate shake and couple of Sweet Hearts for Melody. After receiving his order he thanked the clerked and followed in the direction he saw Ra went after a few seconds of searching he spots her sitting down getting ready to eat her food he walked up to her table. "Mind if I have a sit here" Brief asked Ra before sitting down in the seat, "So judging your partner here your not from around here what brings you to Unova?" asked Brief as he took a drink of his shake while Melody started to much away at Sweet Hearts that her master got for her.

Emily looked at the new arrival and his Munchlax, her expression not changing in the slightest. Since he hadn't introduced himself to Devon, she made he conclusion that they knew each other. "Cute name," she said. "I'm Emily. I take it you're going to challenge the Unova League."

She assumed that Ry had other Pokémon to back up his Munchlax, as it didn't seem, in Emily's opinion, to be able to hold up in a long battle. "Are you going to challenge the Virbank Gym?"

Thanatos who was now laying down beside Ra, looked up at the boy before laying back down. "Work." Ra answered as she eat her Sweet Hearts "I'm from Alola, I took some researcher photography job from the professors in there and some part-time. My mom wanted me to challenge the league her to get stronger, also to finish a job for Professor Kukui." She said eating more of her chocolate heaven, she looked up at the boy "What about you? Are you from here?"

Brief stopped drinking his shake to answer Ra question. "Yup I'm from this region but I was raised in Icirrus City if you want my opinion I say you should challenge this regions gyms. I would take them on myself but I already challenged all the gyms I only come here to check out the two new gym leaders Alder told me about" Brief told Ra. "As for you doing photography you must have seen some pretty amazing sights if have any of photos with you I would love to see them" Brief asked smiling over at Ra amazed at what she does as work.

The pokecenter doors slid open and ass they did a large Blastoise rushed inside and ran directly to Ry. "Blast!" Cronus said as he nudged his old friend on the shoulder before looking back up towards the door.
"Cronus, you shouldnt run off like, even if you are excited to see our old friends." A familiar face sstated while entering the center, a large grin spread across his face.
"Blast!" Cronus replied in a mocking fashion, showing the same attitude he's always had.
Levi folded his arms, staring at his pokemon, "Oh dont give me that." He finished while patting his partner on the top of the head.
"Hey Ry! Long time so see." Levi said happily turning his attention to his old friend, holding his fist out as homage to there old ways.

Ra mentally winced as she shrugged "Sure, just... don't freak out." She looked around before pulling out a normal looking dex. It stayed like that for a while until a pair of eyes open and two 'arms' extended from its side. "Yo." The Rotomdex greeted. "Rotom here is a sort of a replacement for my other camera which was destroyed since I was taking pictures of some very rare and dangerous Pokémon. Fortunately nothing happen to me." She explained as the dex started to float in the air.

Brief watched as Ra took out a weird looking pokedex he didn't think to much about it until he watched with a shocked expression on his face as he watched her pokedex come to life, "That is amazing how can your pokedex do that so you telling me you have a Rotom inside of your pokedex its like some kind of Rotomdexs." A look of excitement now on his normally tired looking face he grabbed hold of the floating pokedex looking over it. "Thats great to hear that your camera was the only thing hurt you should be more careful some pokemon can be very dangerous" Brief said subconsciously rubbing his left hand through his glove Melody had a sad expression on her face noticing what her master was doing.
