This is my first role-play, so it might be a little messy. But please follow the rules as they are laid out or there could be consequences.

You cannot be a legendary or mythical Pokemon whatsoever.
You are allowed to be a shiny Pokemon, but if there are more than 10 please ask me to be one.
If you want to have some kind of 'special power' please ask me, because this is about Pokemon mysteries and such, bud it depends what kind of 'special power' you have.
Fill out your Pokemon or trainer ID tag thing as it is supposed to be.
You are also aloud to be Pokemon from other role-plays.

Appearance: Much lighter blue than usual but pretty, Aquamarine eyes
Moves: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Aqua Tail, Extreme Speed
Extra: Level 55
Special: Hydro Pump can almost kill a Pokemon or person so does not like to use it often.
Personality: Stubborn but friendly half the time, rarely shy, very sneaky, is not usually trusted and should not be.
Vapor was walking through the quiet field, wondering something for about the 100th time. If there were anymore Pokemon on this large island. More specifically, any more like her. Her fur was a much lighter blue than usual, and had suspiciously large scars on tail. Her eyes were aquamarine when they were supposed to be a purplish- black. She had never seen any other Pokemon, as well. She didn't know how to act around them, but she knew she was stubborn. She grew up and trained here all her life, not knowing where her parents were, and now she was a level 55 almost 56. Sure, she liked shadows better than pretty much everything, except for water, but that doesn't mean she should look shady. She didn't know why, but every time she trained, she felt like there was someone else there, watching her every move. Maybe she wasn't the only one here, like she wondered.
