As Sinnoh is being overwhelmed with Trainers, Pokemon have felt a strange presence. Something strange is going on. What is this Presence?

A Phione jumped out of the lake of Valor, soaking wet but fine. This Phione was no other like any other Phione, though, it was purple... The Phione at least was fine alright. It then jumped back into the lake of Valor happily, doing the same thing over again. No trainer saw the Phione though...

A breeze blew through Twinleaf town. Sebastian Kent was reading up on different Pokemon, and different ways that they grow. His very own Pokemon, "Zap" the Shinx, was curled up on the desk beside his book. Suddenly, a strange feeling fell over him. He collapsed. Zap leapt up, and came down to check on him. Sebastian shook, and saw something inside his head. Something purple. A blur. Surrounded by blue... What was it. Sebastian pushed the though from his mind, and resumed studying for the test he had to take for Professor Rowan in order to begin working for him. One day he hoped to be a renowned Professor just like Rowan!

The Phione jumped out of the lake of Valor, once again. As it stayed out of the water for a bit, it looked towards Route 217. It seemed like it wanted to go to Twinleaf Town, to see what was there. The Phione just marched along. Trainers passing by were shocked to see that purple Phione, of course.

(Edit: Phione is NOT looking for Sebastian Kent.)

Sebastian looked out his window at a crowd of people, all shouting. He wanted them to be quiet so he could study. But Zap wanted to see what was going on as well, so Sebastian and Zap went out to the crowd. Sebastian pushed his way to the front, and saw the purple blur. Only, it was a Pokemon. Phione. A purple Phione? Sebastian was shocked. Phiones were rare enough already. But a purple one?

Phione just noticed Sebastian, and looked at him. The whole crowd too. The Phione was confused; the phione didn't know that it was purple. Phione just looked everywhere, then tilted its head. Then it noticed Zap. It seemed to stare at Zap for a bit. It also seemed surprised.

Sebastian was shocked for a moment. Then realized- THIS WAS A PHIONE! Quickly, he had Zap use Spark. Zap bared its teeth, reared back, and began charging electricity. Then, it released several high voltage sparks at the Phione. Sebastian put on his black finger less gloves. He was going to catch a Phione! If everything went according to plan, that is...

The Phione just got shocked; it tried to move, nothing. It tried to attack; nothing. It tried to do ANYTHING; nothing. It just seemed to not move afterall. Then, another purple Phione appeared out of nowhere and used Ice Beam. Zap and Sebastian complete got covered in ice. The other Phione got back to normal, and jumped into the skies. The leftover Phione just walked away.

Sebastian and Zap were rushed to a Pokemon Center in Sandgem Town while others panicked, or tried to chase the leftover Phione to no avail. Sebastian and Zap were finally melted, and Rowan asked if they were okay.
"Yeah, thanks," Sebastian nodded.
"Good," Rowan nodded in a gruff voice, "I read your papers- your mother gave them to me. You're hired."
"Really? AWESOME!" Sebastian beamed.
"You'll be working with my trusted assistant, Dawn, to investigate strange happenings around Sinnoh," Rowan stated, "You witnessed one yourself. With the two purple Phiones. Something's going on here. It's not normal."

The leftover Phione implanted into the ground somehow, but got back up and ran away. It seemed to run away STRAIGHT. INTO. A. WALL. It complete just went into the wall. The disappeared Phione reappeared, but back at the lake of Valor. It jumped in, jumped out, and did the same for a amount of undefined time.

Meanwhile, Sebastian met with Dawn and her Empoleon. They decided to head to Lake Valor where reports of the purple blur were coming from again. They rushed to the lake, but as soon as they set foot near it, time seemed to stop working like it normally does. It would speed up, slow down, flash out, stop, go backwards, then swing to the present again. But Phione was unaffected. Dawn had Sebastian tell Zap to use Spark to create a shield of sparks. Zap did, and it interrupted the weird timeloop. Using this method, they cleared out the area surrounding Lake Valor, and decided they had better go to Mount Coronet, and approach Spear Pillar. Only a few trainers had ever come out alive. But they had a feeling that one of the three Pokemon at Spear Pillar had something to do with this. But were they right, or would this be a pointless journey that wound up in their deaths?

The Lake Valor Phione reappeared at Flower Paradise, running to Shaymin and trying to warn Shaymin about something. Shaymin nodded about this, and roamed off behind the island. The Lake Valor Phione then reappeared at Lake Acuity and did the same thing at what it did at Lake Valor.

Sebastian and Dawn reached Oreburgh City, where they recruited Roark and his Rampardos to help them reach Mount Coronet. Roark also helped Sebastian train his Pokemon. Knowing Electric types were weak against Rock types, Sebastian used Dawn's Empoleon to catch an Onix for himself. Then, the trio set off again. Sebastian continued training Zap until it evolved in Luxio. By this point, they had reached Hearthome City, believing that they should try to visit Celestic Town and consult the Elders before taking on the task of reaching (and surviving) Spear Pillar. In Hearthome, Fantina challenged Roark to a battle to see who the better gym leader was. Roark sent out Rampardos, Fantina sent out Drifblim. A 1-1 Battle.
"Rampardos! Zen Headbutt!" Roark called. Rampardos closed its eyes, and its head glowed purple. Then it charged, knocking Drifblim back.
"Drifblim! PHANTOM FORCE!" Drifblim blasted Rampardos with a powerful gray bolt, "Now Drifblim, use Shadow Ball!" Drifblim began charging phantom energy to unleash a massive Shadow Ball.
"Disrupt its focus with Head Smash!" Roark yelled. Rampardos charged. Then, Drifblim unleashed a massive Shadow Ball. It tore up the floor, and began to grow, consuming the building. Dawn and Sebastian escaped, but Roark and Fantina were sucked into the Shadow Ball, and transported into the Shadow World. Now, Dawn and Sebastian had yet another task. Find Darkrai. Get Darkrai to enter the Shadow World with them and save Roark and Fantina. Then they had to get to Spear Pillar, and stop whatever was happening with time. But there was still a nagging doubt in Sebastian's head that said that this wasn't even related to Dialga...

Phi A struggled to stop getting into the water, and finally did. It looked around for a second, and noticed a ring of Shinx circling Phi A. Phi A used Ice Beam on all of them, and they all got frozen. Phi A looked around more, and decided to walk to Eterna City. Midway there, Phi A stopped for a small break, and layed against the trees. Phi A, surprisingly, fell asleep quickly.
