The Wayvela Region is a distant, burning hot region, where even the sea isn't safe from fire types. The region is so hot due to an enormous volcano being just under the surface of the region, heating the soil, that combined with the beating sun makes it a popular tourist destination. One large city in particular in the region is known for being heavily haunted, and having a large amount of unique to the region ghost types, it's also know for randomly generating new ghost types that have never been seen in the region before. All people in this RP will play as children that have recently moved to the region and are about to get their starter pokemon.

Do NOT ask if you can join an RP on the RP thread itself! This leads to a lot of unnecessary OOC chatter and that's not what the RP boards are for.

Open Wayvela Region

Manuel was about to arrive at the Wayvela Region, and looked out the airplane's window. He saw all the different Pokémon and cities to explore. He was very excited. The airplane was about to land, and he had a huge smile in his face. "I can't wait to explore the Wayvela Region!" he said.
Haru, a young female-looking boy, had just woken up, not meaning to have napped halfway through the flight. Next to him were two other boys, both of which were taller than him but close friends. His sleepy, pink eyes glanced over at the pair who were bickering, one louder than the other, though they were well covered by pink bangs.
"SATORU, WAKE UP!" Eijun, a brunet with golden eyes, shouted. Unfortunately for Haru, this was his natural tone. "Hm?" Satoru, after a long period of silence, asked sleepily but with a stoic expression. Satoru was already at 6'0 in height, with black hair and grey eyes. The shortest, Haru, could only sigh at his companions and hope deep down that it wouldn't be like this throughout their whole journey like it was in Hoenn.

Finally, after a -long- plane ride, people finally started to filter out into the -huge- airport, the airport was rather like a mall, containing several concession areas, gift shops, an escalator for the top level, and tons of bustling families filtering in and out of every one. This was a popular region indeed.

Manuel tried to find the exit, despite not knowing the exact spot where he was. He made his way through the crowd of people,and looked at a map. "Ok, if I'm here... the exit's over there!" He said, pointing towards another crowd of people. "This is going to take some time..."
The pair quickly stopped bickering, getting out from their seats. Satoru had to open up their hatch and pass down the heavy backpacks because of his height. Haru's came first and he quickly waited outside the plane for his friends. A few minutes later, the two males exited the plane.
Eijun had an excited expression as he attempted to be insightful, "And so, Eijun, Haru and Satoru make their first steps on the new region of... Uh... What was this region called again?" He looked around to see that both the pink haired male and the black haired male had gone ahead without letting him finish. "Waittt!" The brunet ran after them.
"This is certainly a popular tourist destination. Should we check out the shops?" Haru asked quietly, glancing up at Satoru who shook his head, sweat trickling down the tall male's forehead already.

"Damnit, why did we choose a popular destination?" Eijun glared at nothing in particular and glanced around in search of another way through the crowd. His eyes sight of a male who could maybe help him and ran up to Manuel, "Uh... Person, I aquire your assistance!" The brunet called.
"I, Eijun, appear to be lost in this vast region!" Eijun patted his chest lightly, as to refer to himself. His golden eyes showed that he wasn't joking and that he was lost, as silly as he sounded. "Do you have a map?"
Suddenly, from the large crowds, a small figure snuggled past the many feet to the four boys, wagging her long, slender tail, sporting a pinecone on the end of it, as she strutted. "Mrow, Petitty?" its small voice said up at the group, its skin was light brown bark, and its fur beautiful, bright flower petals, colored a sweet pink.

Eijun quickly checked the map and his eyes sparkled at the sight of the Petitty. It's so... CUTE! His face went red and he tried to ignore that. "I think we may have to get past this crowd if we want any chance of leaving, also, what's your name? I forgot to ask," The brown haired idiot grinned sheepishly and handed Manu the map.

Eijun gasped and croutched down next to Petitty, "Can I pick you up? Do you have a trainer?" He asked two questions, hoping that the cute natur...y Pokemon was wild so that he could catch it or one of it's kind when given the chance.

Petitty chuckled softly and shook its head, it then moved forward, shaking its hips and wagging its tail, faced the crowds, then out of nowhere used Charm. This caused the crowd to split open, creating a path, and ogle the Petitty, loud utterances of "Awwww" and "It's so precious!" could be heard.

BIC - Eijun's mouth dropped open but he quickly shut it and ruffled Petitty's fur, "Thanks so much, you're pretty amazing!" He grinned and rose to his feet, picking up Petitty anyway and carrying it through the crowd quickly before Charm's effects wore off. Though he was amazed since he had never seen Charm used in that way before

Eijun pondered for a moment, "Are you going to the professor's?" He asked, since he wanted to get to know his new found friend a little bit more, even if they weren't exactly friends yet, he could still hope that he wasn't seen as a laughing stock like how he was in Hoenn... He still shivers at the thought of how embarrassing he was back then...

"Yeah, I am. I'm going to get my first Pokémon. I wonder what Pokémon will I end up choosing." He said And then looked at Pettity following Eijun. "That little pokémon seems to like you." He said, chuckling a little. "I bet you'll end up traveling with it." He said, happily.
Eijun glanced back at Petitty and smiled softly at it, "I hope so," he responded, shockingly calm for once. "I wonder how adorable the starters will be?" He pondered aloud unaware that Petitty is a starter
BIC - "Woah..." Eijun blinked a few times, a hand shading his golden eyes so that he could see the town without the bright sun blinding his view of it. The town seemed to be just as busy as inside the airport but at least there was a surefire way of getting through the crowds this time.
