The sky was bright, blue, cloudless, on this Monday morning. Many a student awoke at a time that allowed them to see a darker side to the wide horizon above them, because of one thing mostly all of them despised so very much:

School.

A good gist of the children, who couldn't really see themselves as children anymore, prepped for the long day at their school before walking to a specified location near their homes to wait for a bus, while others either drove themselves or got driven. A very select few walked, but some chose to so they would not be sitting all day, just about 24/7.

Down the sidewalk, one girl went, her high-top sneakers making small 'click!' 'click!' 'click!' noises behind her. Every once in a while, she would shake her head in an attempt to get rid of the tired feeling, but it did not seem to want to leave. Heaving a wheezing sigh as a sort-of surrender to the feeling in the back of her mind, the Arcanine continued on her way toward what she called 'hell'. Others called this place 'school'. Since she did not have a long way to go- only about five minutes or so- she arrived fairly quickly.

The campus probably didn't seem like much to the students of the place, but it was definitely bigger and more pleasing to the eye than most others. The grass was a beautiful, dark shade of green, showing its health and the amount of care it received. Amidst this greenery sat the school building- a massive, breathtakingly colorful structure of red and purple, with a clocktower showing the hour to all. A sign, carved into a headstone-like rock, was placed next to the few groups of double doors at its front, at the head of a group of yellow and blue flowers, introducing the place to not only the students, but whatever visitors it got throughout the year. Surrounding the school building were multiple fields dedicated to many different sports, be it football (or American football), soccer (or football), baseball, or the like.

Marveling at the building, which she had gone to for educational purposes for two years, the Arcanine teen tugged at the collar of her hoodie, wanting it off in the hot sun that shined down onto her back. She took her time moseying around the campus, since she had some time before the first bell rang, trying for the third time to memorize where everything was placed. Once she had done so to the best of her ability, having forgotten from the years before, she looked back at the road, the wide unknown she longed to explore and learn more about one day, closed her golden yellow eyes for a moment, and headed inside, reinvigorated.

The lobby was just as amazing as the outside of the school. It was a large room, whose walls were decked out with paintings and drawings from both former and current students, posters that advertised the wide array of clubs that were offered, and windows, which looked out to both the sports fields and the courtyard, surrounded by the many classrooms of the school building. Said exterior portion of the campus could be used as a shortcut, if students so chose, to get from the lobby to a hallway of classes, and Cameo knew just where it led to: the hall of history classrooms.

Not many Pokemon were in the lobby at the moment, just Cameo and a group of three she did not wish to speak to, so she was given time to look her schedule over. Sitting down, the Fire-type flung her backpack off her shoulder, pulling out the crumpled paper she had almost forgotten at her home earlier that morning and reading over its contents, seeing if she knew where she would be going.

Period A: Composition, Room 614
Period B: Pre-Calculus, Room 123
Period C: Physics, Room 519
Period D: World History, Room 452
Period E: Lunch, Cafeteria
Period F: Physical Education, Gym
Period G: Woodshop, Room 269
Period H: General Music, Room 335

"Seriously?" Cameo whispered to herself, reading and rereading the words on the wrinkled paper she held between her large paws. She, just about, knew where each of these rooms were, and, if she was correct, there would be a lot of running involved in this school year. The courtyard would most certainly come in handy. With another sigh, the Arcanine once again shoved the paper into her backpack, leaving it lying next to her as she debated whether she should go outside and get some fresh air or if she should stay in her spot. Seeing as she would be sitting all day, Cameo decided to go outside for the limited amount of time she had before she, along with many other students, would be forced to do nothing but sit on this first day at Coffeegrounds High.

(OOC: When you can't think of a good school name. xD )

Tia fiddled with her backpack straps. 'Yay, school.' she thought sarcastically. The Pikachu walked into the lobby. Tia looked over the schedule. She was going to have to run quite a bit this year. 'Sometimes I wish I was a Pokemon with longer legs.' Tia thought.

Period A: Composition, Room 614. Period B: Pre-Calculus, Room 123. Period C: Physics, Room 519. Period D: World History, Room 452. Period E: Lunch, Cafeteria. Period F: Physical Education, Gym. Period G: Woodshop, Room 269. Period H: General Music, Room 335... got it.

Faraday kept his schedule in hand as he walked down the halls of the school. First days were always annoying to him. He saw them as one big opportunity... to royally screw yourself over irreparably. This day was the day, the day, Faraday thought. This was gonna be different... I hope.

The courtyard seemed like a nice place to be before classes actually started, so Faraday hastily made his way there to not waste any time. Once there, he looked around for a moment. The area was quite tranquil, for a school ground area. In fact, the area was very quiet, quiet enough for Faraday to consider laying in the grass and taking a quick nap before school really started.

And that's exactly what he did.

Throwing his backpack to the side, he flopped down onto the grass, curled up a bit, and closed his eyes. Everything was going quite smoothly until he felt a shiver run up his spine, going all the way to his ear. That meant something, something that Faraday knew well - a spark. He shifted involuntarily as the current of electricity ran from his body, directly to his backpack. With a sigh, he turned to see if anything was burned. Luckily, nothing too bad happened, though the backpack itself smelled like smoke. Another sigh escaped his lips before he turned back around, closing one eye as he looked up at the clouds above.

Mondays.

Cornea hated Mondays.

Then again, it wasn't the fact that he had to get up early,or even that school started. Mondays were just always the worst days for him. His mind raced over all possible thoughts that could go through his head. Some good, some bad. However, ALL these thoughts were poofed out of his mind when he almost walked into the sign marking the school entrance.

Or, to be specific, the new school. Cornea switched here from last year for reasons unbeknownst to even himself. Some thing about funds and money, or his parents said. However, he did crave new experiences, and this might have been the biggest change in his life so far. He wondered what new sights and people would be in store. But, first, he might be late to class.

Period A: Composition, Room 614
Period B: Pre-Calculus, Room 123
Period C: Physics, Room 519
Period D: World History, Room 452
Period E: Lunch, Cafeteria
Period F: Physical Education, Gym
Period G: Woodshop, Room 269
Period H: General Music, Room 335

After checking his schedule, and reading it over once or twice, Cornea decided he had enough time before Composition started to get there and maybe meet some classmates. But first, he needed to get there. This shouldn't take him long, or he thought, as he had a map of the school picked up during his visits here before. His first class seemed to be around the corner next to the enterance.

This was a reset. Cornea was going to make it right this time.

Ash looked at her Schedule and she sighed, she hated school but she was gonna have to get used to the new school " she went walked inside. Ash had enough time to meet some friends in composition. she need to be in the class first. Ash ran to the class

Magesteil thought that school would be fun in the summer. But right as she thought that, school started. She was nervous. Not for just 1 reason, but multiple reasons.
1. She thought she wouldn't make any friends.
2. She thought she would overcome some bullies.
3. She thought she would get bad grades by the end of the year.
She was most likely wrong, but on her feelers she almost forgot the little paper curled in her bottom right feeler. (Flesh schedule?) It said this:
Period A: Composition, Room 614
Period B: Pre-Calculus, Room 123
Period C: Physics, Room 519
Period D: World History, Room 452
Period E: Lunch, Cafeteria
Period F: Physical Education, Gym
Period G: Woodshop, Room 269
Period H: General Music, Room 335
Immediately she knew this was a schedule. "Period A, Composition, Room 614." she said aloud to herself. She walked to Room 614 quickly and sat down. She wanted a front row seat so all the tall Pokemon wouldn't block her way, but she got 2nd row. "Hey, its better than sitting in the very back." she said. She was waiting for a signal for starting. She dangled her little earrings around. She looked around to the Pokemon ahead of her, nervous. She just dangled her earrings more but slower. The teachers seat was empty, but some other Pokemon was sitting in there and playing with her/his stuff. "HEY ALL OF YOU STUPID-HEADS LISTEN UP! YOUR GONNA BE IN SCHOOL AND ITS GONNA BE HORRIBLE!" said the Pokemon as loud as it could. She gulped, stopped dangling her earrings, and sat back. I hope he's not right. she thought.

It didn't take very long for Wybourne to arrive to the advantageously placed school, despite being weighed down by both his gleaming knight's cap and worn book bag. The bag was a calming beige colour and he had it slung over his wing like a messenger bird when he landed unceremoniously on the green just ahead of the deception of a prestigious building.
He ruffled his feathers and began stalking towards the impressively immense structure, head turning at every angle to get a good look at it through the slits of his helmet. When he decided he'd had an adequate view, he brought his focus back to actually getting to his classes. He peered his head into his book bag and retrieved a slip of paper between his talons, attempting to read it and walk at the same time.
Period A: Composition, Room 614
Period B: Pre-Calculus, Room 123
Period C: Physics, Room 519
Period D: World History, Room 452
Period E: Lunch, Cafeteria
Period F: Physical Education, Gym
Period G: Woodshop, Room 269
Period H: General Music, Room 335
Satisfied enough with his homeroom class, he discarded of the sheet and staggered into the school, scoping out the quickest route to Room 614.

Almost time. I should head in.

From walking around aimlessly outside, Cameo began her journey to room 614, where her A Period class was located, noticing that a warning bell would chime in a minute or so. Into the lobby she went, picking up her backpack, which she had left in one of the rooms' corners, and the Arcanine headed down the hallway to the right of the main entrance, looking over any and all freshmen she passed by.

The bell had run. That just meant that students should think about heading to class. Cameo was early to class- and she could see that she was not the only one. In room 614, she spotted a small variety of Pokemon, including a Sylveon and... him.

As per usual, the idiot was sitting in the teacher's seat, rummaging through his things. This wasn't new, as he was known for this throughout the entirety of last year. With a roll of the eyes, the Arcanine chose a seat on a side of the room, farthest from the door, but not sitting in a corner desk. Glancing up to the troublemaker kid, she couldn't help but smirk. Sure, he could be pretty annoying and loud sometimes, but she couldn't help but think it funny, as did many other students of the school... well, some, anyway.

The Sylveon did not seem to be one of those Pokemon who agreed with Cameo on the situation. Looking over to her frightened form, the Arcanine smiled a warming smile. "Don't listen to him," she said, nodding in the sophomore's direction. "He's really dumb." Honestly, she couldn't care less about what he thought of her, so she said this as loudly as she pleased, finding pleasure in watching him get mad.

"Time for school!"

Those words floated through Shinjin's head, he growling in anger. Wasn't he just cool for school? He raced down the path to school, and he looked at the Daily Schedule.

(Insert schedule here)

"Ehh.. K then.."

He ran over to Room 614 quickly, even if it seemed like it was dangerous to run in the hallways to school, and he arrived at school.

He ran over to his desk quickly, even of course he knew it was dangerous
to run. Shinjin sat at his desk, reading a Diary of a Wimpy Raticate.

Tia ran to Room 614. 'Oh boy. Oh boy.Oh boy.' she thought worriedly. Soon she arrived at the classroom. The Pikachu sighed in relief as she walked to a desk and took a seat. 'There's still a little time to spare.' Tia thought. She pulled out "The Kane Chronicles Book 1: The Red Pyramid" and started to read.

Faraday's eyes opened slowly as he stretched ou- hold a moment...

I GOTTA GET TO CLASS!!

Faraday, in a panic, sprang up from his position in the courtyard, grabbed his backpack, and bolted into the building once more. He repeated the number "614" aloud to himself as he ran down the halls. Upon finding the room, he skidded to a halt, shook his head, then entered the room, panting heavily. "I... I... I made it..." he muttered as he took a seat.

Yet again, a shiver went up his spine and to his ear. He shook visibly as the spark generated from the copper piercing. He waited for the shock to hit his bag, but it didn't. Instead, it ran down his body, through the tiles of the floor, and went... somewhere. Faraday lost track of the current, which slightly worried him. Great, first I was almost late, and now I let loose a discharge by accident... I just hope I don't hit anyone with that, he thought, placing his head in his paws.

After aimlessly flying above the crowd of students below him, Wybourne found himself in the sector he'd have to attend. He glanced around for the room, and found it without much heartache. Like a torpedo, the small bird shot into the classroom and perched himself on the back of one of the empty chairs with a loud flap. He glanced around at his classmates with a keen eye, smoothing down his feathers from the sudden burst.

Gartha was running as fast as she could towards the school building. She hated school, but she didn't want to be late and get a detention, or something horrible like that. She opened her rather small bag she was holding and pulled out her schedule. The Gothorita quickly scanned the paper, and saw that her first class was in room 614, for composition. She groaned and shoved the schedule back into the bag. Gartha remembered composition from the year she first came to this school, Coffeegrounds High. It was last year, but it felt like forever. Composition was one of her least favorite classes. Gartha rushed through the halls, making turns every now and then. Finally, she reached room 614. She took a deep breath, and opened the door. It looked like at least half of the kids were sitting already. Gartha looked for an empty seat with normal-looking pokemon next to them. She ended up taking her seat beside a Pikachu who looked fine. The Pikachu was reading what looked like a good book. Gartha wanted to ask what it was about, but knew that you shouldn't interrupt someone reading a book (from personal experience), so she kept quiet and put her bag gently on the floor.

Cornea was slowly walking to class, enjoying the sights. The small Pokémon was very much liking the school so far. It was big, but there wasn't that many students around. Plus, the posters on the walls for various activities and clubs proved that he would have something to do.

Then, suddenly, a large bell rang, echoing through the area. Cornea soon realized this was a warning bell to get to class, from the amount of Pokémon rushing around. Oh shoot! I can't be late for class!

Luckily, the door to the room was wide open. Cornea ran as fast as he could (not very fast) to reach the door before the bell rang again. Luckily, he found an empty seat and rocketed into it, shaking it a little. However, he had made it to class, and that is all the mattered to him.

The class seemed close to full, with most seats taken up. He was sitting by the edge of the room, close to the door. There seemed to be a Spearow next to him. However, they had some sort of helmet, so Cornea couldn't see his face. Other than that, there was a wide variety of Pokémon, that all seemed bored in one way or another.

Then again, it was a Monday.

The Spearow finished smoothing down his feathers and settled himself with a sound like a wet dog shaking itself free from water. His eyes went to the Golett to his right and he cocked his head as a way of greeting.

The main bell rang, telling students to get their behinds to class if they were not there already, as Cameo felt an almost sharp feeling course through her body, starting at her foot and ending in her hair, static filling the air around her. From the pain she felt, partially due to the ear-blasting-ly loud bell, the Arcanine banged her forehead on her desk, growling under her breath. "Whah!?" she made a noise, unsure of what had caused the feeling. Once it had left her body, forehead still down, she used a paw to attempt to flatten her hair, which stood stick-straight from the static that coursed through her entire body. Instead of bugging herself with the task of finding the electricity's creator, she focused her attention on the troublemaker Hitmonlee at the front of the room, hair as decent as it would be.

From the hallway, late as usual, sprang a massive Amoongus, rushing over to his desk. "Ugh!" he let out a breath, voice deep, as he glared at the Fighting-type in his seat. "I'm stuck with you again, Hosteen? Just great. Get out." he growled, pointing to an empty seat in the back of the room.

"Sick! Right by the door!" Hosteen yelled, throwing his hands up above his head(?) and rushing over to the seat he was assigned. The Noctowl that had stood with him before began to rush over to the seat next to the Hitmonlee, flying above everyone's heads, but Mr. Justus stopped him. Telling Lynwood to sit in the seat in the back farthest away from Hosteen, so they would not yell across the room like he knew they would, the Amoongus began to introduce himself to the new students, telling them how some were remembered, Cameo included.

"Yes, I remember you from a year ago, Cameo," he said to the Arcanine, looking down his attendance list.

"Yeah, I was the kid that actually listened to you. Remember that?" she asked, chuckling.

Laughing along with the Arcanine, Mr. Justus ensured her that he did, in fact, remember that year very clearly, before continuing down the list of names. "Let's see here... Is there an Ash in here?" he read the first name, looking around the classroom for the Ninetales.

Oh crud.

Faraday watched as an Arcanine named Cameo let out a strange noise as her hair stood up on end. She seemed to have been the accidental victim of his electric outburst. Rather than apologizing immediately, he figured it would be best to wait until the teacher allows them to move around, if he would at all. The teacher himself was an Amoongus, which Faraday found to be amusing. A smirk appearing on his face, he sat properly, face no longer on the desk.

The Amoongus called for an "Ash", so he stayed silent as that was not his name. Waiting for his name to be called, Faraday fidgeted around with his hair in an attempt to make it look semi-decent, considering electricity kept surging through it and charging it. Due to the charge in his hair being the same throughout, the strands of it started to repel each other. This caused him to look somewhat strange in his opinion, so an attempt to fix it was made. Sure, his copper piercing was cool and all, but Faraday needed to find a way to control his own electricity. The last method he tried using was a rubber cap on the piercing, but that ended up redirecting the current back into him and causing a lot of pain. For now, he left the piercing alone, but while waiting for his teacher to call him for attendance, Faraday daydreamed about solutions to his random electric shock problem.

Ash raised her paw and she smiled " im here...Thats me ...ash the ninetales.." she waved at the class then she started to humed a little song before she laid her head on her desk. she saw the arcanine and she smiled at her "hi there...its nice to meet...you....as you probably heard im ash...whats yours?"

"Perfect." Mr. Justus smiled to the Ninetales, before continuing down the list. "Alright, that's one name down... Cameo's here... Cornea? What about you?"

Looking over to the fellow Fire-type, Cameo mimicked her smile. "My name's Cameo. Nice ta meet ya, too, Ash!" Head throbbing lightly from the pain she had just felt, the Arcanine held her forehead in a large paw. "Gosh, the weirdest thing just happened! I dunno what it was, but it hurt!" Holding her free paw out as a form of defense, she continued. "I'm fine now, though. No need to worry!" Both paws now on her desk, Cameo's smile widened. "I didn't expect to meet another Fire-type like yourself in any of my classes, believe it or not! Actually, pure Fire-types our size are pretty rare, so I don't get to see many... Hey, what's your schedule look like?" she asked, turning her whole body to face the Ninetales, both ears strained back for no actual reason.

Ash looked at her Schedule and she smiled " Period A: Composition,
Period B: Pre-Calculus, , then Period C: Physics, Period D: World History, Period E: Lunch, F Period : Physical Education, Period G: Woodshop, and Period H: General Music" she smiled at her then she nodded "yeah most fire types are small and tiny...like a flareon or a torchic ..." she smiled at her then she laid her paws on her desk then she made one of her tail go up to her and she slowly tickled her side

"so Cameo right...Want to be my friend?" she looked at her muzzle and she got worried "are you sure your ok"

Faraday noticed two fire types talking, specifically Cameo the Arcanine and Ash, who was apparently a Ninetales. Cameo mentioned what happened with the electricity, and Ash seemed to be a bit concerned. Okay, not waiting. I don't wanna seem like a jerk, he decided in his mind, clearing his throat and turning to face Cameo fully. "Uh... that, uh, that pain thing? Yeah... uh..." he hesitated, looking down at the ground momentarily, "that... was me. I discharged, and I guess it hit you... oops?"

One awkward almost-apology later and Faraday felt as if a million weights were lifted off of his back. The feeling felt so real that he actually shivered a bit - and then discharged again. Dang it! A third time! Hasn't even been second period!! Faraday's face practically glowed with panic as he grabbed his backpack in a hurry, allowing the electricity to pass into it. Yet again, it stung a bit, as visually noticed by him flinching. The backpack, again, didn't spontaneously combust, but was starting to smell like smoke once again.

Slightly embarrassed, Faraday dropped his bag and looked back up at Cameo. "Uh... oops... again..." he muttered, not really looking directly at her.

Ugh, idiot! See? First days are always garbage. Faraday scolded himself, his piercing-free ear drooping slightly.

(By the way, what school grade is this? aka elementary, middle, or high school?)

Seeing all that's happening (I'm too lazy to read through all of it x3), Magestile thought more and more about the Pokemon's speech. If its going to be bad, then dont bother. This is my first year at this school. Dont. Make it. Not worth. A while. Magestile thought to herself. After all the ruckus of the before-school-time everyone sat down quietly. Atleast some Pokemon. Magestile didn't mind alot, unless they were screaming at the top of their lungs. It's a pet peeve for her. She just sighed and kept on with school and didnt bother 1 bit about them.

"QUIET DOWN!" yelled Mr. Justus. "Well your screaming loudly, too." said a Ivysaur in the back. "Well, I guess it's for the greater good." said Mr. Justus. She was dangling her earrings. Mostly dangling her earrings meant something like "Hurry up". But if she has a smile on her face that means "I'm exited". But this time she was saying Hurry Up. But Mr. Justus didn't know that about her. It carried on. More dangling. More loudness. More school. All of that time Magestile was wondering about the rest of the day and how it would go. Would her 3 worries come alive?

(OOC: Could you imagine an elementary-schooler taking these classes? xD lol It's high school.)

Eyes basically bulging out of their sockets, the Arcanine listened intently, both ears strained forward, as Ash's schedule was relayed to her. "What!? How is that even possible!? We have the same. Exact. Schedule. Is this a coincidence, or fate? It's gotta be one of those two!" She laughed fairly loudly, until Ash spoke again. "Hm..." Cameo pondered the Ninetales's question of whether they could be more-than-acquaintances or not, unable to respond quick enough due to the Luxio of the class speaking to her, admitting that the pain she felt was caused by him.

"Oh, that was you? Well, that explains a lot, I-" Again, she could not finish her thought, since the Luxio shocked himself, the scent of smoke filling the room and probably wafting into the hallway. "Is... That's not a frequent thing, is it? You alright?" Cameo worried, golden eyes wide, a paw slowly outstretching toward Faraday incase he was in need of assistance. "...Why don't I remember seeing you around at all ever? Are you a newbie, or am I just stupidly unobservant?" Paw now hanging over the back of her chair, she turned back to Ash, finally able to answer her question.

"I don't got a problem with it, and it's obvious that you don't, so why not, right?" Finally, a sentence was finished before she could be interrupted.

The teacher, the Amoongus Mr. Justus, yelled at the students, a few of them throwing some remarks right back at him, Hosteen and Lynwood included. Rubbing his forehead with his mushroom hand, he waited patiently (somehow) for the student he had called, named Cornea, to state his or her presence, wondering if he or was, in fact, in the room. "I'll get back to you. How about Faraday?"

(OOC: I'm just calling out people's characters alphabetically. Please don't think I'm rushing you/anyone into responding to this...)

Wybourne's eyes were drawn to the exchange between the two fire-types and Luxio without much thought. He felt restless, a stress building up in his chest at the idea of actually having to sit still for so long. He ruffled his feathers, noticing that almost every Pokémon in the room was bigger than he was repugnantly.
"You should've chosen a better one," said a teasing voice in the back of his head.
"Don't need to," he reassured himself, snapping from his stupor and focusing on the teacher instead.

The teacher finally called Faraday's name. "O-oh, here! I'm here!" He replied, waving his paw in the air to garner his attention.

"That's not a frequent thing, is it? You alright?"

With a sigh, Faraday responded to the question, now actually looking directly at Cameo. "I'm fine, thanks. Unfortunately, yeah, it is a frequent thing. This piercing is to blame. Boost in power, lowers control. I've been trying to fix it, but nothing really works,"he answered, pawing at his industrial piercing.

"...Why don't I remember seeing you around at all ever? Are you a newbie, or am I just stupidly unobservant?"

"Oh, yeah, I am new around here. Moved here recently, actually. Old place couldn't tolerate the zapping, so... here I am!" Faraday responded with an awkward laugh. "In case you didn't already figure it out, my name's Faraday. Nice to meet you guys, both of you... and I'm sorry in advance for zapping either of you... again... my bad."

Hm... maybe this first day actually could be the exception, he wondered hopefully, an actual smile forming on the Luxio's face.

Tia closed her book and put it away. She glanced at the Gothorita next to her. The Pikachu smiled at her before she turned her attention to the teacher. Tia waited quietly for the noise to die down and for class to start. She sighed quietly.

Gartha turned to the teacher, and hoped he wouldn't be as strict as the ones she had last year. For some odd reason, last year all of Gartha's teachers were strict, and her friends got a teacher who would always not show up to teach. 'I guess I'm just unlucky in getting a good teacher,' she thought. Once she heard her new teacher yell at everyone, though, Gartha doubted he wasn't strict. 'He yelled already on the first day? There's no way my luck will change.'
Gartha put her leg over the other as she waited for the class to start, even though what she really wanted to do was run out of the classroom because she knew what boredom awaited her.

(OOC: Y'know what? Attendance is a bad idea. Let's just say it's already been done.)

"Oh, man, I feel bad!" Cameo replied to Faraday, eyes wide once again and a hint of a frown on her lips. "I would hate random sparks burning my stuff all the time!" She spoke as Mr. Justus walked(?) around the room, handing out the class's syllabus to the students.

Looking back to everyone, where she found many different expressions, she smirked slightly. "Don't worry about this class, 'kay? Justus here's cool."

"Thank you, Cameo," the Amoongus said, a smile on his face as he moved around the classroom. "There's no need to be scared, okay? I make this class fun. Or, at least I think I do. Right, Cameo?"

"Absolutely right!" Tail swishing around happily behind her, the Arcanine looked first to the teacher, then back to her fellow classmates. "Seriously, though."

Ash giggled at cameo then she looked at her desk and read the syllabus " so mr. Justus What will we be doing in this class this year " she asked , she didnt feel like reading her Syllabus. " I hope we do something fun " she smiled then she looked at her Arcanine friends and she used one of her tails and she wrapped it around hers

(Ok, I wasn't being notifiedabout this. Sorry!)

Bic:

After attendance was done, everyone started talking among themselves. The teacher, an Amoongus, hopped around the classroom, handing out some kind of syllabus. Cornea decided that he would read it later and put it into his jet black backpack, which was surprisingly empty.

Everyone seemed quite joyful, even the Arcanine, who mentioned coming here before. However, Cornea was clueless on what was going on. "Um, Excuse me, I'm new here. What do we do in this class?" He asked hestitantly.

"Well, Cornea," started Mr. Justus, now back at the front of the classroom. "This class is your equivalent of English. We'll be doing a lot of reading this year, and with reading comes movies." Looking over his A Period class, the Amoongus waiting for some sort of reaction, and he motioned over to a closed cabinet on the side of the room as if it would prove his point.

Smiling at the warm feeling Ash's tail brought to her own, Cameo's eyes widened as her teacher explained some of the class's activities that would be done throughout the year. Actually gasping, she couldn't help but slap a paw on vet desk in excitement. "So you are doing that again! Aw, man, yes!" Looking back once again to the rest of the class, the Arcanine felt the need to explain herself. Since she sat very close to the cabinet in question, she leaned closer to it and, with one paw, pushed the handle, revealing the contents.

Inside, rows and rows of DVD covers could be seen, all neatly alphabetized like Cameo remembered them. Everything from Pride and Pregudice to Finding Nemo was there, and the junior could not be happier. "Literally all we did last time I was in this class was watch movies. He always tells us that we do other things, but he knows he's lying."

"I am not, Cameo!" Mr. Justus said in a louder tone. "Well, not much, at least..."

Back to the class, Cameo turned, a grin plastered on her lips. Even though she looked at Ash and Faraday as she spoke, she did address the entire class. "See? We ain't doing nuthin' this year!"

Ash smiled at Cameo and she hugged her with her tails "hehe you like this " she winked at her then she smiled "wooo movies!" she smiled happily then she hugged Cameo with her paws this time and she did it tight " im glad we are friends Cam" she smiled

Tia's ears perked up in interest. 'I hope there are some good movies that we're going to watch.' the Pikachu thought. 'I really don't want a repeat of...' she shuddered. Tia looked through the movie titles that she could see. 'Ooh. Finding Nemo!' she thought. Tia grinned.

"Heh, wow. This teacher is awesome."

Faraday smiled at Cameo, still feeling kind of bad about shocking her earlier. Just thinking about it made him - oh no.

Faraday looked around for something to hold on to that wasn't his backpack. Why am I surging so often today?! He thought as he got up from his seat and looked around frantically. He let out an irritated groan as he grabbed one of the movies and waited for the surge to pass through him. As it did, his tail twitched, the current moving from his feet to his ear, then out to the movie in his grasp - Pride and Prejudice, apparently. He heard a snap from within the movie's case, but didn't want to check what it was... and then he realized where he was standing.

In front of the class.

Faraday froze wide-eyed or a moment before scampering back to his seat, bowing his head in embarrassment. "I-I'm sorry," he apologized. "I'll pay for that if it's broken... my bad."

Gartha put the syllabus in her blue folder and shoved the folder in her bag. She decided to read it later. Once she heard what the Arcanine said about this class, her eyes widened. Gartha couldn't believe her luck. 'I can't believe he's my teacher! If all we do is watch movies, this is going to be the easiest class I ever had!' she thought.
There were so many movies in that cabinet, Gartha was shocked. The teacher had all kinds of movies, even some new ones that came out not too long ago. She smiled when she saw Finding Nemo. Gartha liked the movie. It wasn't close to being her favorite, but it was a good movie in her opinion.
She closed her eyes for a few seconds, picturing the movie in her mind, when she heard a cracking noise coming from the front of the room. Gartha opened her eyes to see what happened, and saw a Luxio holding one of the movies, Pride and Prejudice. She had no idea what happened, but guessed the Luxio broke the disc inside the box.
'I hope he doesn't get in detention for that,' the Gothorita thought. She was in detention so much last year because of her unfair teacher she became frightened of both teachers and detention.

Laughing happily, the Arcanine accepted the Ninetales's tail hug with open arms. The smile on her face only depleted slightly when a rather loud snap! could be heard near the front of the classroom. Looking around to its source, Cameo's golden eyes widened, surprised to see Faraday with a sort-of cracked copy of Pride and Prejudice. Unsure of how Mr. Justus would react to the predicament, she turned only her eyes to look now to the Amoongus.

"Oh, don't worry about that, Faraday," he reassured the Luxio, although he was visibly twitching. "Things like this happen all the time, believe me. I only ask that you find me another copy of the movie as soon as possible, because I don't wanna be buying and replacing movies this early in the year, or at all, if I can get away with it. The last part of his words were mumbled, and Mr. Justus merely grinned at his students in faux conformation. "Alright. Now that that's over and done with, why don't we play a game?" Somehow grabbing a small stress ball from his desk, the Amoongus looked to Cameo. "I'm sure you've all played this once or twice before, but here's a demonstration. Cameo." As he spoke her name, the Poison/Grass-type tossed the ball in her direction.

"Ah, this game!" Cameo exclaimed, freeing her arms from Ash's grasp and catching the ball in one large paw. Looking around the room, she spotted a Pikachu in the back. Now, what was her name again? "Hold on, don't tell me..." she said out loud, pointing to the Electric-type and shaking her paw around. It took her a minute, but she remembered the name of the mouse Pokemon. "Tia!" She threw the ball across the room in her direction. "Head's up!"

With a sigh of relief, Faraday lifted his head up to look at the rest of the class after he was (sort of) forgiven by Mr. Justus. A game had started, and it wasn't one that Faraday himself remembered much, if at all. I assume you just say someone's name... crud! I don't know anyone's names!!

Faraday's expression shifted to panic for a few seconds before returning to its normal state. He took a few deep breaths, reassuring himself mentally. It'll be fine, as long as it goes to me before everyone I know gets it, then I'll be set!... Unless the object of the game is to repeat everyone's names... but Cameo didn't repeat hers, so... whatever. Just gotta calm down, don't wanna zap anything else. Just chill... he thought to himself, relaxing a bit in his seat.

Cameo had thrown the ball to a Pikachu, Tia apparently, so all Faraday had to do was wait until someone tossed it his way, if they did that at all. He kept his metaphorical fingers figuratively crossed that something, anything would happen that made the game easier for him, like a cheat sheet with everyone's names or an excuse not to play, but he knew that wasn't happening. Instead, Faraday sat in his seat and waited, humming a song he had heard earlier that day to himself.

"Whoa." Tia said quietly in surprise. She caught the ball. Tia spotted a Luxio, the same one that had talked to Cameo earlier. She tried to remember his name. The Pikachu remembered seconds later. "Faraday!" She tossed the ball across the room in the Luxio's direction.

Ash smiled at them, she could wait to play with them. she watched them throw the ball from Cameo to Tia then to Faraday....maybe to her next " oo this looks so much fun " she waved her paws in the air and she smiled 'cmon throw it im ready!' she though

"Faraday!"

"Wha-?!"

Faraday, being the ignorant fool he is, wasn't paying attention as the ball came towards him, hitting him in the nose. Luckily, it didn't hurt that much, so he still caught it. After a quick nose rub, he searched the room for someone to throw to. His search was short-winded as he noticed a certain Ninetales waving her paws in the air wildly. Wanting to be rid of the ball as soon as possible, he threw it into the air in her direction. "Ash! Here it comes!" He said with a smile as he threw it.

Zzt-!

Faraday's industrial piercing buzzed with electricity as a sudden shock flowed through him. The shock was very small, but he hadn't been expecting it, so he twitched ever so slightly. He put his paw on his bag once again, allowing the small shock to pass through. There was no smoke smell this time, but a faint hissing noise instead.

That was strange, thought Faraday with a confused expression. Normally I feel bad before and after the shock, but this was nothing... huh. Wonder why?

Dropping the subject, he returned his focus to the game, hoping that repetition of one classmate was against the rules.
