Just to let you know @The Pikachan, there are no such things as EVs. You can say that your Pokemon were trained more for this type of fighting style, but an EV spread isn't necessary. Not too sure about the Pikachu Libre not originally being a Cosplay Pikachu, but we'll see what Mango says, especially with the Pikachu not actually being a Cosplay Pikachu since it doesn't know Flying Press (a signature move of Cosplay Pikachu when she wears the Libre costume).

But also, your Pokemon can learn up to 12 moves each. Just to let you know.

Backstory: Jade was born and raised in Po Town, she was away during the Team Skull take over but helped with the recuperation of it. She went to school until she was ten and the time to get her first Pokemon arrived. However, her parents informed her that they needed to move to Vermillion in Kanto, due to their job. Jade arrived in Kanto, determined to start her journey there, but an event changed her life. She saw a battle between Lt. Surge and a local trainer. She was so impressed by the raw power the electric gym leader showed, that she continued to go see his battles. She even got a part time job at a local Mart to have money for the stadium tickets. She became a dedicated fan of the gym leader and showed her support in every match. After a year of being an spectator, Lt. Surge recognizes his dedicated fan and asked her to train in his gym. Jade accepted of course, her idol invited her to train and she wouldn't say no, but she had no Pokemon.

On her first day she went prepared to decline the offer, due to the fact she didn't have a Pokemon of her own. However, Lt. Surge gave her a young Pichu, which Jade named Michi. Both Jade and Michi began very close and in three months, Michi had become a Pikachu.

Jade continued her part time job in the mornings and would train in the gym in the afternoons. When she turned twelve, she was a gym trainer, challenging anyone who wanted to try and challenge Lt. Surge. She lost most of her matches, since trainers always had type advantage over her and Michi. Unfortunately, her parents had to move to Safaron city.

In Safaron, Jade and Michi joined the fighting dojo, where they trained during the week and traveled to Vermillion during the weekend to train with Lt. Surge. Because of the dojo, Michi learned doble kick and got her Pikachu Libre costume. This continued until Jade turned 14. Now that she and Michi had more experience, she tried the Kanto gym challenge, where she defeated 4 gyms, including her idol. It took Jade 2 years to get those four badges, taking her several attempts to win with just one Pokemon. She then captured a grumpy Snorlax in her travels, but then decided to return to her original region.

Once in Alola, she took the island challenge and defeated the Elite Four, only to lose to the champion. She attempted this two more times but never manages to win. She then went to Sinnoh, where she got the 8 badges and lost in the Elite Four.

Looks good! Accepted! Very interesting take on the Pikachu libre. As medic said, there is no need for Evs

Isn't Boomburst one of those attacks that effects all nearby Pokemon in the vicinity?

From what I can see from the anime, it can be directed, specifically in Noivern's case (unless they're far enough away to encompass all Pokemon in the vicinity). I dont know whether or not the attack is coming from the wings or the mouth of the Flygon. If it is coming from the wings, then both of my Pokemon could get hit as it will be dispersed in a burst of sound and energy that could attack anywhere. Of course, if that's the case, then Togetoge will get hit with the brunt of it while the other Togekiss will kind of be hit by it, but not by much. If it is from the mouth, then it would most likely hit Togetoge, but not the other Togekiss.

Just to let you know you can have up to 12 moves for each of your Pokemon. And do you mean 3v3 Triples or 3v3 Singles? 3v3 Triples is where you do a triple battle and 3v3 Singles is where you have a single battle with your three chosen Pokemon.

Also, I'd like to point out that you may only use one Z-Crystal during the battle - not per Pokemon, since I see three are being held. Unless you knew this and will just be having them there and you will only use one as a surprise.

I would also like to point out that the trainer usually holds the Z-Crystal in their Z-Ring and the Pokemon can't be holding an item for them to use the Z-Crystal, like in the anime. They cannot hold the Z-Crystal unless you are just saying you have them on standby on your character.

Sorry, I just find that setup kind of confusing for myself as I keep myself from saying a Z-Crystal in my Pokemon's items because they'd be holding it in my mind if I did. XD

But also, other people will be using 12 moves on their Pokemon, so you may be at a disadvantage when fighting against them. Just to let you know. :3

Have you seen my characters backstory??? It’s super long and detailed to show how qualified he is. 3v3 singles is the second most powerful position on a team so it should be close to half as long as my captains backstory

Like Mango said, I'd recommend taking a look at some of the characters that have been posted so far, and see their backstory details. For roleplays on here, it's better to give as much info as you possibly can about your characters. Especially for a roleplay like this. Everyone participating here is of an exceptional level of strength, and it's pretty easy to just have a strong character. It's another to explain all the trials your character has gone through to earn an invite for this tournament. How many regions have they visited? What were some of their toughest battles? How long have they been working towards a certain exponentially large goal like Mega Evolution, or maybe finding a Legendary Pokémon? What do they want out of their journey? These are just some ideas of things you could think about to help flesh out your character a little more. All the Trainers here though have the backstories they do, because we've detailed everything they've been through, again like Mango said, to demonstrate how they are qualified for this. The positions are earned through merit, so we need to know what your character has been through to see how they've earned their spot.

After that, he went back to Castelia for a visit before being given a Thunderstone that he now wears around his neck. He beat the 8th gym and went to the pokemon league but before battling the elite 4 he was beaten by the other finalist.3 years later he traveled to Alola to start a new journey and Whilst there Magny reached his final evolution. he also was given 2 eggs there which hatched during his battle with Kahuna Hala after the match he named the Rowlet Wind and the Froakie Cameron. During his time on Akala Wind and Cameron were training when they started to evolve after there evolution he challenged Olivia to a 2v2 match that was when he realized that 2v2 matches were what he wanted to do. After defeating Olivia he then went to Ula'ula island and lost the grand trial he decided he needed a sixth pokemon and caught Mimikute after that he won the trial and went to Poni island to train for the next trial. During training, Cameron and Wind evolved. He was called home to Unova a month ago and that's where he heard of this tournament.
