As you know, in the multiverse depicted, every universe possible has collided into one. Premise is simple; every character's power has been buffed (or nerfed in some cases) to tier Low 1-C (which is Low Complex Multiverse level), so if a character you're using used to be tier 8-C (Papyrus level), they have the same powers; just buffed to Low Complex Multiverse level. Rules are simple.
1. Charms rules (duh)
2. Keep all ties to the canon character - so no, Sun Wukong will not recognize Goku, nor will Goku recognize Sun Wukong
3. Xeno versions of characters are allowed, as long as they still have ties to the canon character
4. Heroes and villains can only make alliances to destroy (supposedly) Indestructible Beings like Cthulhu
5. Guns won't work on most characters (e.g., the first Dragonborn, Miraak), so don't think about killing via gun
6. Killing is allowed, but so is ressurection; and no instant kills!
