From what I can remember about the Millennium Scale, it's got something to do with judging souls or something. Maybe not the best choice actually. It's very good at making Shadow Games.

@Breon I thought Tracy and Breon were in the warehouse? The four gang members approached G.K. and his group outside the warehouse. How did Breon know the gang members were outside the warehouse if he and Tracy were inside it?
