Name: Echo Eliqua
Age: 15
Year/Grade: 9
Gender: Female
Appearance: Echo has deep brown eyes, light ginger hair that tends to hang loose about halfway down her back, and stands at 5' 5". She is normally seen wearing an unbranded light blue T-Shirt and black tracksuit trousers, along with a green hoodie if she deems the weather cold enough. She wears no jewellery of any kind, and would never be caught with anything particularly eye-catching or extravagant.
Personality: Echo is a shy and reclusive person, preferring to stay out of the limelight. She's friendly, just reluctant to approach people, mostly due to her condition. Again, although never the first to start conflict, she is fiercely defensive of those that she cares about if she must. Extroverts or people that tend to attract attention are normally people that Echo tend to shy away from, purely because of the clash of personality.
Powers: Echo has the ability to, well, "echo" somebody else's powers. Although this is mostly restricted to magic, she can mirror anything of the sort within a ten metre radius, and whatever she successfully echoes can last for up to an hour. She cannot "save" these, and attempting to echo a different type of energy will simply disperse the current one. This does not absorb anything, and the strength of the echo is identical to whatever it was copying. This, however, comes with a drawback, this being that her speech is restricted to an "echo". Echo can only speak what she hears, and nothing more. What she says is in her own voice, with her own tone, but is restricted to words only said in the last phrase she heard.
Bio: Echo was part of a project attempting to cut down on the abnormally high number of superhumans alive. Covertly taken from an unknown orphanage, she was the result of numerous experiments trying to create something to neutralise the magic or energy that most superhumans relied on. Her project name was originally "Eliqua", but Echo was a nickname they'd given her that sort of stuck. Echo was the closest they ever got to an anti-power, and even this came with the sacrifice of speech (a phenomenon they never managed to explain). However, in a test they ran later on, they made the mistake of exposing her to a form of raw magic. The doubled surge of power from both the charge and Echo herself was enough to level the entire facility. She fled, and eventually managed to make her way to CoDA.

Most students are in Wyst's First Aid Class. Wyst herself left to deal with a ditcher in Ray. Students in class are making after class boys/girls only training. Victoria is having the young kids do an obstacle course.

Well, we could do a pass time, like a mock exam. I've already got something planned out for the final exams, but if you just want to kill some time real quick then mock exams are good. Maybe something more like a placement test than a mock exam, where you'll be judged based on how you handle situations and the like.

Name: Lila Romine

Year/Grade: She's Currently a Sophomore... She's older than a normal Sophomore, turning 17 next year.
Gender: Female
Appearance: Lila stands at 5.3, with a skinny frame and slightly darker than fair skin. Lila has violet eyes and long black hair. Lila wears a unbranded lilac tee shirt and a black hoodie if it's cold. She also wears denim pants and Lilac sneakers.
Personality: Lila tries to meet new people and tries to be social but she is actually quite bad at socialising meaning someone else needs to keep the conversation going or else she'll just turn awkward. Lila is kind and cares about her friends (Who generally are more the leader type).
Powers: Lila has the power to create temporary illusions. These illusions can appear in multiple people at once. These illusions can be sounds, visions of real and not real things/people etc. It is also very hard to realise that someone is seeing an illusion. She isn't as skilled with her powers as people would think. Teachers think that she is doing something wrong which is stopping her from using the full potential of her powers.
Bio: Lila is currently attending another superpower academy. She has been seen doing weird things at the academy such as being spotted late at night or suddenly collapsing. Lila has no memory of these events. There are rumours about why she does though. Lila works to become better at using her powers so she can become a superhero. She wants to be a hero so she can investigate an incident that involved her best friend, who disappeared when they were both younger.
Current Guardian: Lila currently has no ways to communicate with them but her guardians are her mother and father.

'ello. As I say a lot, I would like some more specifics about the limitations of the powers and all. The size and how realistic the illusions are, how potent the telekinesis is, how deep the mind reading can go.
Also, mind powers is kinda vauge. Be more specific! Say all of the different abilities, and the strength and limitations of them

telekinesis: can move small stuff with her mind, biggest she’s ever done was an adult person, can use to give herself a jump boost.
Mind powers: can read mind, unless you concentrate on keeping her out, can’t do many illusions, can only do small things (make tiny animals, make replica’s of people, stuff like that.)

Bio: when Kuro was a kid, his father left him when he was 2 making him into a somewhat cold. He grew out of it and his mother taught him how he could use it to make a type of magic and after much practice started using ice magic, because of his use-to-be cold personality. He has a little brother who always wants to prove he’s better than his older brother, but always fails in the attempt, and Kuro wants to protect the ones he cares about so he taught his brother attribute magic and his brother started to grow into a strong wood user. One time the sun was to hot for people to go outside and Kuro used his magic to cool the town and started thinking of his power more and transferred to CoDA for development.

It all seems to be some form of time manipulation, but that second part...Is it like he can enter a different timestream?
