A prophecy once foretold that a god that called themselves the "Bringer of Justice" would arrive, stripping the archons of their powers, and that a group of unlikely allies would come together and defeat the god. The prophecy was thought of to be fake, and eventually fell out of interest around Teyvat. But ever since a month ago, many strange things were happening.

A quick rundown of Genshin Impact-
A world called Teyvat has seven main elements that reside in it. Pyro, Cryo, Hydro, Electro, Dendro, Anemo and Geo. Each element has a god representing it, called Archons. Each Archon looks over a specific region. Mondstadt for Anemo, Liyue for Geo, Inazuma for Electro, Fontaine for Hydro, Sumeru for Dendro, Sneznhaya for Cryo, and lastly, Natlan for Pyro. If a person's ambition shines brightly, a Vision will appear before them. A vision is what you would call a magical lightning rod, giving powers of a single element to the wielder of the vision.

Firstly, The rules-
  • You may make ONE major character (The character joining the main party), and TWO minor characters (Side characters like villains and/or people the main group might meet from time-to-time)
  • Don't make too OP characters, so try to balance them out, please.
  • Each character can have only ONE type of weapon (Sword, Claymore, Bow, Catalyst, Polearm) and each weapon has a different attack style.
  • You can add stuff that you might need to add for your character, just let me know first before you do so.
  • Have fun, or else. Ehe

Personality: She's a very pessimistic person at heart, but doesn't let her downtrodden views of the world drag down her perseverance and determination. Being born in a jade mining ring in central Liyue, she can deeply empathize with those who are less well-off. Yuming has a deep sense of morality and justice, but she doesn't really believe in any god in this world, especially after god literally died at the last Rite of Descension. She is very irritable and hates the daily rut, which led her to lead a life of helping people who were stuck like her and being a thrill seeker. Yuming has picked up various hobbies throughout her travels, like poetry and the art of the polearm.
Appearance: Yuming is a young woman with a fair complexion. Standing at an average height, she has shoulder-length royal blue hair that fades into a lighter shade at the edges. Her hair is choppy and evenly cut, though starts to curl at the bottom. One lock of hair has a black streak, just above her determined, sapphire eyes. Her clothing consists of a cornflower leotard styled with white accents and short sleeves. Below that, she wears medium length skirt of the same color, which have cloud-like patterns similar to the sky. She has a silver belt that she uses to hold her vision and hoist her polearm. She dons light, silver boots for travelling. Yuming has a small, dovelike creature who looks like an Anemoculus named Jingyan. It is often seen floating around Yuming, but doesn't have any clear explanation for its existence.
Vision: Anemo
Weapon: Polearm
Skill: Jingyan's Blessing - Jingyan is summoned on the field and gives Yuming and her allies a DEF Bonus and creates an area that converts Attack DMG to Anemo DMG. It increases DEF by 25% for 12s. Cooldown is also 12s.
Burst: Rite of Salvation - Yuming sends a giant polearm hurling into the ground, dealing continuous Anemo DMG to everything in its vicinity, as well as creating a swirling effect.
Passive 1: Gifts to the Unfaithful - Increases Jingyan's Blessing AoE. Cooldown reduced to 10s.
Passive 2: Aircutting Spear - Rite of Salvation lasts 6s longer and Yuming's damage output is increased to 35% of her Max DEF.
Out of Combat Passive: Weary Fighter- At night (18:00-6:00), increases Attack DMG of your own party members by 5%. Does not take effect in Domains, Trounce Domains, or Spiral Abyss. Not stackable with Passive Talents that provide the same effect.
Backstory: She was born in the aforementioned jade mining rings in central Liyue. Her childhood was spent watching her parents slowly break down from their indentured service to the jade monopoly. Yuming was robbed of basic necessities on her time growing up nearby the jade mine. Her mother and father worked tirelessly in it every single day, repeatedly yelling and arguing with each other. Eventually she couldn't bare seeing them and tried to flee, only to be surrounded by the grunts of the monopoly. Was her attempt to run away all for naught? What would they do to her upon her return? She didn't want to think of it. She was only 12, why must she live the sad life that drove her parents to the ground? She's still young, she has a chance, however small it may be. To her surprise, her chance came to her in a form of a Vision. Anemo. The God of Freedom from the next-door land of Monstadt. Or it was just random. Who knows? Either way, once she was given this fleeting chance, she took great advantage of it, and successfully repelled the grunts. From then on, she roamed the lands of Liyue, helping all those she came across. Whenever she looks at the beautiful, iridescent, and ever-so valuable jade, she is reminded of what chained her upbringings down, and why she must continue to run and continue to help those in need.

Personality: Wenyan can seem like a bully at times but really. He is very confident in his abilities as an exorcist causing himself to have a bit of an ego and maybe a bit of a narcissist. But even though his ego is too large is own good, as said before, he is still a good friend as long as you don't mind his bragging. But you may even be the person he is bragging about! He is also SUPER competitive, but he is fair. Maybe a bit of a sore loser, but won't make toooo much of a big deal about it.

Skill: Ascendant Strike: Wenyen quickly slashes upwards, embuing his weapon with Geo Energy. Staggers smaller enemies, launching them into the air. Enemies too large to be staggered take 5% more damage.
Elemental Burst: Earthcleanser: Wenyen slams his weapon into the ground, causing the ground to shake and Geo Energy to explode in a wave around him. For each enemy defeated by the burst, all party members besides Wenyen gain a 1% attack bonus that lasts for 8 seconds.
Passive 1: Talisman's Blessing: when Wenyan enters battle, he or one of his allies will get a random stat boosted by 15% that lasts for 10 seconds.
Passive 2: Exorcism: when Wenyen attacks with a charged attack or his skill, a bit of the enemy's spirit will be collected. Each spirit will increase dmg by 5% to Wenyan's burst.
Out of combat passive: Spirit Speed: When Wenyan is sprinting, his stamina consumption is decreased by 20%.
Backstory: Most people in Teyvat tend to be somewhat superstitious, some much more than others. Wenyan is one of those people, but he takes it to the extreme.
Wenyan looks nothing like the rest of his family. He is the only one in it with bright red hair, orange eyes, and freckles making him the black sheep of the family. The reason for his difference in appearance is that he was adopted. He has no idea what happened to his parents or if they just didn't want him. But Wenyan tries not to think about it since he got his vision. Still, he had tried to prove himself, which made him competitive but also made him very, very talented.
Wenyan finds the way he got his vision to be quite stupid. It was all his fault that he, his sister, and his cousins got into this predicament. It was an average day like any other. And Wenyan, his sister Daiyu and his cousins were hanging out together when Wenyan had an idea to go to a cave where spirits were known to appear often. It was an old cave where minors worked, and the cave had not been used for a long time due to how dangerous it was. But that didn't stop Wenyan and his cousins. He had convinced Daiyu to come with him. The only reason she really went was to make sure Wenyan and their cousins didn't hurt themselves or worse. And so, the twelve-year-old Wenyan, the fifteen-year-old Daiyu, and their cousins were off to the cave. It was quiet in the cave, so Wenyan yelled, "COME ON, SPIRITS, SHOW YOURSELVES!!!" Daiyu stared at her younger brother, shaking her head. But the cousins joined Wenyan.
Suddenly Daiyu's eyes widened. A spirit did a appear and attacked the two in senseless revenge. Wenyan pulled out his spear and began trying to attack it. And his cousins and sister quickly aided him in the fight.
The spirit floated over the entrance and smiled evilly. Wenyan threw his spear at the spectral being and hit it. The spirit disappeared, but the entrance collapsed. They were trapped. They just stood there in shock.
Wenyan just thought, "Wow, this was my fault... I thought we should go here. And then I screamed to get its attention... Now we are going to die!" But then he realized he could just move the rocks! And so, he did, and Daiyu joined him while their cousins panicked. And soon enough, there was a little tunnel. Wenyan held the top of the tunnel up for support and let his sister and cousins go through first. Wenyan began to follow them but let go of the roof of the tunnel, and it collapsed, leaving Wenyan trapped. Daiyu and his cousins quickly ran off to get help. Wenyan had struggled most of the time trying to get out of the tunnel. But he couldn't get out. He just reflected on what had happened. He felt like this was how it was meant to be somehow. He was being an idiot with his family. He wasn't winning any challenge to prove himself. He was doing what the rest of his family did. He was hanging out with his cousins and siblings, having fun. And he felt like he was finally one of them. He grinned, he was so proud of himself, and his family would be so proud of him too, of course! He closed his eyes, smiling. Feeling so smart. He felt like he fit in so much!
And then there was a glow. Wenyan opened his eyes and stared at a crystal with the geo symbol on it. He stretched out a hand to grab it, but he couldn't. He had so much excitement in him and felt a burst of energy run through him and pushed the rocks off of him, and picked up his vision. He didn't even realize the miracle that had just happened. Soon his family came to the rescue, but they were too late Wenyan was already running out of the cave to tell them the great news.

After a target affected with Ripple is hit using a Normal Attack, Ripple vanishes and the target’s Physical Resistance is decreased. Ripple and its aftereffects dissipate (x) seconds after using Reflection’s Revelation.

After hitting an opponent with Shimizu Martial Art: Taidokikku, Arata gains a Hydro shield which lasts for 6 seconds.

When Arata triggers a Shattered reaction, all party members’ attack is increased by 20% of Arata’s base attack. This effect lasts for 11 seconds.


Constellation 3:
-Unceasing Tide-
Raises the talent level of Shimizu Martial Art: Taidokikku by 3.


Constellation 4:
-Pressure of the Deep-
Shimizu Martial Art: Taidokikku gains an extra charge.


Constellation 5:
-The Tidepool Remains-
Raises the talent level of Reflection’s Revelation by 3.


Constellation 6:
-Undercurrents of Assurance-
Physical DMG dealt to targets under 1/2 of their max HP is increased by 25%.

Personality:
Arata is skilled fighter, but not inclined towards confrontation by nature. When necessary for self defense, or to prove himself, he will step forward and fight with the might of many men. When all is quiet, though, he likes to sit still, listening to the wind and the waves, or the song of birds. As a traveler from Inazuma, he is still new to the wider world, and has a quiet curiosity about him as he goes through the first steps of this new journey.

Appearance:
... He's a human being? And gasp he wears clothing! (Appearance coming soon[TM] with some assistance from Joy)

Backstory:
He grew up in Inazuma, learned how to fight from his father, but understood that however enjoyable victory might be, he must restrain himself unless an opponent was worthy to face him. He left Inazuma to find new adventures and new rivals in order to improve both his body and his mind.

Name: Misa

Age: 19

Personality: Misa's a seemingly elegant young lady but who's hiding a rather nasty temper. Though Misa tries her best to be composed and neutral, her temper and childish antics usually get the better of her. Due to the lack of fun she had in her childhood, Misa's allowed herself to act more carefree. But no matter how carefree or childish she acts, Misa's natural instinct as a clan lady has caused her to develop a natural reaction to worry whenever others got injured since the women in her clan would always worry for the "hardworking" men and their darling children. But aside from all that, Misa's temper tantrums are usually very non eco-friendly and have been the cause of a few...a number...of "accidental" forest fires. But she tries to avoid the fact that the lady who burned down a meadow was her, she'll just play it off as if she's shocked by such news. Also, most people find it odd, but Misa will sometimes produce a flame at the palm of her hand and speak to it as if it were living, but in truth Misa does this with the belief that she's talking to her divine protector.

Appearance: She stands at 5'3" with a fair, porcelain-like, complexion. Her mid-back length hair with fringe bangs is pale pink, almost white, in color and styled into a half up and half down way, with the upper half being styled into twin buns and held in place by two golden pins with her clans symbol branded on to them, while her eyes are almond shaped and dark fuschia in color. She usually wears a shrine maiden like kimono that was white on the upper half and pink on the lower half with red and gold accents but it ends mid thigh. The sleeves of the kimono are long and reach to her knees and there is a large red bow attached to the back of her midsection, with the ends of the bow having a singed look to them. Along with the main outfit, she wears white thigh highs and a pair of traditional Inazuman heels (similar to that of the Raiden Shogun).

Vision: Pyro

Weapon: Catalyst

Skill: Kitsune's Blessing - four fox-like tails made of pure pyro appear behind Misa. While the tails are present, Misa's nearby teammates are healed by the same amount of damage her normal attacks deal on the enemies. As each tail dissapears, Misa's healing weakens and each tail lasts about 3.5 seconds each.
Burst: Blessed Inferno - nine tails appear behind Misa as a circular area around her suddenly combusts into blue flames. The allies that stand within the inferno will instantly have 50% of their health regened. Blessed Inferno also boosts the damage caused by her teammates bursts, but the boost from Misa's burst scales off of how low each allies health is (each boost for each ally will only be scaled off by their own low HP, the effect can't stack using others HP.)
Passive 1: True Leader - the more health her teammates lose, the faster Kistune's Blessing will recharge.

She was more fit to become the clan leader than either of her brothers! Makoto was too immature to be the first in line heir and Mitsuki was too damn narcissistic to even care for the clan. Misa knew she was perfect for leading the clan to a new prosperous era, but to her family her only use was to marry a wealthy man from another noble clan or to honor their great divine protector every single day, 3 times a day. But Misa had always kept her qualms with the family traditions quiet, well that was until one night she over stepped her boundaries. The main family was having dinner together, as per usual. Misa had been quiet most of the night, only speaking when spoken to, until her father had mentioned that an arranged marriage for her was on the brink of success. She snapped that night, she threw her meal directly at her father and stormed out into the courtyard...and the whole family followed. "I refuse to become the saving grace of a dying noble clan! You may think my marriage to a pompous heir will bring honor to our clan but that's just a delusion! The reason our clan is losing fame and nobility is because your chosen heirs are nothing but idiotic airheads who only wish to use our clan name to further their own agendas! And you're no different father, you know fully well that I am more fit to lead this clan than Makoto and Mitsuki! Yet you despise the idea of it just because I'm a woman!" As a traveler from Inazuma, he is still new to the wider world, and has a quiet curiosity about him as he goes through the first steps of this new journey.

Personality: Misa's a seemingly elegant young lady but who's hiding a rather nasty temper. Though Misa tries her best to be composed and neutral, her temper and childish antics usually get the better of her. Due to the lack of fun she had in her childhood, Misa's allowed herself to act more carefree. But no matter how carefree or childish she acts, Misa's natural instinct as a clan lady has caused her to develop a natural reaction to worry whenever others got injured since the women in her clan would always worry for the "hardworking" men and their darling children. But aside from all that, Misa's temper tantrums are usually very non eco-friendly and have been the cause of a few...a number...of "accidental" forest fires. But she tries to avoid the fact that the lady who burned down a meadow was her, she'll just play it off as if she's shocked by such news. Also, most people find it odd, but Misa will sometimes produce a flame at the palm of her hand and speak to it as if it were living, but in truth Misa does this with the belief that she's talking to her divine protector.

Appearance: She stands at 5'3" with a fair, porcelain-like, complexion. Her mid-back length hair with fringe bangs is pale pink, almost white, in color and styled into a half up and half down way, with the upper half being styled into twin buns and held in place by two golden pins with her clans symbol branded on to them, while her eyes are almond shaped and dark fuschia in color. She usually wears a shrine maiden like kimono that was white on the upper half and pink on the lower half with red and gold accents but it ends mid thigh. The sleeves of the kimono are long and reach to her knees and there is a large red bow attached to the back of her midsection, with the ends of the bow having a singed look to them. Along with the main outfit, she wears white thigh highs and a pair of traditional Inazuman heels (similar to that of the Raiden Shogun).

Skill: Kitsune's Blessing - four fox-like tails made of pure pyro appear behind Misa. While the tails are present, Misa's nearby teammates are healed by the same amount of damage her normal attacks deal on the enemies. As each tail dissapears, Misa's healing weakens and each tail lasts about 3.5 seconds each.
Burst: Blessed Inferno - nine tails appear behind Misa as a circular area around her suddenly combusts into blue flames. The allies that stand within the inferno will instantly have 50% of their health regened. Blessed Inferno also boosts the damage caused by her teammates bursts, but the boost from Misa's burst scales off of how low each allies health is (each boost for each ally will only be scaled off by their own low HP, the effect can't stack using others HP.)

Appearance: A tall, dark haired individual with green eyes, his skin is a bit on the lighter side, as such, on a medium frame of overall shape, he wears a dark green over coat with a red undershirt, and dark green pants, his shoes are brown boots. He carries what seems to be a blade similar to Ferrous Shadow on his back, and has an equipment bag containing a cloak for colder weather, but he doesn't need in Mondstadt, and other materials he may need, such as his Catalogue, which is a decent amount filled, but no rare plants as is.

As a researcher, he is hoping to help with people's plants if suddenly one of them or another species connected to Dendro Element attacks, and possibly learn about it. He's been traveling ever since, to catalog plants, he needed to be in the field. He would be cataloging a plant when he bumps into the party.

She is brave and fearless but that doesn't mean she cannot feel her emotions just hides them well. Despite her stubbornness, she is a gentle young lady that judges no one no matter who they are as she will protect you as if her life depends on it.
Appearance: She is a light-skinned young lady that is 5'3 in height with a well feminine build. She has dark brown long hair pulled up in a high ponytail which almost touches the ground secured with a dark purple bow. She has light blue eyes, right completely blind which her bang covers along with glasses upon her face.

Skill: Scorching Howl: By the sound of a howl coming from her voice, a flaming wolf appears, then takes the form of a flaming tail, ears, and paws on her body raising her speed, stamina, and strength for 12s, she becomes immediately drained afterwards
Elemental Burst: Piercing Shield: JC's sword would be surrounded in flames before slicing at her opponent, if enemies are killed, a shield appears to protect her and her allies from damage for 10s, if shattered or destroyed, ATK drops dramatically leaving her immediately vulnerable to attacks.

She lived a normal life but took a turn for the worst when monsters attacked their home, killing her father who was protecting them. She couldn't really do anything to protect him since she was only a 6 year old girl. The monsters kept coming believing that her family would end up like her father but something suddenly happened, a bright light interrupted the attack taking form of a large wolf spirit growling at the enemy. The wolf looked back at the family, eyes glowing as the wolf faced its opponent again and with just one swoop of its large paw, the monsters were defeated by a brilliant light of flames. She didn't understand why the wolf spirit had saved her family or even know who the wolf was. The wolf only turned to face them as she thanked the spirit for saving them. The wolf only nodded its head at her as the spirit disappeared in the moonlight. She and her surviving family decided to build a shrine in the honor of the wolf that had saved them wearing masks to represent the wolf. Grief had settled upon them after their fathers death especially towards JC. Thanks to the support of her family, she was able to pull through but made a vow to eliminate every single monster out there in honor of her father. She learned swordsmenship from her brother Shadow training effortlessly until she was experienced with her sword. Then one calm night, her fight came true. The monsters attacked again but this time was prepared to face them even if she was outnumbered. But, with the sound of her scream, a cry of a loud growl and howl, and her strong ambition to protect her family, she fought off the monsters one by one until the very last one as it was then her sword trailed with flaming power as her eyes caught the form of a flaming wolf and the same wolf spirit who had saved her as a child. She clearly understood now that the wolf spirit would had saved her unlocked her vision.

Actually, Constellation 3 and Constellation 5 are normally Constellations that give +3 levels to the character's skill or burst. Just edit that and you are accepted.

Name: Emilie Arnold

Age: 17

Personality: As the next-in-line of the head of her family, she is an extremely serious young lady, who can lead a group. She might seem cold or distant sometimes, but she is extremely loyal to her allies, and even though she might be a young female, she is not afraid to attack anything at full force of her power.

Appearance: Emilie has golden yellow hair, with light skin and sky blue eyes. She wears a purple jacket, with a white undershirt, with a long-ish skirt. She wears black boots, while a purple rose is placed on her hair. She also uses a brown sling, so that she is able to carry her polearm much easier.

Vision: Electro

Weapon: Polearm

Skill: Slash of Justice: Emilie slashes in a fan-shaped area dealing electro dmg to hit enemies. Emilie also has a 40% chance to give enemies hit by her skill to get a Paralysis debuff, which might stop enemies from moving or attacking.

Passive 1: Whenever Emilie uses her Elemental Skill, she and all allies nearby gain a 0.5% crit rate boost, depending on how many enemies she hits with her skill. This can take effect once every ten seconds.

Passive 2: Whenever Emilie uses her Elemental Burst, she gains a shield that scales off 140% of her ATK. The shield has a 10% higher resistance to Electro attacks. The shield will disappear if the shield is either destroyed or will disappear after 13 seconds.

Out of Combat Passive: When Emilie tries to cook ATK Boosting food, she has a 12% chance to double the product.

Backstory: As a child, Emilie had tons of pressure and was taught about politics and fighting at an early age as a high class family in the city of Mondstadt. When she was 14 years old, Emilie took a walk around Mondstadt, though unbeknownst to her, she was being followed by a group of treasure hoarders, planning to kidnap her since she was a popular figure around Mondstadt. She walked until she had reached the whispering woods, only to be ambushed by the treasure hoarders. Since she was still inexperienced, She was clearly scared of the group. Shockingly, a purple gemstone floated in front of her, the gods blessing her with her very own electro vision. Because of this encounter, she took it upon herself to fight against the crimes of the treasure hoarders, and do everything that she can to stop this from happening to anyone else ever again.

Constellations:
Constellation 1: Lightning Spear: Whenever she paralyzes an enemy with her Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, Emilie's Normal Attacks will deal Electro DMG instead of Physical DMG.
Constellation 2: On the Offensive!: If Emilie hits three of more enemies with her Elemental Burst, All allies in her current party is given a 20% extra attack boost.
Constellation 3: Sharpened Spear: Her elemental skill gains three more talent levels.
Constellation 4: Electric Charges: Paralyze has an extra 20% chance to activate.
Constellation 5: A Larger Flag: Her elemental burst gains three more talent levels.
Constellation 6: Thunder Shall Strike: If Emilie is able to attack an enemy with her Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst three times in quick succession, the next attack from Emilie will deal additional Electro DMG in a small AOE. This can happen to a single enemy every 5 seconds.

Lol, now i have three posts in a row, but here is my second bio, La Violetta, the 7th of the Fatui Harbingers.

Name: Tokinibara, "La Violetta"

Age: 613 years old, though she appears to be no older than 21.

Personality: A mysterious young looking lady, who is normally quiet and is normally soft-spoken. Due to this, she dislikes being near some of the more outgoing and upbeat Harbingers. She is loyal only to the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa. As the fourth fatui harbinger, she will have no problems fighting the opposing force, even putting her on life on the line to protect her own. So even if she might seem intimidating, Tokinabara is compassionate and loyal to her allies.

Appearance: Tokinibara has long white hair, with light skin, while having purple eyes that seem to glow with her attacks. She has purple armor, that covers her whole body. It is mostly leather, so that she is able to move faster. It is normally decorated with sakura flowers or flowers in general. She is also wearing black gloves. To cover her armor, she wears a white cotton cloak that she usually wears for sunny or cold weather. She also sometimes uses it as a disguise if needed. Her Vision is embedded into the neck piece of her armor.

Skill: Flowering Slash: Tokinibara slashes her sword in-front of her five times, each dealing Electro DMG, while applying Flower Marks. A total of five Flower Marks can be placed on a single enemy. Flower Marks only stay for only five seconds.
CD: 10 seconds

Burst: Thousand Flower Storm: Tokinibara slashes at the enemies, dealing massive Electro DMG to all enemies infront of her. The slash will leave sakura, dealing extra Electro DMG if touched by an enemy. Whenever an enemy is hit by her Elemental Burst, their Flower Marks will disappear, and depending on the amount of Flower Marks on the enemy, a thorn shall hone into the enemies with Flower Marks.
CD: 30 seconds

Passive 1: Lightning Sword: When Tokinibara uses her burst, her normal attacks will be infused with Electro, dealing Electro DMG. Each hit from her basic attacks while infused give a Flower Mark. The effect lasts for ten seconds.

Passive 2: Fast Bloomer: Whenever an enemy gains a Flower Mark, She gains a 10% ATK Speed buff that lasts for ten seconds. Cannot Stack with other skills that provide the same effect. Can only occur every twenty seconds.

Out of Combat Passive: When Picking up flowers, Tokinibara has a chance to double the amount of drops she gains.

Backstory: Six hundred years ago, in old Inazuma, Tokinibara lived with her family, which supplied the Tenryou Commision with weapons, and is a last line of defense to Inazuma during war. Due to this, Tokinibara was trained in the art of the sword. She had learned fast, and she was knowledgeable in the practices of her Clan. Though, her family members were assasinated at the night of her eightneenth birthday which had left her heartbroken. She took it upon herself to take revenge for her family, growing stronger by day, gaining herself an Electro Vision. She had set out on her on terms, leaving Inazuma so that she may explore the seven nations. She eventually was found out by the Fatui Harbingers, as her strength was heard of all across Teyvat. She eventually joined them, but only on the condition that she will be able to continue her conquest against her family's killers. During this, she was gifted an Anemo Delusion by the Tsaritsa. She was given the ability to never die of old age, and has learned many things due to it.

Constellations:
Constellation 1: Passive Healing: As she is immortal, she gains 0.5%HP back every two seconds.
Constellation 2: Thorny Sword: When she gives an enemy a Flower Mark, a thorn will hone in on the enemy, dealing 22% of DMG a normal Flower Mark would do. This can only occur every three seconds on a single enemy.
Constellation 3: Stronger Storm: Her Elemental Burst gains three extra talent levels.
Constellation 4: Thorny Armor: If Tokinibara is hit by a melee attack from an enemy, the enemy who had hit her will be dealt 5% of the DMG that they dealt as Physical DMG
Constellation 5: Sharper Sword: Her Elemental Skill gains three extra talent levels.
Constellation 6: I Will Not Back Down: Whenever she reaches 25% of her HP, she will gain a 30% ATK Bonus, A 20% ATK SPD Bonus, and a shield that lasts for ten seconds. Can only occur every 180 seconds.

Name: Vincent Farley

Age: 12

Personality: Despite being around hilichurls for most of his life, Vincent is more peaceful yet compulsive and tends to rush into things. Because of his loneliness, he's fine being alone and can be standoffish at times, but doesn't handle abandonment well. He isn't the best at fighting and tends to avoid doing so. He's easily excitable, and while he's determined and resilient, Vincent isn't the brightest and is naive at times.

Appearance: Vincent has tanned skin and very messy lime hair due to the amount of time spent outside. He also has green eyes and is 5'2. He wears hilichurlian-like clothing, is barefoot, and carries a brown satchel that carries mostly foraged items.

Vision: Anemo

Weapon: Bow

Basic Attack: Hilichurlian Style: Sharpshooter

Performs up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow. While aiming, favorable winds will accumulate on the arrowhead. A fully charged wind arrow will deal Anemo DMG. If charged long enough, fires off a Gale Arrow that deals DMG based on Vincent's Max HP. The Gale Arrow is able to pierce through enemies and can only deal one instance of Anemo DMG to each enemy.

Skill: Hilichurlian Art - Fortitude

Vincent is granted the Bluster effect, which grants him 3 Gale Arrows that don't require charging. The next time a Gale Arrow hits an enemy while Bluster is in effect, a Wind Barrier is created, a relatively weak shield based on his Max HP that absorbs Anemo DMG 250% more effectively.

If one of the Gale Arrows comes into contact with Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro, it will deal additional elemental DMG of that type. Furthermore, Wind Barrier will absorb 250% Elemental DMG more effectively from that element instead of Anemo. Elemental Absorption may only occur once per use.

(CD: 16s. Shield lasts 12s. Priority of Pyro > Hydro > Electro > Cryo.)

Burst: Hilichurlian Art - Anemo

Vincent throws a satchel of strange ingredients, that deals AoE Anemo DMG, to create a Field of Pristine. When inside of the Field of Pristine, allies deal Bonus DMG equal to 4% of Vincent's Max HP for their Charged Attacks.

(CD: 20s. Duration of 12s. Energy cost of 80. Only 20 Charged Attacks can be buffed, shared for all party members.)

Passive 1:
The Field of Pristine decreases the stamina consumption of allies' Charged Attacks by 20% and reduces the charge time for Bow users by 40%.

Passive 2:
If the Wind Barrier has caused an Elemental Absorption, it will regenerate 6% of the active user's HP when attacked by the corresponding element. This can occur once every 2s.

Out of Combat Passive:
Approaching any sort of hilichurl doesn't initiate combat. If a party member deals DMG to any hilichurl nearby, they will then turn aggravated.

Backstory: Born to two high-ranking members of the Knights of Favonius, Vincent was often by himself as they were always busy. This led him to leave Mondstadt regularly as a child and explore the region, often coming across a hilichurl camp close to the city. Despite what the citizens had said about them, the hilichurls were nice and welcoming to Vincent for reasons he hadn't known. He spent most of his time there, whether it was sparring, trying to learn their language, or just spending time with them. As he got more accustomed to their lifestyle and eventually learnt their language, the hilichurls often spoke of their restlessness and pain. This upset Vincent, and he tried to find ways to help them. However, his plans were cut short as his parents had realised he had gone missing. A group of the Knights of Favonius soon found where he was and killed the hilichurls, as they thought he was in danger. In a fit of rage, Vincent had run away from the Knights into the nearby forest. He eventually lost them, as well as the way back to the city. Vincent was then granted his vision, and since then, Vincent had been living in the wild, trying to help hilichurls wherever he goes, and is still trying to find a way to end their suffering.

The Gale Arrows created by Bluster now drags enemies within a certain radius towards it for 0.5s after hitting an enemy.

C3: Relentless Aid
Increases the Level of Hilichurlian Art - Fortitude by 3.

C4: Rebound
Gale Arrows grants a stack that increases Vincent's Max HP by 5% and his Energy Recharge by 7% for every hit for 10s. A maximum of 25% Max HP and 35% Energy Recharge can be gained in this manner. Triggering this effect will refresh the current duration of any existing stacks.

C5: Tribal Ritual
Increases the Level of Hilichurlian Art: Anemo by 3.

C6: Amity Breeze
After an ally deals damage with Charged Attacks inside of the Field of Pristine, they are healed for 3% of Vincent's Max HP.

Name: Peizhi Lao
Age: 15
Personality: Peizhi is, in short, an odd duck. She struggled with severe anxiety and other mental issues since she was very young, but always had a love of exploration that no one could explain. She collected strange objects found in her excursions that don’t really have much, if any meaning, to anyone but her. She collected odd leaves, acorns, and her favorite— mushrooms. Some of these mushrooms had psychedelic or relaxing properties, and Peizhi learned quickly which ones made her feel better, more uninhibited. Those were the ones she kept with her to chew on if she grew restless. To this day, she still collects all sorts of random items that she finds interesting. But Peizhi is rather mistrustful of other people, and will retreat into herself, thinking out loud in sinister mutters. When the mushrooms are affecting her, she has a far greater tendency to say what’s on her mind, which… most of the time, isn’t very pleasant. Peizhi is the opposite of respectful, often going out of her way to be rude in her rather monotonous, sardonic way. But get her talking about one of her collections or something she finds interesting, and you’ll have made a friend for life.

Appearance: Small but not too short, Peizhi stands at about 5’3”, though her hat gives her a few extra inches. Her hair is a reddish brown, lighter and more reddish at the tips, with short streaks of white and black in the middle. Her bangs are swept to one side and spiky, and the rest of her middle-back-length hair is tied tightly into two thin ponytails at the base of her head. She wears a large, witchlike hat with all kinds of mushrooms growing along where the top meets the brim. A few mushrooms grow on her body, though they aren’t usually exposed. Peizhi wears a long, plain, black robe and no shoes, and can often be seen muttering to herself or nibbling on a mushroom head.

Vision: Dendro
Weapon: Bow
Basic Attack: Grass at Will: Chain up to five consecutive bow attacks, or hold for a charged attack. After a set amount of time, a charged attack will become infused with Dendro.

If a charged attack hits an enemy that is Zombified or affected by Spore, damage is increased by 7%. The percent of damage added increases with talent level.

If a charged attack hits a Shroom, the Shroom is destroyed and all allies regenerate 3.5% Max HP. The amount of HP regenerated increases with talent level.

Skill: Spore: Releases a cone of parasitic spores in front of Peizhi. When these spores come into contact with an enemy, they begin to drain the enemy’s HP while healing an equal amount of HP drained (split evenly among all allies). This also infuses the enemy with Dendro. This effect lasts for 10 seconds, or until the enemies affected fall. CD: 15 seconds
Burst: Infestation: Peizhi fires an arrow of pure dendro energy into the air. When it lands, it explodes into an AOE in which spores swirl. When enemies enter this field, they become Zombified. Zombified enemies will attack other enemies while within the field. When enemies are thrown from the field, the Zombified effect ends. While allies are in the field, a small amount of HP is healed every second, up to 30%. Each creature within the field becomes infused with Dendro. The AOE remains on the field for 20 seconds. CD: 25 seconds

Passive 1: Growth: When a Bloom reaction is triggered while Peizhi is in the party the party, a large Shroom will grow where the reaction took place. This Shroom deals AOE damage in a small arc once every second for 5 seconds. If the Shroom comes into contact with Pyro, triggering Burning, its Dendro AOE damage changes to Pyro. This deals more damage, but the mushroom dies quicker. If the Shroom comes into contact with Anemo, triggering Swirl, increases the AOE by 10%.

Passive 2: Psychedelic Hallucination: When Peizhi’s HP falls below 20%, her movement speed is increased, and the stamina required for sprinting and charged attacks are greatly reduced for 30 seconds. This effect ends after that time frame or once Peizhi’s HP exceeds 20%. If Peizhi falls while this skill is still in effect, it transfers to the next party member for the remainder of the duration.
Out of Combat Passive: Mushroom Affinity: If there are mushrooms nearby, Peizhi will know. In addition, after picking up a mushroom, 2% HP is restored to a random ally.

C1: Dust Cloud: when a Shroom dies or is destroyed, it explodes in a cloud of spores, dealing a burst of AOE Dendro damage to nearby enemies.

C2: Burning Totem: when Peizhi is affected by Pyro or under Burning effects, gain a 5% healing boost for all allies.

C3: Pollen Puff: Increase level of Spore by 3.

C4: Stunning: when Spore deals damage to an enemy, they become unable to move or attack for three seconds.
