    If the form change is a form that you came up with entirely by yourself, not excessively overpowered and the person who started the thread you're trying to do this in is okay with the presence of fanmade Pokemon - feel free to.

    Keep in mind that Battle Bond is not exactly Mega Pokemon-tier here, too. It's a power boost, but it doesn't turn your Pokemon into a divine face-smasher. Also, the same things Ash went through with his Disco Ninja Frog should also apply - there needs to be a degree of synchronization/link between trainer and Pokemon, the trainer feels what the Pokemon feels, and the bond may take a while to learn to perfect.

    You're not set read only in the RP forums, but you are in moderation and so far nothing you've attempted to post in the RP forums was entirely rule compliant and thus could not be approved. Again. Read the rules and attempt to follow them.

    I primarily use Adobe Photoshop, but that is prohibitively expensive to obtain through means that aren't, shall I say... sketchy. There's other pieces of software out there that are free though - FireAlpaca and Krita come highly recommended. There's also Paint Tool SAI, but that one isn't free - although compared to Adobe's highway robbery, it's much cheaper.

    As for tips? Mostly the usual artist advice: Don't be afraid to try new things to find what you enjoy drawing. When you find a focus, learn what you can about it - anatomy, proportions, motion, perspective. The internet is full of resources that can help you get better. And most importantly - practice!

    If the fanmade pokemon in question are 100% your own creation, there's really no problem with it. If they aren't, you need to present proof that you got permission from the fanmade pokemon's creator to use it.

    As for digimon - that's up to you. You can easily run a mix of existing official Digimon with Digimon that you've come up with yourself, and sometimes even mix them together if you're working with Digimon that don't have evolutionary lines that you think are fitting (I've done that with Floramon, for example).

    As for the setting, I think I'll got with something similar to how you enter the Digital World in Digimon Wolrd DS (if you are familiar with the game), run with my personal Digimon, like Kendomon, Draumon, and ???mon. Again, thank you for the advice

    If I had some arbitrary unit of currency for every time someone asked me that question, I'd have an awfully large number of arbitrary units of currency. XD The simple answer is that I don't have -one- favorite but a whole damn lot of favorites which I really can't choose between and would take far too long to list individually. ^^

    The simple answer is you can't - if someone who was not approved by you to join the thread attempts to post, report it using the report system, and we'll remove the offending post. if the problem persists we -can- prevent specific people from posting in specific threads.

    Either way, at present your account only has two warning points - which means that there are no additional restrictions on your account yet - and should you not break any other rules, these will expire with time as well. ^^

    Ok, and I'd like to apologize about the mistake I made posting my emulator screen shot, I thought it would be okay because of face reveals, etc. not being actual art. Just to say, I always try to respect the rules, and sometimes I break them by accident, so I'll try my best to not break any of the rules.

    No need to apologize - one of the reasons we /have/ a warning system like this is to explain if something is wrong - either by pointing out the relevant rules or leaving an opening for further questions - unless of course the violation is a repeated violation or something so blatant it requires immediate termination. XD

    The evil leader even HAVING a legendary should have been cleared with staff before you even made that into a plot point. So.. the evil leader /does not/ have a legendary and any use or mention of it will be considered a violation of the rules and handled as such.

    Ive contacted Teepublic about it already so that they were aware a site is frequently ripping off their artists, and asked about if they thought about including watermarks over preview images and such.
    Another way I found that it was Teepublic was because some artists had their names in the title of the stolen work itself, and they always led back to teepublic. So... :(

    However! Teepublic did tell me that theyre working on an image recognition system where if people steal your works and post it up elsewhere, you will be alerted to it. Which is. super super awesome.

    Well It's obvious on How much of a success the new Charms design turned out to be. But I do have a question regarding the 2013 Pokecharms design. Would it be possible to use the 2013 charms design now? Would it cause any inconvenience or imbalances with the 2016 design? I did ask Teapot, but I decided to ask both, depending if there will be two diffrent opinions on the situation.

    Sometime early April, when the first warning you got expired and thus your warning point level drops under 5. But I'd personally be a lot more concerned with 'how do I avoid getting in trouble again' and a lot less with 'when does moderation expire'. ^^

    But yeah. I suggest watching Tamers above all else honestly, as it is /just that good/. 01 and 02 are worth watching in sequence (and, again, subbed). Frontier (series 4) feels like a massive downgrade. Savers (series 5) is WEIRD AS FRELL but it has its moments. I'd.. not bother with Xros and is sequel personally.

    Stellar, i have something to tell you about the Pokemon Role-play forum. I've seen countless RPs with one-liners, Mary Sues, and legendary Pokemon without permission, even after a warning from you. Including FlamingOrangeEevee. Although this was his first role-play made, i saw your reply on his work comment. He should've at least read the the rules of the forum and not just started.
