Also, when characters are speaking - just a piece of advice - why don't you put them in speech marks and separate them with a line? etc.
"STOP!" Sylvie shouted, chasing after Team Psychic, anger boiling inside of her.
"Nope!" The first girl sneered back, continued to run as she stuck out her tongue at Sylvie mockingly as she laughed, along with the other two girls, holding Muffin's Pokeball up in the air.
Like that =) Makes it much easier to read.

Oh, also, I'm pretty sure you're not allowed to write stuff like 'Sylvie would then just straight up bolt off' or 'Sylvie would scream at the top of her lungs' or 'Sylvie would then jump off the face of the Earth' I think, because that's not present tense, that's future tense and you're switching between present and future tense. I'm not sure though XD I've just seen Stellar tell people off because of it.
If somebody else has posted. I recommend waiting until two people post before you post unless they're interacting with your character, so reply as soon as you can if that is the case, as they pretty much can't do anything until you post and it leaves them in an awkard situation XD

Weight: 74 pounds
Hair: black hair with bangs covering one eye because shes edgy
Eyes: Zarroth has purple eyes.
Clothing: yellow hoodie with headphones and blue jeans and purple sneakers because yeah purple woo!.
Identifying Marks: theres a little scar on her arm from her first pokemon
Musculature: skinny and can only run for about 5 minutes at a time because shes not athletic
Personality: She has a sense of humor so even in the worst of times shes the first one to crack a joke about it no matter what happened but her sense of humor can be dark so if your into that just ask she has lots of dark bad jokes and lots of not dark bad jokes!.
Skills: not many but she can draw has a good memory and can fix your clothes if they rip.
Past: She doesnt like to talk about it much but when she was 5 her mom got her a growlithe as a pet and practice to be a trainer and the thing hated her thats where she got her arm scar but she was very scared of it as well thats why her mom set it free after a couple of months. Never saw it again..
Family: her Mom moved to kanto and stayed there and her father is always on business trips over in the other regions so she never sees them much anymore but she doesnt care much about that.
