Alright, how about 29? He is normally the only pokemon Halt fought with, so he would be a high level. He's probably one of, or the strongest there.

@Glaceon trainer Where did he get all those levels from?! All Monferno has done is fought off Team Psychic and beaten the first gym!

So around lv 25.
That makes no sense whatsoever. 5 freaking levels in the cave from fighting off ZUBAT!? And the cave leads to Camphrier, not Camphrier then the cave. Also, its Camphrier, not camphsire, and I really disagree with how you're levelling Monferno.
