Without having uttered a word he sent a signal the Caviler's way to go and regroup with the forces; to inform them of what she knew and to mobile an offensive quickly.

Alrighty then, so we can kick this battle into first gear!

Question! Who in our group can scale a wall? It's not happening for Levia with her horse, and she can't fly over it because of her armor...

Is there like a gate we can charge or something?

We need a plan to take one of the village entrances or to get over the walls.

Our Pegasi Knights might have to charge the wall alone and open the gates so that the rest of us can get in (Unless the gate is just conveniently open.)
Forei had basically been loitering while the Prince went ahead to the tent. Of course the usually laid back archer had no qualms standing around idly.
Levia: ...you're fired.

Is there a way to dislike a post? :D

Retro Master, get out of here with your Patriots propaganda. They jipped the Chiefs out of a Super Bowl appearance.

(i kid... mostly)

As for the actual RP discussion, I don't think there's a good way for me to post at the moment. No real natural response for my characters. So I'm going to wait as well.

Regroup the troops and gather an offensive swiftly. These were the exact words in which the Prince had instructed her but Levia felt that 'Secure a quick victory and wash the walls with the blood of our enemies', was probably what he meant- a Blitzkrieg if you would. However, before they could launch any attacks Levia, having interpreted the Prince's words as orders to take command of their offense, would need to gather her forces to see what she had to work with.

It was often difficult to transmit orders across the battlefield, especially in the choas of war, however, Levia did have a rather effective method of passing commands to the entire bulk of their forces at once. Moving swiftly, she siezed one of their envoys and had him beat the sound of a retreat into his drums. Loud resounding gongs, set the pace, which the flag-bearers, hoisting the Prince's crest and emblem would be a clear visual target for their Pegasi Knights. Not only that, there was another purpose for the flags. By allowing the flag-bearers to wave them in specific patterns she could give vague, but recognizable orders to organize their movement.

Her orders were as followed;

Firsty, Lily Torin and Zephyr Aurelio, their Pegasi knights were to provide aerial escort for their column of troops as they retreated, alerting them if the Infernians thought to launch an assault from behind. With eyes and ears in the sky, the troop would be able to avoid the bulk of Infrernian forces, and conserve on their fighting strength. They still needed to take the village's walls, and it was ill advised for troops with dull swords and weary footsteps to wage a war of conquest.

Jaxite Nagraal, and herself, as Cavaliers and the most mobile of ground troops, would flank their forces on either side, poised to intercept any troops that posed a threat to them from any direction. They wouldn't be required to outright stop the Infernian pursuit, but with their galloping horses they'd be able to harrass their enemies repeatedly, and without much harm to themselves.

Gwen Carvos, the Mage, was to hide within the group of regular soldiers, keeping her eyes peeled for possible attacks of arcane and mystical origins. The mage was a special unit, and one which potentially held most of their fire-power, and thus their ability to quickly subdue the village. She was a vital asset to this battle, and Levia would not permit even a hair on her head to be harmed.

Finally, Forei Valeo, the archer, was to advance ahead of their group and scout out a location which could server as a temporary base, a jumping point from which they could assault the Village's walls and a secure location they could retreat to when things went south. Without such a location, the first failed attempt at taking the walls would end in the routing, and possible destruction of their entire unit.
You know that doesn't tag people... right? Anyways are we going to continue or...? I'm still waiting on the assault to actually happen to move my characters :/

huh...I figured it would tag...bleh.

We're going to assault, but we're retreating first. Can't go charging up and attacking the walls. We neither have the tools nor the resources to take down the wall. We need a plan.

I was planning to have him use one of his FOUR spells - Tempest - to get the Prince out of the tent before it exploded. But since Shard is still in the forest and can’t even see the VILLAGE, there’s no chance of me being able to do that.

I mean, it was stated that the attack isn't exactly fast, so Shard might be able to just end up wandering to a spot from where he can see what is happening, and use one of his spells to stop Ignette's spell from killing anyone in the Prince's army?

Roughly the scale of the explosion... Kidding, it's smaller than that XD

But it's still an AoE attack, considering the distance and the nature of the attack as a surprise attack. I think it will not land that far. I don't want to empty Ignette's magic for an unimpactful attempt >:D

Gwen has spent the duration of this skirmish looking around incase anyone surprised attack them, she was ready when that fire ball was launched. But even if it doesn't get deflected all the way she still aimed to reduce the victims who would have been hit by it

Since we don't have any tools our mages will probably be the lynchpin, we'd need one of them to blow a hole in the wall, or in the gate so that we can enter. That also means we have to protect them the whole time will enemy mages and archers try to take them out.
