Name: Roteki Katzumi
Gender: Male
Appearance: Roteki is a short slightly tanned male standing at 5’5ft. He has a lean build, definitely more focused on speed rather than strength but not lacking in the latter. His life has been tough, reflected by the light scars covering parts of his body but mostly being on his arms. A noticeable one stretches from his cheek to his ear on his right side, disappearing underneath jet black hair kept short all around. His eyes are much lighter in colour, Hazel irises usually sharp with a piercing glare.
Personality: Roteki has a fire within him, one that rages with envy and malice. It can overcome him at times but he knows better, using it to his advantage rather than letting it consume him. He has a drive like no other, fuelled by spite he uses it to propel himself through any task or endeavour he sets his mind to achieve. Despite the inferno inside he typically aims to keep a cool and quiet exterior, keeping quiet as he usually speaks with a hiss. He's clever, perhaps a better word being cunning as he will take any opportunity he can, even if that means siding with the enemy.
Weapon: Two Sai and a Naginata.
Backstory: Born into the slums of a city Roteki didn’t have much of a childhood. The harsh lifestyle allowed for him to have only one goal. Survival. He doesn't remember much of his family other than the name they had given him and that they weren't around. They'd died after his early childhood, not willing to go to the lengths Roteki would ... or perhaps he was just lucky.
A bandit group took in a young and hungry Roteki, first for entertainment but they soon took a liking to the feisty kid. They raised him as one of their own and Roteki learnt to enjoy their company somewhat as well as the shelter and food they provided. He grew close to some of them in particular for the short amount of time he was with them and valued the training and friendship he shared with a select few.
His time there was not too long. Perhaps three or four years he’d been there until he was taken away around the age of 10. The bandit group was causing issues for a local town and it wasn’t long before a samurai and a group of warriors intervened. The bandits never stood a chance but still attempted to fight, Roteki joining in the retaliation despite a young age. He didn’t do much of course but his ferocity and tenacity caught the eye of the Samurai leading then.
The Samurai was unconventional at best, using questionable methods and making even more questionable decisions. His controversial ways were often overlooked due to his efficiency but even his choice to take in the young bandit child was heavily questioned. He did so anyways, training Roteki in combat and in honour, teaching him how to read and write and using him as a glorified squire most the time.
Roteki harboured hatred for the Samurai the entire time but knew the value of his lessons and trainings. There was a clear goal in his mind now. To accomplish a life where he never had to pick up a weapon again, where he could relax and be free on hardship and conflict. The Samurai was a means to an end, that end being to become a Kawon.

Name: Kloric
Gender: Male
Race: Wyvern
Element: Acid
Link abilities: Kloric's acid does not harm Roteki, his clothing or weapons.
Appearance: Kloric has dark green scales underneath a coating of greyish black feathers that cover most of his body asides from his feet and lower legs, the tip of his tail and his neck and head. The scales are not shiny or particularly hard, giving the appearance of skin for his exposed part asides from his head. A beak like snout is topped with Kloric’s upper head looking like a skull. (Think skull crawler from Kong) A throat sac sits underneath his neck, just poking out before disappearing underneath feathers. On the tip of his long tail lie thin spikes, making it a deadly whipping weapon.
Essentially he looks like a dragon vulture with a skull head and throat sac. I have the image so clearly in my head xD.
Personality: Despite such a gothic appearance Kloric is a soft dragon, adoring pets and scratches from humans which he’s very comfortable with once getting to know them. He can look after himself rather well but requires social attention and care, being very susceptible to sadness.
Other dragons he fears very much and Kloric will try his best to avoid combat with them and even socialising with them at some points. He does eventually develop a fighting spirit, learnt from Roteki and turns into a devastating force of acid and claws.

Name: Hu Zihao
Gender: Male
Appearance: Hu is a rather tall person of around a 5'10 Height and a slim, yet muscular build. He has a long black hair and a blue like a calm sky eyes that light reflected in a sunrays seems like the clouds moving. He often wears a blue kimono with a studden leather armour.
Personality: Hu has a quite bright Personality, overall nice and trying to get along with others even if many didnt wish to get along with him. Although he is kind, he is also strong and even if he doesnt get mad when someone insults him, he is easily pissed if you insult his friends.
Hu often seems lost in thoughts and apperently he hates liars the most in the world as he already meet too many in his life.
Weapon: A Katana Dōngfēng, an iron Club Xībù Dìzhèn and a Great Sword Yǔzhòu (As for now he and everyone else cant pull out Yǔzhòu blade out of its scabbard
Backstory: Hu was a son of the Elder of his Village and Yokai, tho he never met his real Mother, wife of his father was like a real Mother to him and loved him like her own child. Due to a fact that both of them were old and couldnt have children, Hu was a real blessing to them. Village Elder was in a past a Kawon who stopped his work after his dragon died in a cruel battle. Although Elder always mourned his friend and suffered great pain due to its death, he believed the only friend that wont judge his son by the look would be a dragon and So he trained Hu everyday.
Why someone would Judge him, you ask? Cuz Hu was an Oni, 6'4 tall, muscular being often called an Ogre or Demon, but at the same time he was Just a child. He had only one friend, Suzuki, that meet with him everyday and was like Sister to him and when he didnt play with her, he trained with his father and received his two weapons, Dōngfēng which is said to be a blade of a storm and Xībù Dìzhèn that was told to cause tremors in a ground.
One day Elder got ill and people felt like its time to get rid of Hu. Elder cut off boys horns, weakening his Powers as a Yokai (still was fairly strong, but more close to a human) and with this, Boy shrinked and looked more human-like. He told him to go to school and become a Kawon that he would be proud off.
In a future, when Línghún will be born, he will use his breath to help his master and forge third Weapon that he wont be able to use untill he will be ready to regain his Oni's strenght and only if he protect another person.

Race: Eastern Dragon
Element: Heaven (Air) and Earth
Link abilities: Línghún as a baby tends to often shed his skin to grow up and each time he does it its colour is different, either Ice-Blue or Acid Green. When he is Blue he posses abilities connected to the Aerokinesis (air manipulation), which he shares with Hu's Katana, Dōngfēng and he is also capable of summoning Storm and as he grows older the hurricane. While he is green he posses power of Geokinesis (Earth Manipulation) which he shares with Hu's Club, Xībù Dìzhèn.
He claims in all his Pride that he is still developing, But Hu is considering dragon may Just be full of himself, although his power is already a real deal.
It was Linghun that created Hu's Third Weapon and he often said that this Weapon, their Bond and strenght are limited by Hu's Fears and that he needs to be the one that deals with them, tho Hu doesnt understand him at all.
Appearance: Linghun is like all Eastern Dragons, Snake-Like in Appearance with four legs which each of them has 6 fingers ended with sharp claws, he posses Feathers mixed with fur that go from his head all the way on the back to his tail and they are Silver when dragon is in his blue form and Golden when he is in his green one.
Personality: Linghun is a dragon that is full of himself and prideful, seeing most of the beings that arent dragons as lower than him and unworth of his attencion Hu tries to kill that attidute of his Dragon. However, Linghun from his very birth aknowledges Hu as almost equal and So it was a reason to give him a proof of their Bond, the sword Yuzhou.
Although Linghun is towards humans sometimes cold and rude, towards other dragons he seems to be friendly and loves to spend time with them.

Appearance: Kono has pale skin, black hair and steely grey eyes. He’s about 5’7, with a slim but muscular build. He normally wears a loose and flowing kimono-like garment, in shades of grey and black. A cloth belt stretches around his midriff, and resting on a sheath attached to it is a finely crafted Katana sword.
His dark hair is tied back in a topknot, but fairly short and well-kept. Within the back of his kimono rests a hood, which can be quickly drawn up by reaching back with one hand. Each sleeve of the kimono is embroidered with images of dragons in dull red thread.
Personality:
Kono is a highly focused individual. Once he’s been set on a task, his mind will rarely wander from that task until it has been completed. He’s fairly smart, but his body’s prowess exceeds that of his mind. He’s prone to superstition, and despite being a fairly good liar he often has trouble discerning whether others are telling the truth.
Due to his rigorous training, he can keep a cool head in the midst of a fray. He keeps an eye peeled for his targets’ weaknesses and exploits them when the right opportunity presents itself.
Although he isn’t the most open person, if you pester him with your presence for long enough and prove yourself trustworthy, he’ll probably consider you a friend. Maybe.
Weapon: A katana and a set of Shurikens. He also possesses a Wakizashi sword, but he doesn’t always carry it on his person.

Able to slightly shift colors depending on the time of day. The closer to noon it is, the brighter her coloration becomes. The closer to midnight, the darker the tint of her scales.
Other capabilities:
Able to fly at medium speeds, cling to vertical walls with ease, and slice through metal with claws and tail spikes. Also has somewhat damage-resistant scales, although solid bludgeoning blows are quite effective compared to fire or swords. Like other Craghunters, Naitoparu is able to use a form of Tremor-sense.

Naitoparu is a bipedal dragon, but sometimes uses her wings for support when running on land. Her wingspan is quite large, and equipped with hooked claws that can bite into tough stone. Equally sharp are the two long spikes at the end of her tail, which can be swung from side to side like a pickaxe or stuck into a cliff wall as a tether.
Her eyes are a vibrant blue with flecks of indigo. Her scales are a mottled grey-brown, and mesh together like finely crafted mail armor. Atop her head rest two short ebony horns, which don’t seem to serve much of a purpose.
Personality:
Naitoparu is a quite cunning creature. She can usually figure out how to get what she wants, and generally won’t care how others perceive the steps she takes to accomplish her goals. She’s a bit of a prankster as well, enjoying the ability to sneak up on others and strike before her presence is recognized.

Character Sheet:
Name: Tenkei Tekina
Gender: Male
Appearance: Tenkei is of Asian descent, his jet black hair is in allegedly natural waves. He typically wears a smile whenever he can. Tenkei has a slightly muscular build, standing at an average height as well.
Personality: He is a very organized fellow, typically docile and friendly. He often pokes fun at those he knows can handle it, and can take a ridicule or two himself. He is great at leadership, a trait passed down from his father, who is a Kawon of course. Coupled with his great strategy, I suppose you can call him a "natural born leader". The thing is, he handles stress dreadfully, turning into a hasty and rash person. Despite his great social skills, he suffers from loneliness underneath. He manages to bottle up his faults most of the time out of a need to be perfect.
Weapon: When in combat, he uses Daisho, a katana on the left, a wakizashi on the right. They are fairly average looking, perhaps hand-me-downs, but put to great use.
Backstory: As stated prior, Tenkei's father is a Kawon. They are fairly distant, as his father is often on some sort of mission, yet he still admires him. Tenkei is the second eldest out of three children, his older brother Kogeru is much faster and stronger than him, giving him a great sense of insecurity in battle. His mother has a very laissez-faire approach to raising her children, so Tenkei has always had to look out for his younger sister Wakusei, who is constantly getting into hot water. His inspiration for his father has caused him to apply for the School of Dragons. His dragon, you ask?

Name: Midasu
Gender: Male
Race: Lindwyrm
Element: Earth (more specifically, steel)
Link Abilities: One of Midasu's main abilities is the power to summon steel from the ground and contort it at will. This has many applications of course. Midasu weighs a lot, so it is a heavy hitter with superb defence capabilities. Magnetism allows Midasu to repel or attract metallic objects, and it can be activated at will.
Appearance: A lindwyrm is a wyrm with two front legs. Midasu has metallic scales, which shine brilliantly in the sunlight. He has an imposing look at first, it's yellow eyes give a stark contrast to the abiotic appearance of the lindwyrm, with many sharp edges across it's body being very hazardous.
Personality: Overly stubborn and independent, Midasu needs top-notch discipline or he becomes quite the rebellious type. Midasu seems only interested in other dragons, yet still keeps a cold and domineering expression on its face.

Appearance: Tenkei is of Asian descent, his jet black hair is in allegedly natural waves. He typically wears a smile whenever he can. Tenkei has a slightly muscular build, standing at an average height as well.
Personality: He is a very organized fellow, typically docile and friendly. He often pokes fun at those he knows can handle it, and can take a ridicule or two himself. He is great at leadership, a trait passed down from his father, who is a Kawon of course. Coupled with his great strategy, I suppose you can call him a "natural born leader". The thing is, he handles stress dreadfully, turning into a hasty and rash person. Despite his great social skills, he suffers from loneliness underneath. He manages to bottle up his faults most of the time out of a need to be perfect.
Weapon: When in combat, he uses Daisho, a katana on the left, a wakizashi on the right. They are fairly average looking, perhaps hand-me-downs, but put to great use.

Oh, I'd also like to team up with someone. Preferrably someone who Tenkei can have good chemistry with.
With all the different elements of dragons, I assume they'd likely have to be in environments appropriate to said element?
I believe that in the original RP, there was a post in the discussion, or maybe in the RP itself, that told which various heights of the mountain hosted different elements. Things may have changed since then, however.
I thought it's more like the higher you go the higher chance you will encounter an egg but habitat-appropriate makes more sense. Means ice dragon egg can be found early but fire dragon need to climb higher. Also someone would need to be banished into the shadow realm first for the egg.

Anyone wants to battle against 5 psychos on horseback? I can host it if somebody wants to, and there's an egg to take.
Yeah, fighting psychos is always a good idea.
If you want to you can move your character to the valley. There's an egg on an abandoned dragon nest so it should be sufficient reason for most character to go in.
I can handle up to two more people I think, and Yumi will join as long range support. This can also be a good way to start a team up with another characters.
That probably means Aki gets mixed up in it too

Both of them ARE waiting behind the stampede, correct? If they are, your character could probably just walk up to mine and ask if they wanted to have an alliance, since my character already thinks having an alliance would be a good idea
