I’ll probably have him walk by while the kiddos are in detention and help them out.
Name: Hunter Menderash
Gender: Male
Appearance: Messy black hair, bright blue eyes, tall and fairly well-muscled. Wears whatever the hell he feels like, varies from day to day. Has a pretty good-looking face, though it has a large scar across it. A few freckles.
Personality: Fun-loving, bright, and carefree. Always willing to help. Kind of a teacher’s pet, but he’s popular with other students in his year as well. Known for his great fighting skills and kind demeanor.
Weapon: Large shuriken
Backstory: As a child, both his parents fell ill and died. He was only seven. Fortunately, his mother’s dragon bond survived the illness, and cared for the boy until he could fend for himself before flying off to escape her past. Hunter took care of himself from age twelve onward, living wild and free in the forests. But if there was one thing he yearned for, it was a friend. Remembering his mother’s dragon, he applied to the school and was accepted, setting the highest record for retrieving an egg from the very top.

Race: Amphiptere
Element: Cognitive
Link abilities: Both Hunter and Psyche can communicate telepathically to others, though it only works one way. They also have a mild telekinesis ability, able to lift things with their minds as long as it’s smaller than a chair. In addition, they can create illusions, but only in one sense at a time (I.e. make people hear a bird call or make them see a bird, but not both at the same time.)
Appearance: About the size of a king cobra. Not large enough to ride, but large all the same, with sleek, purple-black wings. The rest of its body ranges from dark violet to lavender.
Personality: Motherly. The only way to describe it is motherly. Tender, but not afraid to administer punishment to those who do wrong. “Punishment” usually means a lash with the tail, a smack of the wing, or tricking someone’s brain into feeling intense pain for a second or two.

Okay, so Hayato and his gang are going at Elwisia for no reason other than the fact that she's Faragalian, and now the others are being caught up in it. Defending her is fine and dandy, but now that the threats are flying, it basically means that they're going to hurt each other for someone being Faragalian.
He's very against the bullying, but he's sure that fighting will only make things worse.

She only got aggressive because of the attempted murder on Sachiko, XD. Now, she actually wants to avoid fighting and mostly irritate the bullies with smart-alic responses. Though some people go from 1-100...

Appearance: She and Sam could actually pass off as biological siblings. She has the same black eyes and hair. Her skin, however is what gives her away as Faragalian, especially compared to Sam's dark skin. She is quite pretty, which is probably why most people don't focus and overlook her Faragalian background.
Personality: Energetic and excitable. Dessi's very friendly and extroverted, and as such is very trusting. She gets irritated at Sam's protectiveness, but ultimately has a great relationship with him. She can act bratty at times, though.
She loves singing, and is very good at it.
Weapon: None, but her voice can be nasty if she wants it to be. She's dabbled in self-defense thanks to Sam's insistence, but can barely hold her own in a fight.
Backstory: Sam's father actually doesn't hate faragalians. In fact, one of his closest friends is one. They disagreed with each other's perspective of dragons, but simply agreed to disagree. The friend had a child, and had plans to move to Derigon, after a lot of convincing from Sam's dad. His people, however, considered him a traitor, some going so far as to attack him. He managed to make it, but was severely injured. Left with no choice, he left Dessi to Sam's father, hoping for him to raise her as her own. She's basically Sam's adoptive sister.
It's unknown whether her biological father is alive or not.

Sonia is able to imitate any sound she hears, as well as identify it. When close to Dessi, Dessi's voice becomes extremely loud, capable of shattering stone. A very powerful skill, but overuse can lead to a sore throat or voice loss.
Appearance: Typical for a Western dragon. Her scales are grey, and her eyes are a bright green. Smaller than your average dragon.
Personality: Like her owner, extroverted. She's always jolly, but also has a habit of screeching at ear-bleeding pitches when excited. She actually knows how to speak like a human, although her vocabulary is very limited

@Gamingfan actually, the Faragalians only fight dragons if they're too close to settlements or they attack a village. Though, Faragalians always kill the dragon in question due to it having the possibility of returning.
I'll let Schrift look over it and make a final decision, but they both look good.
